Took my truck in to have the oil pan gasket replaced and after getting a fair quote over the phone, Lakewood was able to get it fixed and turned around the same day! Can’t say enough good things about the shop!

Craig and his Team serviced my 2011 Toyota Camry. They did an excellent job completing my repairs; replaced my torque converter seal, 3 of my ignition coils, my right front TPMS sensor, and they also installed my front license plate. What I appreciated the most was their fair pricing, professionalism, and work quality. If you are looking for honest mechanics that do great work, I highly recommend Lakewood Car Clinic.

Went in for headlight replacements because Ford makes you disassemble your whole front end just for bulbs. Left very happy with the service and price!

Have taken my 72 classic to this business a few times and each time the work is on point. Craig and the pit crew always give ya best cost effective options to complete the job. The 72 is about 85% restored, this business will take it to the remaining. The owner and Craig are a class act.

I brought in a 2010 Subaru Forester with a code P0420 for the catalytic converter. Craig diagnosed the issue and suggested a less expensive solution. It has been 3 weeks later and the check engine light hasn’t come back on. Craig communicated throughout the whole process. Thank you Craig and the team for the pleasant experience!

My Ford truck engine had a miss fire and the computer indicated VCT sensors were defective. Several shops quoted me $1,000 to $1,500 to repair the truck. Charlie and his mechanics found the problem, fixed the truck for less than $200. Truck runs well, no problems. I highly recommend Lakewood Car Clinic.

My Ford F350 AC did not work properly, did not blow cold air. Several bad components were replaced with Ford OEM parts. Problem solved, works like new. The repair was completed in two days. It's nice having a locally owned shop that's looking out for the customer. Thanks for the great customer service.

This place is nothing short of Phenomenal. 10 stars. Everything you could ever dream of from a Mechanic, honestly. Friendly, honest, efficient, fairly priced, compassionate...this list of adjectives goes on and on. Unfortunately, the only one I got to know by name is Craig, but he was such an amazing representative of this place. I brought my 2 vehicles in, back to back, and they took the best care of them to find the issue swiftly, communicate it effectively, and repair it efficiently. They bent over backwards and went the extra mile to take care of my 05 Ram that is running better than it has in years. They made a customer out of me for sure. Great work guys, your efforts are truly appreciated!

I am deeply impressed with these guys. The service I received was professional, blazing fast, and fairly priced. They communicated openly about pricing throughout the process. They even noticed one of the bolts holding my license plate was broken and replaced it without being asked and without charging me. I'll definitely be back for future repairs.

I’ve been working with lake on my project car for about a year and I couldn’t be happier. I thought I knew a thing or two about cars but the collective years of experience in this shop shows me just how much more I have to learn. Wouldn’t trust my car in the hands of anyone else.

We took our vehicle to Lakewood Car Clinic after being rear-ended by somebody who didn't have insurance. We dropped the car off for repair, and picked it up around a week later (later than our estimated completion time). When we got the car back, we were initially happy with the results but after having the car back for a week we noticed two issues. One issue being that they did not completely repair the car (see the photo attached, the plastic trim around the rear wheel well is still damaged) and we noticed an issue with our power tailgate. When we called the shop to get the power tailgate looked at, they told us there was no way they did anything to it and that they would charge us to even look at it. The tailgate worked fine when we dropped it off and had issues when we picked it up, so I'm not sure how that could be our fault. We will not be going back and recommend selecting another location or thoroughly inspecting your vehicle upon pickup. EDIT TO REPLY: Hi Norma! It was not communicated that the estimate excluded work, we wanted the full damage repaired. We cancelled our appointment because we were told it would be an additional cost to investigate the issue with the tailgate, which we do not accept liability for as the issue didn't begin until after work was completed. We will not be rescheduling our appointment for the above reasons. The damage repair that did occur was satisfactory to us - the communication and issue resolution was not.

We had our 2014 Toyota RAV4 worked on at Lakewood. Ruben and Josh dis a great job on the dent. They were quick but thorough. It was very easy to take it in, get my rental, and take off. It was cleaned and polished when returned to me. Yea! A great place to get work done to your car. Thanks guys.

The work these guys did was excellent. Ruben and his team really made my experience really pleasant. The paint work was very good and they went the extra mile to buff out imperfections.

I went to Lakewood Collision on the recommendation of a friend who has been using him for several repairs. My 2009, 202Kmile Sienna's front bumper clear coat was peeling off and my wife was having none of that, said she wouldn't drive the ghetto car. So I had to repair the 202Kmile car bumper. I met with Ruben and he was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure and quick quote. The price of the car was in the ballpark of what I thought it would cost and it was done in 2 days. Attached are pix and you can see how well they matched the paint. Not only did the outside bumper paint look like new and matched the rest of the car, they pretty much detailed the rest of the outside and cleaned the inside of the car. The car has not been that clean on the inside in YEARS!!! My only complaint about the experience is that now my wife wants me to get a quote on my Camry which was bumped into when I was parked somewhere and the panels aren't flush due to clips breaking and there are spider lines in the paint. So the fantastic job on one car is going to cost me work on another car. Thanks Ruben. But I will be more than happy to give him my business again.

Cannot be pleased more with the service and quality of the work here. Emilio was super nice and took care of my car after it was rear-ended. Car looks even better than before! And as a nice surprise the whole inside of the car was detailed! Amazing group of people here who treat your baby like their own. Got my car back in a little over a week! So happy! Highly recommend!

I read some of the other reviews to see how I wanted to word mine and found that they all said the same things I wanted to say. Fast, excellent, professional, friendly service that comes with a fair price. I've been taking my cars to Lakewood since 1999 and never been unhappy with any aspect of the experience. I've found Rick (a local owner who grew up in the area) to be an honest and honorable man who works hard to be fair to his customers and employees alike. If you need a ride home they will take you or can arrange a rental car for you. I highly recommend Lakewood Car Clinic! If you want quality work at a reasonable price from a friendly, professional crew this is the place you want to go.
