Had a great experience buying a car from them, bought a car with a low down payment, made all payments on time, recently had a mechanical issue with car only having 2 payments left to make and low on income the finance team took their time to listen to my concern and my sales rep helped with granting and extension so that I could fix my car with a mechanic and not lose my car. Great service and professional help. Very happy and pleased. Thanks to USA autobroker this month I will completly have paid off my first vehicle

It's kinda slow but with everything going on the people stay busy I know when I went in the sales man got things wrong on the paper work so my date was always a week late altho ms.g helped me out and just said everything is good it is just that way on paper so thanks to ms.gilda my car never got reposesed...the cars well it is a used car lot so some good some bad you know if you know so I picked a soso one so I'm done paying off my car just wanna say it has been an expensive experience for sure

Very bad place. Very shady business practices. They scammed my husband and I out of our money. We gave them the car back because it was too dangerous to drive. They wouldn’t let us trade it back to them and didn’t possess the expertise to repair it. Please don’t waste your time or money. There’s better lots nearby to choose from.

Yim de Armas is an easy and helpful rep to deal with! No pressure to buy and will help you find what you are looking for and followed up after the sale! He included repainting the hood of our Highlander which we didn’t ask for it was the only flaw on the 2008 vehicle and did it within 4 days! I never expected for them to offer that on a used vehicle and every time I call him he answers immediately and I know how busy they are! Excellent customer service from the whole team there I appreciate their service and attention to customer service! If you finance in house just read the contract they are extremely transparent and do a lot of deals so anyone who is complaining just didn’t read it it’s just like any dealership but a lot more relaxed and attentive than the big dealerships who barely answer the phone or updates us on the service status of our Jeep which has been in the big name dealer shop almost 3 months

Very unprofessional and they don’t take you serious don’t buy a car here after a week or two they will break down and send it to their mechanic who says everything is okay when obviously the car is not okay do not recommend run as far away from this place

These guys are good. Excuse me, Ladies & Gentlemen are exceptional in process. In the purchase of a vehicle the staff I found via social networks was welcoming. The car selection was in the market of what we were looking for. The purchase process was quick, and the staff was So nice. Definitely a business template where you are treated as you treat others. The only improvement that could be made were their facilities were located outside, it was still very clean. I definitely recommend this establishment if your looking for a mid range vehicle at a fair price even when financing. They have a website, and with proper preparation, You can Be In and Out in no time. Because time is our most precious resource.

Pretending to sell on Facebook Marketplace. Acted very strange and wouldn't give info at first. Red flags everywhere. I wouldn't buy anything from this place given how conduct business. Who knows how bad their inventory is.

After going to multiple dealers big dealers and small, my friend recommended me here and I was able to get my car it was easy and straightforward process. Super easy to make my payments and great communication!

This is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. So disrespectful. Gilda which is The lady that hides in the back with the tattoos in her face has the worse customer service. They ask what days you get paid , put it im writing for your payments to come out then switch the contract and harass you after 2 weeks. Please watch yourself dealing with this company.

We found a truck that the dealership listed on Car.Guru. The truck looked nice and turned over with ease and sounded good. We asked to test drive it. When we got into the truck and pulled onto the street. When we excelarated, there was a noise and vibration. We only took it a couple of blocks and returned to the dealership. They said that they would look at it and fix it. They did call back and said they fixed it. They knew that truck was jacked up.

I just bought a car from this place. They had me pay for the car before I even signed a contract(stupid of me) days went by and the check engine light came on. I was promised by Jim that he will take care of the problem. They replace 2 tires that were no good and me and child was almost in a bad accident. It’s one of the ladies at the front who is very fiesty. They know they are scamming people and it’s not right. God looks down and I promise you he’s watching everything. I would not recommend this place to even my enemy. Once they get your money they absolutely don’t care about you. I should have read the other reviews before buying. My mistake. It won’t happen again. Be careful buying here you guys.

Don’t Buy from this location cars are to high for really used items had a lot of issues with a vehicle I got from there that could of caused a lot of accidents in the highway and they weren’t cooperating with me on the issues. So who ever wants to buy from here do not buy from here you’ll regret it .

2 months ago, not even a full. 2 months ago I got a car from these people. When I got into the car and drove down the street, the car started running hot 3 times they tried to fix the situation. I ticket to a place where they do diagnostics and let me know the motive was no good, so they tried to make it right and gave me another cabout a month ago of having this car. It started running hot, giving me problems. I wouldn't spend money to fix the problem. And the problem still was happening. I took it back to the diagnostic and it. Let me know the motor was gone a red Dodge caravan. I mean, I'm a room Dodge caravan. Do not buy this because they will put this back on a lot. These people put fixed cars so you can drive it for about a month or so, and then the car start breaking down. Do not do not and I mean. Do not buy a car from these people. It is a rip-off.Yeah, they tried to make it better, so I was good with it, but it was the same shim sham of a car like the first car.You'll be careful on vehicles on shepherd.Especially these people right hear.They will say all will make it better and do cement in all of my cards are junk cars.Be careful and watch out.I told them to come get this piece of junk for the second car that I got from them.It is just a shim sham place

I am extremely displeased with this place. I financed an older model honfa Civic from this place (jimmy was my agent) he told me that the vehicle passed an inspection and was good to go bc I told him I needed a reliable car for work transportation and I was able to make my payments on time and gave a $1500 down payment bc I trusted that this car would keep me afloat and I would be fully dependant on this car for my job and it breaks down on me in a month. I had to spend almost $100 to get the car back to the dealership and they said they would fix it and told me they were going to charge me to fix it! I agreed to pay, even though I dont think that is fair. And after almost 3 weeks of waiting and calling and getting excuse after excuse with no attempt to actually resolve mynprobpek I decided to just go get my belongings and let them repo it, which sucks buti can't afford to fix it and I don't even have the spare time off work to fix it so I have to just accept it and try to get another car

OMG found what I was looking for they gave me and my hubby a great deal and JACK DANIELS our sales guy took great care of us. Bob the owner has always treated us like family bought over 5 cars from them since 2005 over the years family has been referred to them and none of us have any issues or problems with them !!
