I’m very disappointed with the timing, driver coordination, and overall dispatch communication from Aspire Transport and Roadside.
We were given a confirmed arrival time and received multiple text updates reinforcing that timing. However, once the stated time passed, there was no proactive update. Even 20 minutes after the promised arrival, we had to call dispatch ourselves, only to be told it would take another 20 minutes.
This lack of follow-through and inaccurate time commitments creates unnecessary delays and puts clients in a difficult position, especially when we are relying on your team for time-sensitive service. Clear, accurate communication and honoring stated timelines are essential, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met in this instance. The transport is still not in sight yet.
They was assigned to do me a battery service for roadside assistance and they never showed, just collected the money and said they did the work. BIG SCAM- I CALLED MY ROADSIDE assistance and they dispatched y’all to do a job and yall lied to my insurance and said that yall came to see me and completed the job but yall never showed up so YES. YALL ARE A SCAM!
TERRIBLE!! Updated eta over and over for 3 hours!!!!!! Knowing I’m sitting outside with newborns and they keep making excuses like their tow trucks are breaking down on the side of the road and keep ignoring my calls sending it to voicemail! NOT RELIABLE-DISRESPECTFUL- they keep accepting my call from insurance preventing any other company from getting my car! STOP!!!!!

Very unprofessional, the person in the “dispatch” doesn’t know how to speak to women. My sister was stranded on the side of the road. The ETA said 15 minutes and 40 minutes later nobody could get in contact with the driver. Instead of having open communication with the client, he likes to gaslight women and if you look at all the negative reviews the common phrases that are used make the client (who are women) look like monsters. Not wise to mess with a law student and their family. Already contacted my friends who work with auto insurance companies and will be reviewing the future outcome of this establishment.
Do not use this company. They will tell you anything to make sure you do service with them. I was stuck on the side of the Houston highway at night and I called the company. Each time they told me the driver will call he is on his way. They didn’t say it was only one driver and had other tows. 3 going on 4 hours in the Houston heat on the side of the road. Company decides to cancel my tow because I’m asking question about communication. Don’t tell me it’s a 45 minute wait if it’s going to be 4 hours
This is a long terrible service experience so buckle up. This tow company was assigned through the insurance. When the driver arrived he jump started the car and said the battery was working and did not need to be towed. My husband still wanted to be towed just in case, tow driver said it was fine, I asked do I need to cancel the request with the insurance company? The driver says sure either way they get paid. I cancel the request, the driver tells my husband he needs to pay $100 for coming out there. He wants me to Zelle him, I ask why not pay with credit card? He doesn't have a way to charge a card. Drives my husband to a bank for cash. I'm already suspicious but I think whatever I'll deal with the insurance company for reimbursement. I tell my husband get a written receipt for the $100. Driver says he'll text the receipt later. That's unacceptable to me. I call the tow company number so I can guarantee a receipt for the $100 to use for the insurance. As soon as I start explaining about how the driver said it didn't need to be towed and that I should cancel the request this owner starts calling me a liar, he said he was on the phone with the tow driver the whole time and that the driver wanted to tow it but your husband denied him multiple times saying the car was okay. This did not happen! I understand paying a fee for driving to the location even if service isn't needed. I just wanted a receipt for the cash payment. I was always going to deal with my insurance for any reimbursement. So why lie? Did they want to claim the service and get the payment from the insurance, not tow the truck and get paid an extra $100? This makes them seem so untrustworthy. I've already spoken with the roadside assistance of my insurance company. I explained what happened and was told I should not have to pay that $100 if the service request was canceled. They will reimburse me the $100 amount and cancel the original tow payment of $130 that was being held until service was complete. All this to say be cautious with this company. If I ever need a tow in the future I'll just eat the cost instead of going through insurance but I will stay far away from this tow company! They have shown how readily they will twist reality!
