I got stuck at a gas station on Christmas Day at 11:30 at night called magnolias and Miguel answered I let him know the situation and even on Christmas he stopped from his way home to help out. He was there extremely fast and the price was great! I will be recommending him to people who need towing ! Extremely fast and helpful as well as nice! I will be calling again when needing service.
Towing and wrecker service is something that we all hope we will never have to use. When you call a tow truck it's usually because something has gone very wrong and you're very stressed out about it. We've all heard horror stories about long waits and outrageous prices that makes it all even more stressful. Miguel was the complete opposite of that. He kept in communication about where he was and when he would arrive, which was half an hour (instead of hours and hours). He asked not only where the car was but how it had gotten there, and whether or not it was impeding traffic and if I was safe. He was so nice and calmed me down as we chatted on the quick ride home. Very reasonably priced also. Highly, highly recommend Miguel and Magnolia's finest wrecker svc. 5 stars, Thank you!
First off I want to say how it didn’t take 2 hours for us to get a tow. Miguel kept and constant communication with us via text and that put me it ease because I was with my wife. After that Miguel, made us feel like we was l family and that significantly eased the hassle that are car wasn’t starting. The experience was phenomenal!!
Was teaching my niece to drive this morning and she hit the curve and cut the tire ! No spare tire lmfao but did remember the great service we got with Miguel and definitely recommend him. Honest and humble and always in a great positive mood. So I called him and he took care of us and was a blessing and felt better knowing that he would take care of us and be honest and upfront about the cost. Definitely recommend him and tell others about his great service.

Suburban overheated downtown Houston at 10:30 pm and being two woman and a child in a sketchy area we were worried. Not to mention we had to go all the way back to Katy and he picked us and the suburban up barely ten minutes after we called. He was super quick to get there, load it up and get us on the road. Wonderful person and nice conversation on the drive. Definitely recommend this company if you need a tow. Prices also seemed very reasonable especially for the distance.
Top notch service!! I was stranded on the Freeway with cars coming within inches of my vehicle. Miguel was there in minutes to pull my car to safety with me in his passenger seat. Miguel has great communication, very reliable and punctual! I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family! I asked Miguel to pick up my younger sisters car as she was left stranded , he responded promptly and advised me every step of the way. He even notified me when he dropped her car off.
