Went for a Used transmission, it was worse than the core. They replaced it with another (I had to pay the second install to transmission mechanic). Module wasnt good. Ok i got a new module and after the computer worked, Transmission wasnt good either. I thought I was buying used transmission not (Broken transmission) .

Waste of time, they said got the parts I need so I do the drive there (30 min). Got there? make me wait long long time make me feel I don't even be there just to walk away empty hands.

Don’t ever never go to this place. These people are trash they give you a price on the phone and then they give you a different price in person. They made me drive one hour and then they give me a different price.

I had a terrible experience at this junkyard. When I spoke to the person on the phone about the rim, they said they would come and take it for $200. However, when I visited their shop, they informed me that the best they could offer was $250. I spent two hours there and even offered them other options that they refused to accept.

Looking for parts that had difficulty finding they located the parts and helped me find the ones they did not have. Have used them mostly on imported cars but then they come though if I have a difficult part to find

They are scammers and liars. They sold me a party they didn't have and took my money. After five days I was able to get my money back. I would never recommend going there.

They are very liars and cheats. They were supposed to send my part on the first day, but after following up every day, I was able to get my money back by force on the fifth day.

Prices are outrageous!! You save $20-$30 on a used part compared to carparts new or refurbished with warranty. They had a piece that i needed but wanted $150 for it. I showed the guy at all star the price for the same part on carparts.com and he just got uncomfortable and said, $150 no less and if you change your mind you already know where we are located and picked up his phone and continued with his day. So i got the same part for $180 including shipping.. staying away from junk yards from now on. Is better this place The people help to find the part if they don't have it

They quoted me $40 for a part over the phone and after I drove an hour to get there tried to tell me out was $150. Then while I'm standing there the guys behind the counter are talking crap about me in Spanish not knowing I knew Spanish. When I called them out on it, they just smiled and finally agreed to sell it to me at the original price. These guys are sleazy and you should go anywhere else to get your parts.

Difren price the person gives on the phone but ones you get too the business another one me opinion bad business

Called them asking for a part for my truck, yea we got it, drove two hours , when I got there all they said was it was somewhere over there you need to look for it, I was there for an hour and some, never found it at all..they lied,

Terrible ,over priced and will rip you off on parts. They charged me more than Auto Zone would have for the part. They do not do refund and the exchange will be price gouged. I think that the people working here are very rude. The guy Blas makes up prices as he goes. If your white or light skin with a good vocabulary as in clear English he will definitely raise your price through the roof . And then he will blame the owner. I BLAME HIM! AND if you want great service and parts go down to North Jensen auto they don't act like that when you need to exchange. I spent alot with them and the receipt says I can exchange . The part any other place was 40 the first price Blas said was $80 because he knew that my refund was 75 ..I don't appreciate that. He said "My guys had to pull the part and what you want me to do" I wanted a fair exchange of business . THIS was not fair and I think they do this to other people because all.their reviews are bad. Avoid this place if you can . They do bad business for real I experienced it myself today.

WORST OF ALL i brought a coolant reservoir for my truck and the sold it for 300 whilst on other junkyards it was only 40 dollars and was in mint condition. when i went back to return it to these scammers it wasn't even a hour since i brought it and they charged me 10 percent storage fee and when i tried to argue they turned my money to credit they gave me 2 options either get my 270 or get it turned into credit and turning it into credit was the worst idea

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS ! They scammed me for parts and the price , they told each other in Spanish to charge me more money as they knew I needed some seats for my car, so one guy charged me 50 the other said no 100, and then they finally said , new day new price , and told there guys there take it or leave it, after I got suckered the first time I got my seats from them SCAM ALERT HERE ! Buyer beware , go anywhere els except here , so not trust these guys at all, not only from me but from several others that also got scammed here to, no recite as they pocked the money .

