Customer service etiquette is nonexistent when it comes to this place . The front desk lady name Angie is rude and doesn’t know the appropriate way to communicate with people. Her attitude is worst than a dog. She needs to be on a leash, acting the way she does. Her mother failed her ! Do better !
Total crooks Had to drive 4 hrs because I could not get information on my stolen car. All we asked was what condition it was in since it was stolen 5 months prior. They would not tell us nothing. Kinda odd we thought. Got there and finally after 45 minutes we were able to see the car. Seems they did not want us to pick it up.
The same way they steal from you the same way you can go at night time and get parts just gotta know the right time and day. Kevin is one of them that helps out.
Shady as hell. Check my review history, I give fair reviews and usually give glowing ones. I bought a headlight and a grill from them. As I was about to pay, holding the headlight, I ask, "What if this doesn't work, do you guys offer a warranty/guarantee?" He replied without hesitation, "30 days." You know where this is going. As soon as I plug the part in, it doesn't work (not just a matter of replacing a bulb), and I give them a call. "We don't give refunds on electronics, 'my friend.'" I said, I asked the guy straight up, what if there's a problem. He replied, "That was for the grill." They knew very well what I asked about, and they knew exactly what to say if I had any issues. Obviously, they've pulled this with numerous other customers.
Very unprofessional. When someone is in need they totally have a disregard for anyone’s time. It clearly reads 24 / 7 and the office has an answering service but no one comes. We already had a price issue as to what we were quoted at the accident and within 2 hours it changed and then by 3pm it changed again then we were PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD MEET US AND OVER AN HOUR STILL NO ONE HAS COME. The owner clearly doesn’t know the wrecker drivers making deals that they can’t deliver. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. No integrity!!!! I only gave a 1 star when I would give a half!!! The only courtesy I was given was the answering service*** no sooner did I post this review the owner came and gave me a better price… I thank the Lord!!!
This has to be the most unprofessional business I have ever had the pleasure of being in contact with. I called this company made arrangements for a pick up and spoke with the owner directly. He waited until after business hours to send a TEXT saying he changed his mind. On a Friday evening. I could have scheduled with an entirely different company. I hope you go with another company as well. Do not call this company do not use this company. I suggest anywhere but here. Fortunately for me we were able to take our business elsewhere. If ever in the Houston area though do not use this company. Even if stuck on the side of the road.
I called about the availability of a part for my vehicle and for NO REASON AT ALL the guy who answered the phone was very rude‼ They just lost a customer
No pressure, down to earth type of place. These guys are fair with their prices. Allot of salvage yards are kinda shady. This is a rare type of place that takes care of their customers. I got my LS swap from them, their guys pulled it without cutting up the harness. I tipped the guys cause they did nice job. Check em out
Impolite customer service. I had called to request information, and a sales representative agent hung up on me quicker than someone running out on their tab. Customer service comes a long way. Maybe he was having a rough day, but we all have those days. Get well!
This place harasses people and goes into private property complexes to tag cars read your tags just to tow you and when I ask d who called them they told me no one that they just drove by this place is looking to get rich off people who don't have the money to get there car out of the tow place oh and they charge you a full day as soon as it gets taken
I bought a transmission and was veryspecific about the one I wanted was told that was it and when I got it it was not took me almost nine weeks to recover my refund on it . they tore up the back of my vehicle loading it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Do not go because I bought a transmission with a guarantee and now they say they do not give a guarantee and now they do not want to return the money. And apart it took 2 days after they had told me that it was ready, terrible place
VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Their business ethics do not even exist in this facility. Definitely need to work on the communication skills with all their customers. We as customers work hard for our money and for a establishment such as this one to not value their customers is very sad and very unprofessional. Not to mention they have a very rude sign that says " if you order a part and give the wrong info you have a extra part" first of all you can just assume your customers have no idea of what parts they maybe asking for. Many of yalls customers maybe or are a body repair facility so i'm sure that they would know what they are talking about. Especially if most of your customers are driving from out of town areas to get parts from yall. If I could rate this place a 0 stars i would. They are the true example of a company who rather choose money over their morals and their customers. Sooner or later the truth about this company will come out and many others will see the truth about them.
Business ethics really don't exist with this place. Perhaps a bit of training or study of business practices will suffice. In this case, in my opinion, when making money takes precedence over morals, at least fair communication skills, and questionable business practices, then its time to self reflect. Because sooner or later, the truth comes out in how we proceed with things when it comes to places such as this. Nothing hidden that takes from others can stay this way forever.
My fiancée sold her vehicle here with the agreement that the vehicle would be salvaged and the plates destroyed. All seemed well until we got bills in the mail for toll road violations with clear pictures of the car being driven with the same license plates.
When confronted, Kevin (the "boss" according to the other employees working there) made a big show of pretending to not know anything about it. I kept asking if they had any idea who had the car and was repeatedly ignored. It was only after I suggested that the car may have been stolen off their lot and the police should be involved when Kevin finally admitted that he gifted the car to a friend of his. He said it was his mistake to trust his friend to properly register the car, but that he would get the plates back ASAP.
We have been ignored since, and have filed a police report with HPD to protect ourselves since we have no idea what intentions his "friend" has for illegally driving an unregistered vehicle with my fiancée's plates. We have also had to call the DMV and Registration Office to clear my fiancée's name from the vehicle.
Please save yourself the headache and go to a reputable salvage yard with respectable employees. Learn from our experience and do business with ATC at your own risk.
My car was taken here once after a wreck....the guy that was there tried to tell me my car was fixable I should let him help and not worry about dealing with the insurance..lol. Idk..this place gives off a weird vibe..like it's got scammers written all over it. Funny how all those stolen trucks were found just around the corner from this place. They're all in on it from the wrecker truck drivers to the yard salvages even your insurance company probably is getting a cut. Sad world we live in.
Horrible Service Came all the way from Rosenberg 3 times for the wrong part. Then Gray kept saying I would get my money back. Have been back by their to return part twice and still can't get the money back. Call up their today Terrell wants to offer store credit. Sad Don't go to this place It's a waste of time
They were so friendly ppl. They understand I'm deaf. They weren't rude n that's the way they were doing busy they don't have time to smile but they were stay on focus on their paperworks n they did smiled at one time so be patient with them they were so busy to make their calls cuz they were tried to make the paperwork ready or call boss or set somethings ready , n you ppl don't understand what they were doing, n that's their job to do. Alright? They help me with my problem with my wreck truck I'm very happy with them! They were so nice n helpful with me on my truck they send my truck to body shop to fix it up. God blessed the auto salvage company n the owner n teamworks. they don't hesitate me at all, so don't hesitate at them!
Bad service!! I called in the morning ask if they had a part I needed for my car the guy who answer said yeah yeah come get it" once I get there he didn't even had the car he was so high he didn't even know what was going on. Just a Waste of time. (Dude with grill and tatts)
Really bad service !!! ! Waste of time white a old white man / has no respect for clients . But when it comes to charging the money . His quick on that Don’t recommend this place for parts .
The person who answered the phone was rude and distracted the entire time. He didn't take down specifics on my car just asked the make, model, and year then said he would talk to his boss. He called me later and completely low balled the value of my car and was disrespectful when I told him I was not going to sell my car to him for that cheep. He started acting all whiny saying that's all he could do when I said I would take my business elsewhere.
