They came to help me solved my problem. They are very good in road side assistance . They fixed my problems and set me rolling. They are fantastic mechanics abd other services.

Insurance couldn't find anyone to help get car out of mud. Called NAB and they got to my car and helped me out in 15mins. Def would recommend for tow service.

Best service ever! My 2022, Ford 6.7 diesel got bad fuel contamination. In one day they drained removed and cleaned my fuel tank, they removed and cleaned the injectors and fuel lines I Couldn’t be happier

They did a great job and had me out of the hole that I was stuck in in less than 30 minutes but they charged me for 2 hours of labor for a total bill of $1,925. Service was great guys were real nice but come on, $1,900 for 30 minutes worth of work?

Nolberto was amazing!!!! Answered my call quickly, showed up where I was broken down and towed my van to a 24 hour tire shop promptly. Extremely friendly and helpful. He didn’t leave until he was sure the tire shop had what we needed and was able to take care of everything. Would definitely recommend this business to any motorist stranded in the Houston area.

Had some rainy days here in Houston over the New Year's holiday while I was off. I didn't realize that my heavy container that sat in a diesel truck parking lot with a lot of gravel and mud would be sinking down during this time. NAB Truck & Auto Service we're able to get me (my container's chassis landing feet) out of the hole with their 60-ton wrecker. These guys were dependable and knew what they were doing. These guys came out with a rotator to load 2 trucks I had to transport. These drivers did a top notch job! Will use again! Don’t hesitate to use them!!! Thanks gentlemen

They came out to road service call. The mechanic came out and told me it's 125 for service call and 125 an hour with a 2hrs minimum. The only thing they did was a belt change because my belt broke .. he went to the nearest parts store grab the belt put it on and now they overcharged me saying it's three hours instead of a two-hour minimum when the mechanic came out he said it's a two-hour minimal when the mechanic had me to call the shop to give my credit card information the guy said it's a three-hour minimum they overcharged me this is not how you do business

I'm truck driver from Ohio know this place 7+years. Those people help me a lot treat me like family not like another job to do .No matter if is 2am or 2pm they will do job professional prices affordable job very good highly recommend ?. Owner super crew the ?

If I could give them 100 stars I would . Had a failing brake chamber, causing parking break to not release . These guys towed me in found the problem before my truck even got off the tow truck got me in and out in what I believe to be the fastest most efficient service ever . 100 stars .

The tow truck driver was very professional, we had a low ride bumper on the front of our W900 and he went above and beyond to make sure the bumper wasn’t damaged. Defiantly 5 star service, and let’s talk about the steel container outfit he had to get it out of….. it was extremely tight pulling a W900 and a 48’ float with very limited space…. Hell of a truck driver!!!! Thanks again for the wonderful service, hopefully we don’t have to use you again but if we are in the Houston area again I know who I’m calling!!!!!

My 40 foot trailer broke down in Houston. They were able to repair enough to get it to their repair facility. Fastest service ever. I was AMAZED at the efficiency and professionalism of the repair shop. I HIGHLY recommend them. THEY WERE GREAT !!!

I was having a very frustrating day trying to get my vehicle towed by three other towing companies & it wasn't until NAB was contacted that the job finally got done.They even took the extra time & sent me a picture of the spot my vehicle was placed @ the dearlship.I truly appreciated their professionalism & above all excellent customer service. NAB towing is money hungry. Very unfair. Don't park your big trucks at the Flying J on 225 in Pasadena, Texas truck stop for more than 3 hours.They will walk in store and tell manager they are towing it. ?

NAB is fantastic. Roberto has a great team of drivers. Steve-o and Andrew are the best! They pay attention to detail. They hustle to get the job done. I had them tow two tractors and 8 trailers last week. No problems with them at all !!

My car broke down in the middle of the road and I called NAB...It is convenience because they have towing trucks, they arrived immediatelly as soon as I called in. They give priority to your vehicle and the most important thing...The prices are amazing! The best in the area! Making America Great in Service!

I am giving 5 stars only because I can’t give 10. I was traveling from Austin Texas to Orange Beach Alabama pulling my camper with my family for a beach vacation. Somehow, I got distracted by my kids asking for candy in the store while fueling and put DEF into my diesel fuel tank. I did not realize it at the time and a few miles from the pump my check engine light came on along with low fuel pressure warning. I realized what had happened immediately and pulled over. This was Friday morning at 10:00 AM. I called about 10 shops and they all told me there was no way I was going to get back on the road today. Most told me that my vacation was history and every single one told me that the earliest they could look at it was next week and to expect $1000’s in repair. I finally got in touch with NAB Truck and Auto Services. I explained what happened and I was told they could get on it immediately and if the DEF hadn’t reached the fuel injectors, he would get me back on the road today. I had my truck towed to them and they got right on it. They even offered to come tow the vehicle for me but I already had GEICO on it for a courtesey tow. When I arrived I was nervous and trying to rent a car. I had left my wife with my camper and needed to get back to her. I asked if there was a car rental service in the area and they told me I didn't need to rent a car. They had a car on the lot they were selling. They pulled it and gave it to me for the day to get back to my wife and my camper while they did the repairs. They had to pull the fuel tank, reverse the fuel lines, replace fuel filters and sensors. Somehow, they got it all done and got me back on the road by the end of the day all for a very reasonable priced repair. Vacation was saved! 10 stars!!

My truck broke down and in 40 minutes they were there, towing my truck and trailer to there shop to fix it . 24 hours after i was back on the road again. New radiator ,fan and clutch . Very friendly people. Good job well done. I recommend this place to everyone

I contacted this tow truck service through roadside assistance from progressive. I had initially contacted roadside assistance at 6pm. This company was the third company I was assigned to after 3 plus hours of waiting. Once I was assigned to them my car was home within 45 min! Honestly awesome service and friendly! Would recommend to anyone!

It's never a great day when you break down, and you have to call and deal with a towing company... especially in an 18 wheeler, but these guys were enthusiastic, quick, calm, and professional. The small business owners/operators and their employees did a great job and went the 'extra' mile to ensure my satisfaction. I rarely write reviews, but promised I would take time to write them, tell others, and of course put their number in my phone the next time I need a hand in the greater Houston area. Give these guys a shot! Their heavy duty towing was a good experience and they took excellent care of my vehicle.
