The people who work there are very friendly and it loads quickly.

I was asked to rate this place because I got stopped by a train in front of the business. Looks great, from what I can tell. They may want to fix their flag, though. The top clip came loose.

All the sraff are very helpful! Easy unload and great prices. Rotors pay more here. Most recycle pay rhe same as other metals.

i took my recyclables to this location my first time here was smooth just load to a bin and staff picks it up to scale and your on your way. Thank you great staff

Wonderful staff. Helped unload all my scrap. I always drive across town to this place because of the fantastic service and ot never changes.

This place steals from customers and doesn't own up to their workers' mistakes. Lady infront needs to be fired asap with her attitude and comments/smirks very unprofessional.

Becky's customer service / people skills could use some brushing up.

They need to fire the lady that answers the phone, super rude attitude. Makes me not want to ever go there

The worst experience on a 10 second phone call. Answered the phone rude, answered the question rude then hung up on me. This lady needs a new job away from customers.

Called in asking for pricing, very rude lady. Don't waste your time here. You will get better service at C & D scrap. I don't know why i am calling around.

WONDERFUL STAFF. The Scale Mistress is the best that I have me in 20 plus years of trucking. PLEASE LOOK AT THE MAP BEFORE COMING. SCR is in between FALLBROOK DRIVE and DEBORAH STREET. Do not let your GPS take you down DEBORAH STREET. You will HAVE TO BACK OUT. You will be turning into the entrance off of a 4 lane road. Slowly proceed to the scale on the RIGHT. You must scale in loaded and scale out empty to get signed bills of lading. Do not be in a hurry trying to get into this customer. Be Safe

I agree with some other reviewers concerning the elderly woman who issued payment being rude. Perhaps she had been the same lady who answered phone calls too?

The woman on the phone is very very rude I am very respectful person and the lady hung up in my face. Seem like didn’t want to answer my questions. ( I only had two)

First off I didn’t even go to the Location yet. I called before hand. The lady on the phone was cool until the point I mentioned me trying to sell my catalytic converter. He whole mood and attitude changed as if I was a bad person. I just wanted to know if I can bring mine in to sell even with proof of car title in my name and drivers license and recipient for the new one! But she was just very bluntly rude and could’ve just said they don’t accept it. I know it’s been a lot of car theft of converters but I got proof for mine! So hopefully they can not be so rude next time when asked about such inquiry

I like bringing my scrap here because everyone here always have a great attitude, also when I have to drive up and get weight, personal at the window also polite,thanks for great services.

Don’t ever call or go to this place. The lady that answered the phone is a straight up b!tch.

I had to replace the catalytic converters on my car and called this place to see if they would buy my old ones and the lady responds “NO WE DONT OK GOOD BYE!” Sheesh I guess customer service isn’t their thing

They take m metal and electronics but not tube TV's. Paid exact cash. I didn't get much $ but the stuff didn't end up in a dumpster so I'm happy.

Awesome place to load. The lady in the scale house is just a delightful person makes everything go so smooth.

Got there at 6:45 and was on the scale, but on the other side were 18 wheelers getting weighed, after they were done I was still on the scale and noticed no one acknowledge me so I called on my phone wondering were did everyone disappear to, I explained to the receiver that I was on the scale and what time do they open he replied 7-4 I informed him that I was on the scale and he replied that he will find someone to help me he went to the office and told me that everyone was in a meeting the day would be with me momentarily so I was late for work thank you.

I call them do they accept the cardboards? And the the woman who pick up the phone so rude, said no, don’t man. Thank you. And then hang up the phone.

Well they are never getting my business. I called just to ask if the take glass and cardboard and before I could finish my sentence the lady rudely cut me off to say they dont take any of that. I would suggest next time let someone finish their sentences and politely let them know you do not accept it and you don't know who does.

I moved recently so my regular scrap yard is much further than southern core...so I went here and everything was explained to me and things went perfect...kudos to these people.they got one for life now.

All us good on their prices for scrap metal but the employees are slow to get you in & an out of there the waiting is way to long & the customer service is something that definitely needs improvement