Edit after response: I stated in my review that I understand the need for a fee for driving out there and jump starting the vehicle. I just wanted a written receipt for the $100 so I can get reimbursement from the insurance. I canceled the request for a tow because the driver said it was okay, he said he would still get the payment even after request is canceled. You called me a liar when I explained that the tow driver said it didn't need to be towed. You claimed WE didn't want a tow because the car was now working. The only reason I called you in the first place was to make sure I got a receipt for the $100. You didn't even let me get to that part before saying that my story was wrong and my husband refused service and then you hung up on me. If you send me the receipt for the $100, I will amend my review to reflect that.
My insurance company sent these guys out quickly and gave me an accurate estimate on how long it would take to arrive. Very pleased with the service. Yousef was great.
My vehicle would not start and when I requested for towing, they were very professional. Aiham was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get my car towed to dealership. I recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed.
Aiham found me in less time than anticipated, was friendly and walked up to me and asked how I was doing, I informed him this was my second flat in two hours of travel. I was beyond frustrated. He apologized, which I was not looking for, it wasn’t his fault… and started talking about things in life. His conversations helped reduce my stress level, and I learned that most of the time he isn’t given the correct addresses to pick people up, so he goes the extra mile (pun not intended but haha ?) to reach out and confirm the location first - and thank God he did, I had already been sitting a while in (unknown) downtown Houston and they in fact sent him the wrong location!
Aiham delivered me safely to a tire shop that was open late. He was trustworthy, honest, and friendly. I highly recommend this young man, he is a true gem of his age group, impressive morals. TYVM Aiham!!
Aiham was a life saver for me after having to have my car towed to tge collison dealer. Which was very stressful for me. It is great know you are having a bad day, there are still friendly good people available!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Our car broke down as we were trying to drive to the hospital to see my mother and they gave us an ETA of 2 hrs. We were 45 minutes from Houston so that seemed reasonable, but 3 hrs later I called them, they said they couldn’t get in touch with the driver and then just cancelled, no call back, no help finding someone new. They will be getting reported to the service on my card and the BBB

Aiham was wonderful into helping me? I saw him in the street. He just did not hesitate to come to my rescue change the tire did everything that he had to do. It was wonderful and I appreciate him for what he did and I will get him anytime any other time I need him thank you.
I had a rough situation where all four of my rims and tires got stolen, but thankfully, Aiham from the towing service came to the rescue. Not only was he quick to arrive, but he also went above and beyond to ensure my car was handled with care. Aiham made sure that no further damage was done during the tow, which was such a relief considering the circumstances. He was professional, friendly, and truly made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I can’t thank him enough for his excellent service. Extremely friendly patient and understanding of my situation. I have an Alfa Romeo which is very complicated to get onto a tow truck and the gentleman was so helpful and nice. I will use these guys any time I am having troubles with my car and need a tow. Highly recommended.
Worst company I've ever dealt with paid $300 upfront to only be told an hour later after being told an hour the truck will arrive. I was told to pay an extra $140 fee bunch of clowns bozos.
Fadi was an amazing help! So kind a patient with me after the terrifying blow out I had! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing help and I will be calling if I ever need another tow!
Our vehicle required a tow to our local dealership d/t a prior failed jump start attempt with another company. Upon this companies’ (Aspire Transport & Roadside)tow truck arriving and unfortunately unable to fit into our apartment complex garage, the tower offered to jump start our vehicle and without issue we were able to drive the vehicle ourselves to the dealership. Grateful the company offered that assistance on their behalf!
Had a Hit and Run take place in downtown Houston, I live almost 4 hours away in Dallas. These guys went above and beyond to accommodate for my time schedule and push my time back for my tow/ driver continuously (on Labor Day as well) until I could arrive on scene for the tow. These guys are awesome and dispatch was very nice and helpful, 10/10 recommend when you are in a shitty spot and head help!
Very friendly and got me taken care of quickly. So happy when they showed up he didn’t waste any time, quick convo and got the car loaded up. Thankful this company didn’t waste my time and did as they promised.
I very rarely give five star ratings, because I don’t believe that any service is truly “perfect“, but I have to admit that aspire towing has shown me differently! From the dispatch to the driver, everything about this towing experience was a breeze. Not to mention, Customer Service was a 10/10! The driver was perfectly courteous and I definitely recommend this towing company to anyone!
