They towed my truck from a parking lot, with ZERO signs saying parking was not allowed. I went into In and Out for less than 5 minutes and they slithered in and took it. I am a disabled Veteran and this was a disgusting business practice. One of the businesses denied calling the tow and told me that the they just cruise around the parking lot Looking for vehicles to tow. But the tow company said it was called in by a business. So, which one of you is being cowardly and flat out lying? You should he boycotted if the latter is the truth. You should be boycotted for your deplorable actions.
The driver responded quickly to my call and worked with me be ause of not being able to get the truck in neutral which was above and beyond. I appreciated that.
Horrible company flies through residential parking lots all night bouncing over speed bumps, I’m surprised the truck still works! I saw someone moving heavy items in so they parked at the curb. The truck came and they were trying so hard to take the vehicle as fast as possible the hit the vehicle’s bumper like 5 times and started dragging the vehicle. The owner came out because they were in and out moving things the drove off super fast in his face again flying down the parking lot and taking the vehicle over speed bumps going at least 45! What I saw absolutely shocked me. I get it they are hired to do a job but the lack of safety and tearing up peoples cars is unacceptable and this company needs to be investigated asap!! I know for a fact the other reviews are true about damaging peoples cars. I saw with my own 2 eyes that they don’t even try to safely attach the vehicle. They care about getting it any way they can as fast as they can so they can make a dollar.
I’m thinking about sending the video of the driving and careless activity to attorney general and the news station! Do right by people or your business will fail. If it was your car or your spouses car being damaged you would cry wolf!

About seven fifty five p m witness them towing a vehicle away from my apartment complex while towing someone else's vehicle proceeded to do approximately 85 miles per hour not strapped in a 45 don't ask how I know. Towed my roommates car and he is on the lease. After my roommates tow there was what appeared to be a drag mark across the entire hood where a light bar was incorrectly removed.
wrongfully towing customers parked in the lot while eating in a restaurant. the restaurant owner was kind enough to call the tow truck driver, but he refused to release the car, trying to force us to pay him $100 to bring it back before he got to the lot, which is illegal. they held the car for 2 hours and left us stranded. the restaurant owner had to drive us to pick up the car because they were being so uncooperative and rude and money hungry. to everyone working here: get a real job.

Warning to anyone considering OnSite Towing in Houston: This company caused significant damage to my vehicle during a tow in 2024, resulting in thousands of dollars in repair costs. Despite reaching out and providing all necessary documentation, they have failed to take accountability or offer any resolution. It is now 6 months later. I am pursuing formal complaints with all relevant oversight boards and consumer protection agencies for their negligence and lack of responsibility. Others should be aware of how they treat customers and handle damages caused by their own actions.

Towed my legally parked car from inside MY OWN neighborhood after sneaking into the gate behind another car! Security confirmed that they were not called to come in and tow anyone. I can't believe they would try to victimize people in this way. Our HOA and security guards call them periodically to tow cars as needed. This time they were not invited and stole my car anyway. The automated system is ineffective in helping you locate which of the 9 different locations has taken a vehicle. It's absolutely ridiculous. This seems very opportunistic and fraudulent. I wouldn't trust them in a crisis. It seems this company will take cars for the fun of it so if you want to ruin someone else's day, call OnSite to pick up their car. They take cars they get called for and ones they feel like picking up just because.
Editing to add in response to owner's message: The manager of this place seems to get off on being rude and disrespectful to the women that are unfortunate enough to come across him and his terrible business. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone after countless attempts, it just so happened to be the him. He was rude and dismissive from the start. I asked a question and was immediately met with condescension. When he started yelling at me unprovoked, I said my peace and wanted nothing else to do with him. I was very confused by his attitude because it was so out of left field. I'm sure he deals with a lot of angry people, but I wasn't one of them; until his disrespect became too much. The funniest thing about this whole ordeal is that once he heard a man (my friend) on the phone he turned into another person. That's when he started to act like a normal human being. He was accommodating to the man he was speaking with and provided the information I asked for at the beginning of the call. That told me all I needed to know. I don't ever want to encounter this manager, Jason, ever again and I would advise others to avoid him if at all possible. If he represents this company, they couldn't have a worse reputation.
We came to pick up our car that was towed from the Pavilion, and the staff was unbelievably rude for no reason. Instead of being helpful, the guy had an attitude and acted like we were inconveniencing him. If you’re going to run a business, at least treat people with basic respect. Absolutely unprofessional and a miserable experience🤬🤬
Called 2 hours ago regarding a vehicle parked in a fire lane and blocking a side walk. A vehicle that has been sitting in the same spot since 1 am this morning. But, they hadn’t made any attempts to come pick it up. I happen to have a camera facing where the vehicle is parked and no one from Onsite has even driven by the vehicle.
I am very appreciative of this company and its workers. The associate answering the phones was polite, and knowledgeable. They followed up, and verified information before proceeding with anything which I appreciate. They also continued to keep in contact until the job was done. The driver Peter was also very polite, and respectful. Thank you.

During my emergency they towed my car from Chimney rock Apartments my car emergency lights were on and I went inside the apartment to get my stuff to go hospital because my newborn baby he was at the emergency room his doctor called me at 1:36 am he said your son can’t breathe in this situation they towed my car with emergency lights are on

This towing company and phone number was given to me by Pavilion Place apartments to have a vehicle towed. It was a Sliver Malibu Chevrolet, the Texas Licensed plated number RGN 8703. When I called this towing company. I called this company at 11:30 pm and the person who answered took my information and the vehicle information. She had given me a request number and then said someone would call me back. Hours had passed by and I called the company back and the phone went voice mail. The advertisement states 24/7 service. The company never called back. So I called the company again today with the same issue but a different vehicle that need towed. A sliver pick up truck. Silverado Chevrolet license plate number CRN 7684. The towing company phone now just rings without anyone picking up the phone. I do not know what the agreement is between Pavilion Place apartments and this towing company but it appears it is not helping out pavilion place tenants.
