The best auto shop in Texas. Firstly, a big shoutout to Mr. Abdul (the manager) and his wonderful crew. Recently got into an accident and it was my first time with the whole insurance thing. Mr. Abdul assisted me with everything - I got the inspection/appraisal done because of him. He took one look at my car and already knew what needed fixing and who exactly to call. And, the best part, it took them only 3 days to replace my (passenger side) door, fender, side-mirror and bumper. I was beyond words. Never going to the dealership again.

I’ve trusted them with my 22’ VW Tiguan twice now for body work and they have gone above and beyond each time. They have addressed each and every issue and even took care of issues I didn’t know I had. I will bring my vehicle to them each and every time for body and mechanical work. The owner, Abdul, is awesome—down-to-earth, honest, and competent. He won’t rip you off like some other body shops in the area. I got quotes from five places nearby, and Abdul offered the best price with great repair work.

The owner and his son (I think it is his son) did a great job repairing my car. They communicated well in the process and finished in a timely manner. The door required extra work to get done, but they still finished quickly and the results look great. The team does well and I highly recommend them. It's nice supporting a local shop versus a national chain.

I really don’t see ANY reason to go to any other repair and body shop in Houston. Regency is the best auto repair and body shop in the city. I travel over 45 minutes away just to get my car repaired there because they get it done right and flawlessly the first time, every single time, without fail. They work with the upmost professionalism, efficiency, and care. Especially as a woman who knows nothing about cars, Abdul and his team work with the highest level of integrity in their business and I can’t recommend them enough.

I brought my car in the morning to get a stuck door and door handle fixed. Estimate was very quick and work to be done was clearly communicated. They had me in and out in an hour! The people I spoke with were very kind so would definitely recommend

Today I visited Regency Auto Repair for issues with my 2011 Honda Pilot. The car had a rack and pinion problem, crinkling noise on the right side, and was pulling badly while driving. The team took the time to test drive and thoroughly diagnose the issue. They gave me a very reasonable estimate, and I approved the work. The results were fantastic — the car feels great now, and the crinkling noise is gone. I’m really happy with the outcome and impressed by their excellent customer service. Compared to other local shops, their pricing is very fair and they come across as honest and genuine. I definitely recommend Regency Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price!

I would personally refer anyone to go to Regency auto repairs, Mr. Abdul and his staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My car was side swiped by a vehicle while being parked along the street. I called around getting different quotes and estimates, the price i was quoted was better than others around in the neighborhood. Mr.A was very good with his communication, the same day i dropped my vehicle off, he was FaceTiming me to show me his progress. Very pleased with this job. Regency will always have a customer in me. Only took 3 days for complete repair!

Mr. Abdul and the team are super professional. Great price and great service. I got my car back within two days. I unfortunately had ran into a parking garage pole, and was able to get to fix in no time. The result is perfect. Feels like a brand new car again. Highly recommended. No complaints at all.

These guys have just won a customer for life! I got my Jeep Cherokee dented and scratched on parking garage (right door) and I also hit a low cement pole gifting myself with a bad dent and a nasty scratch (left door). I surveyed a bunch of places and they were either outrageously expensive (>6k) , or not convincing quality-wise. I decided to go with Regency seen the great reviews they have and was a great choice! Please, judge by yourself from the pictures provided! Both doors look like brand new. Mr. Abdul and his crew did an excellent job in just 2 days and they were clear and polite during the whole process. Also, the price was more than reasonable. Make yourself a favor and give these guys a chance!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hitting a pole, causing significant damage to the front passenger side of my car. Luckily, I took my car to Regency Auto Repair on the recommendation of a friend and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Abdul is a lovely guy, along with Nadim and his team, they did an amazing job repairing all the damaged parts, making my car look like new again. They paid exceptional attention to all the details and did a wonderful job. All in less than a week. Additionally, Abdul, after knowing that this was my first accident, also helped me with the insurance claim process, which made everything much easier and less stressful for me. To top it all off, they returned my car in a gleaming condition, which I greatly appreciated. For this reason, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of bodywork or repairs. The professionalism, quality of work and excellent customer service of Regency Auto Repair are truly rare to find, especially considering the stories of some friends who have had a similar damage. Came in with a front end passenger side collision with the need of a bunch of internal and body work. Their painting skills were impeccable and their prices were certainly more than fair. I could not recommend a better shop, I was in and out within a weeks time. My car looked brand new when I got it back! I thought they had bought me a new car. They cleaned up the outside real nice and even buffed out my headlights. They’re incredibly responsive within their working hours and the workers are more than friendly. They also have a nice waiting room with a little bit of candy if you ever need to wait. I would definitely come back in. (After photos are to come in a little bit, just imagine the car shiny and new with a bow on top).

I've been going to Regency Auto for a couple of years now for regular maintenance and recently for body work. They do great work at reasonable prices. On top of that I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Abdul will tell you how it easy without trying to get more out of you like other places do. One happy customer.

Hands down the best. I was in a vehicle accident on 12/27 and dropped my vehicle off to Regency Auto on 1/2/24 and it was ready on 1/8/24. It doesn’t even look like my vehicle was involved in an accident. I have no complaints at all. Thanks for being professional and for doing an awesome job.

This place was incredible. I scratched and dented my fender and broke my front headlight after hitting a barricade. I brought my to Regency and not only was Mr. Abdul extremely professional and nice, he also quoted me an amazing and reasonable price. Regency took my car in and had it completely finished within two days, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it looks brand-spanking new. They got the paint down and everything - it’s like my accident never happened in the first place! They were even so kind as to wash my car before I picked it up. I’m incredibly impressed with the service here and could not recommend Regency enough. I called Regency after looking around for a car shop, and found that this one had great reviews. I can definitely see why, Abdul answered my call and greeted me when I got there. I read some other reviews he will warm up to you pretty quickly. He told me I can keep driving my car since I didn't need a loaner. I set everything up with the insurance and the shop on the 19th, and he took it over from there. He called me on the 23rd, told me all the parts are ready and I just need to go in the next morning. Brought my car in the next morning, and it took 3 hours (which is how long he told me it would take, from the first time I brought my car in). He is very professional, affordable, and great quality service. You can tell that my car's bumper looks amazing in the pictures after the repair. Also, his nephew, Fazan or Fassan (not sure how you spell it), was really nice when shuttling me during the repair. Very knowledgeable and professional team.

Abdul and his team did a great job on my front bumper and deck lid. He has reasonable prices. For what I paid for the whole job, I would have only gotten my bumper fixed elsewhere. The color match was perfect.
