Cypress Auto Tow did a great job taking care of my vehicle tow. Homer was very nice and made what can be a stressful situation feel a lot more relaxed. The company is very professional and arrived promptly. I watched as they loaded my vehicle on the tow. They were very careful. They accompanied me into the dealer to get instructions on where to place my car. They wanted to make sure I was completely taken care of before they handed off the vehicle.

As so as I made the claim with Statefarm. Driver called me within minutes. Fastest one EVER. Driver was welcoming professional and caring. Speaks fluent English. Inside of wrecker is super clean and smells good. And not like cigarettes and smell the of oil. Statefarm tow program.

So after reaching out to four different towing companies for quotes I realized how desperately they just want to inflate costs for basic services. My last phone call was surprisingly opposite from the rest of the other towing companies. Omar responded to my call quickly and genuinely. He just simply wants to help you with your problem.
