Dragged us for a month on a truck they were consigning. Told us the the owner of the truck wanted to put it back in service and rhe deal was dead. Called rhe actual owner and he says RPM told him that we found another truck. Shady business to say the least.
The most professional people in the business. I just recently bought a truck from them, and hands down the best experience I’ve had. Will was my salesman, and I highly recommend getting with him to purchase your next truck purchase. No matter what size they are they to make it happen. They treat you like family and that’s the best way to run a business!
Wonderful experience buying a 20 ton wrecker. They treat you like family and really care about the customer buying experience. I hope to go back in the future and buy more tow trucks with them.
RPM equipment only made me loose my time, they took forever to send a buyers order, after i had funds ready they asked for a payment deposit to hold the truck which I agreed and I took action right away depositing the funds. Mr. Albert Hallado calls me back within an hour and says somebody is ahead of me and he can not take a deposit. I called the next day for updates to see if the truck was sold and he said he will call me back. I received a call this morning and literally said someone has made a deposit for the truck I wanted. Just want to share my experience with this company, they only made me loose my time. Not professionals

And while working on it they made some improvements so the issue wouldn't happen again .
One day of down time and Will called me the second it was ready to roll .
Had a very important pin fall out of my L Arm on my 810 found out once I got to Louisiana Rpm took care of me. They exceeded me expectations and went out of their way to make sure my truck didn't have any down time. If you have an issue they honestly do everything they can to keep you going and that's important in the wrecker business
These guys go above and beyond. We came from out of town and Will treated myself and my husband very well. They threw in lots of extras and was very helpful with everything from the truck we were purchasing to places in town to visit. We will for sure be back to buy from them again.

Purchased a slightly used flatbed from these guys last month. Had great customer service from my salesman Will. Everyone I met while I was there was great from the office personnel to the parts department. Would recommend.

For all your towing needs, including custom built tow trucks, car carriers, medium and heavy duty tow trucks, lockout tools tow truck accessories, including tow chains, tow cables, hooks, lights, winches, emergency lighting, new and used tow trucks, I've done business with them for more than 30 years, professional service and service after the sale, great folks, fabulous place.
Overpriced. Most of the trucks are high mileage trucks well into the 300,000 and still priced high and the trucks are over 10 years old. If anyone knows of another dealer or website that has more reasonably priced how trucks i am open for suggestions.
Always reliable. These people take care of their customers. I have bought several new wreckers and they have always kept me happy. The service department keeps their appointments too. No complaints from me, keep up the good work guys!
I went to this company about 8 months ago and was interested in buying a new wrecker bed. I was told my truck didn't have a 22 foot bed. I told him I operate this truck every day it's a 22 foot bed. I then was told it was a 10000 pound bed and he kept trying to sale me a 10000 pound bed. I had to show him it was a 22 foot bed with a 20000 pound rating. So after that I tried to buy some lock out tools, I was ignored for over 20 minutes so I just left them on the counter. I'll never be back and haven't.
Houston is lucky to have RPM taking care of our wrecker needs. They're always busy and yet they squeeze you in and get your truck back to making money. Brian, the owner, put a part on our wrecker and said we didn't have to commit to paying for it until we know for sure that it will fix the problem. We look forward to the new wrecker they're building for us.
These guys have been around for what seems like forever. They are hands down the go to place in the Houston area for wrecker building, purchasing and repairs. Mario, the parts rep is the guy u go to with ur questions and to get a good deal on whatever u need

If your in tx, nope if your anywhere in the world you have to come here. Im out of mo came here needing HELP. They didnt kbow me fro adam but bent backwards to get me going again. Everyone is friendly. Everyone alwaus has a smile. And so must knowledge in one place os past awesome. I dont care what i need from now on im calling or coming here first. From new to used wreckers. i had a great experience until one day the owner of this place decided to help and ex partner to iligally repo my tow truck providing a key of a truck that was only in my name. Believing lies and taking matter I'm to their own hands when they couldn't do anything trough the court. Apparently this is not the first time they are involved in this kind of situation. Resulting in an upcoming big mess in court and loosing my business.
The truck is being held and not being use. The final result is my defaulting on my loan and having a repo on my name and at the end the bank would end up with the truck. They have a tendency of getting in to customers personal matters. Is funny cause at the end they had the nerves to send me an invoice for $400.