If I Could give this place a zero star, I would but in order to leave a review you have to at least give them one star the experience that my husband and I had from this place was horrible They do not care about the customers They will lie give you the wrong part purposely especially if it’s electrical because there is no return on electrical parts and they know that so they purposely give you the wrong parts so you can’t bring it back and that’s how they get to keep your money so everybody needs to be aware of All Star Auto and Truck Parts Because they do not care about the customer this is our story My husband called up there and asked them if they had a fuse box for 2006 Denali envoy and my husband gave them the rest of the details they needed to make sure it was the correct fuse box the guy then turned around and told my husband no we ain’t got it then said give me your number and let me call you back My husband gave him his number the man called back and said oh we got one so my husband says OK we will be up there to get it so my husband went to get it and paid $189 for the fuse box and brung it home It was the wrong one My husband ran the part number and it was for a trailblazer not for my Denali the man knew he sold us the wrong part but he marked on the part it was for a 2006 Denali so my husband took the part back up there now mind mind you we live 30 minutes away from this Auto Parts my husband proceeded to tell him this fuse box is the wrong fuse box for my vehicle why did you mark on here that It was for a 2006 Denali and clearly it isn’t my husband told him I ran the part number Because it did not work on our vehicle is what my husband said My husband said I’m going to need my money back The guy proceeded to say you’ll have to come back at 3 my husband said I live 30 minutes away The guy said that’s not my problem now is it my husband gave them their own part back left to come home waited until 3 o’clock went back up there like the man said the man proceeded to turn around and tell my husband I don’t like doing business with customers like you my husband said I didn’t do anything wrong You pulled the part and handed me the part I didn’t go get it myself so it was clearly your mistake and you sold something knowing it was the wrong part but beings it was electrical you thought you was going to keep my money and the part I clearly couldn’t use The man proceeded to say I don’t like doing business with people and customers like you.Because He couldn’t rip somebody my husband off. My husband wasn’t going to stand for it The man clearly knew he was in the wrong and did not care. He knew he sold my husband the wrong part to make a sale and it was an electrical part and did not care the man could have cleared the issue up when we went back to return the part the second time to correct the problem The man did not care All he cares about is the money because he pulled a lot of money out Of his pocket and showed my husband. And said I got lots of customers yeah I’m sure you do because of you ripping people off you have one time customers not repeat customers because once they find out what type of business you run and you’re not an honest person they will not go back. That is the reason for this post Stay clear of this business establishment called All Star Auto and Truck Parts I am not usually the type of person to leave a review but I know 100% in my heart that this place is a rip off they will get your money They will sell you a part that you don’t even need and you get store credit you don’t even get your money back so that is a red flag right there, people work too hard for their money and people need their vehicles to get back-and-forth to work for their families and for this establishment to just rip people off is pathetic and a disgrace This place really really needs to be checked into because I’m sure it’s more than just a Auto and Salvage yard And OHSHA Definitely needs to be involved so I think that’s going to be my next step Sorry this post is long but this place was horrible don’t go there

Bought a spindle and a rotor from Blas for a foxbody mustang it was a perfect fit and in excellent shape. Price was fair. Thank you, Blas

I sold my car to this company through another company, Junk Car Boys. The owner was very quick to pick up my vehicle and told me it would be sold for parts. I was given cash in hand but no bill of sale. I also did a title transfer online with the DMV as instructed to do by the owner. A year later I noticed that my toll tag that was left on the vehicle was still being charged. When I reached out to the owner for information to obtain a bill of sale to remove the car from my toll tag account, he not only would not answer my calls or get back to me but he blocked my number. This is so beyond unprofessional. I should have done more research into this company before selling them my vehicle. I would never recommend doing business with them.

Literally pointless coming here. They have higher prices than new parts. You’re better off going to dealership it’s actually cheaper than here.

Worst place ever! They are scammers I bought 2 engines that they said were in great condition I paid over $2,000 and the engines never worked. Save your time and money from coming here.

Don't ever visit here overpriced rude sold me a part that failed within a week and half they wouldn't honor the 30day warranty said it's my problem BEWARE!!! Don't believe all those good reviews they made themselves

Very unprofessional. I called to ask about some rims/wheels. The guy said he has some in stock then proceeds to yell into the phone. I asked for clarification that he does have some in stock and he tells me to come check them out. I asked if there was a way I could see them before making an hour trip to where he’s located. He said no and immediately hangs up on me.

Bought to big item transmission and a motor good price and good parts and 30 day warranty !!!

I call to check on a motor for a hemi they sold me one for 1623 I got it cause it was cheaper them other yards I installed it and the motor was trash I took it off and take it to them and was there for 4 hours fighting to get a refund the scammers give me back 1323.plz don't buy here

My vehicle was sold to them via a third-party towing company and getting information I needed in order to do a title transfer was like pulling teeth. Do not bother wasting your time doing business with this company

I made a purchase at Jensen Dr. store location and was sent to another location to pick up the parts. Upon purchase I made it clear to salesman Oscar that my vehicle was a 2010 Chevy Impala. Salesman Oscar said the parts would fit but I had to pick them up at his other store on Aldine Westfield Rd. Made the purchase and went to get parts. The seat was different so I did not take the seat. I asked again at this second location if the seat belts would fit a 2010 model and they said they should be the same. I text Oscar that i was not taking the seat and he should issue a credit for the seat to my credit card. He agreed to do so and said he would refund $75 plus tax for the seat, I have text to prove this. This was never done by the way. When i actually compared the seat belts to what I had, the mounting brackets were different so I could not use them. I took them back to Oscar at the Jensen location in the A.M. and he was rude. Said "we have made no money today and i'm not refunding you. You took the seat belts." After playing this little childish game with me back and forth he finally just walked away. I returned the seat belts to the other location at Aldine Westfield and explained, they were good enough to take the seat belts back and apologized and said Oscar was that way. They could not refund me but said they would talk to the boss-man at 11am. I called back and they said boss-man said dispute the charges and he would not protest so i could get my money back. That's what I'm doing. Why the boss-man could not simply order Oscar to refund me is ridiculous. In summary they have the parts and I need my credit. I should not have to go through this much trouble for a simple refund, this merchant is shady, stay away from the Jensen store location where Oscar is...
