Ongoing Maintenance and Appliance Issues in My Unit
I want to start by saying that I’ve always found the management staff to be kind and approachable, which I truly appreciate. However, I feel it’s important to express some ongoing concerns regarding the condition of my unit particularly the appliances and unresolved maintenance issues that have been going on until now May 10, 2025. When I first moved in, I immediately noticed that the dishwasher was moldy. Unfortunately, this led to a serious allergic reaction. I submitted photos of the reaction and was prescribed steroids by my doctor due to mold exposure. It took multiple follow-up calls of 2–3 weeks before the dishwasher was finally replaced.Following that I experienced another deeply distressing situation with the neighbors. They were consistently loud and disrespectful, and in one instance, a neighbor threw trash at me, almost hitting me in the head. I reported this incident both in person and by email, but I never received any kind of acknowledgment or apology, which was disappointing and left me feeling unsafe in my own place. More recently, I’ve been facing persistent issues with the dryer and the kitchen sink. The water pressure is poor, and when I turn on the faucet, water splashes everywhere. The dryer has not been functioning properly for over two months . Maintenance has come to inspect it multiple times, but the problem keeps coming back. What’s most frustrating is the repetitive of these issues. I have to constantly follow up and allow maintenance into my home repeatedly, only to experience the same problems again. As someone who values privacy and stability, this has become mentally and emotionally exhausting.
The Manager Ruby was very profesional, and knowledgeble about the business ,the place is very nice and provides a lot of amenities,I will recomendé it on the spot
I have lived here over a year and the community is safe and secure. Management is wonderful and helpful along with maintenance whom is very dependable when putting in a work order . The grounds are kept up and clean and this apartment is walking distance of the mall, supermarket and major shopping plazas. I would definitely recommend this community.
The best property managers and the best neighbors! My only complaint is that you can smell what the neighbors are cooking through the vents. It always smells like burnt tuna casserole.
Going here may look great but given the surrounding area which is not so safe it's not good. The best way I can describe it as if you went to dinner and you are next to the bathroom and you smell the bathroom more than you your food how could you truly enjoy yourself LOL
All through renovations TVABH has been a great spot to live. Management is helpful and the location is incredible. My two bedroom looks great and is so comfortable. I love my neighbors too!!

The place is awesome however i have had the worst customer service i have witnessed, very unprofessional with lack of respect. I think you should pay more attention to your quality of services rather than only taking money from us

I lived there for 5 years, then management changed... Guess what mindset they have, RUNNING apartment complex at GREENS POINT.
They started charging for our cars, then towing them cars for minor reasons (Like parking on the last spot were you on the line next to an empty space).
They confiscated our grills and bicycles, then they stopped fixing the gates so thieves started breaking into apartments and cars.
When I complaint they told me is better to leave... Then here I am out of that rat hole.
On top of that, my identity and bunch of others got compromised, all fingers pointing at the management giving access to our files.
To all people saying it is beautiful place just wait guys until u will have issue with them then will be nightmares I am not talking about maintenance or safety or anything all that just wait and u will feel by yourself I had one time before very weird person going upstairs without any reason and went to complain they said it is not their issues trust me guys in this complaix u have not any rights to ask for anything just keep your mouth shut up if u r this person so u will be qualify to live there. My biggest issue is the gate we have been complaining about it many times will damage cars specially we r right on bunker hill so sometimes u need times to get out because this lazy people and they don’t have good manitence each gate should has sensors of cars to not close if the car in or out and gate didn’t have sensors so damage my car it happened with me this time trust me guys will happen with u next time
The management is very friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate residents in any way they can. The grilling areas are very clean, pools are great. Great things are coming to the complex. I would definitely recommend the village at bunker hill to anyone who is looking for an apartment here in the memorial area as its also very close to Memorial City mall, awesome schools, and much more.
I had an amazing time in there, the management is very friendly and always on top things, everytime I had a maintanance request, it would be solved promptly. Jeff and Ashley are the best! Highly recommended ??
It’s a HOME to me and to my family.
The Village is located in one of the best districts in Houston, the compound is so well organised and very well managed. We have been living in the village for almost two years now, we saw the big improvement in all aspects. The management is helpful and commited to look after the needs of there residents (They Care) ...
For most of the time, am overseas, my wife and kids are home alone, yet, I confidently feel they are taken care off and they are in safe hands.
Special thanks to Jeff and his team, for making the Village a wonderful home for my family.
Been there about three months now. Glad I opted in when I did. Quiet place. Convenient. And they're transforming the place into a destination long term.
Since the new management took over a lot of improvements and renovations work are going on, a new GYM will be opening soon. Feeling very happy living in The Village at Bunker Hill.
I would love to say how happy i am with the newly renovated units! Im in a Spacious two bedroom unit great for me and my family. So many amazing features my favorites the kitchen area beautiful with stainless steel appliances and then Led vanity in bathroom. I'm also right next to the sparkling blue water pool my daughter enjoys it so much. I cant forget about how wonderful the management team has been with me very friendly very responsive to any needs they will get it done. Happy to call The Village At Bunker Hill home (:
I moved in on August 16, to a newly remodeled townhome unit. The kitchen features Whirlpool appliances in a stainless steel finish and flat cook top. I am in a one bedroom unit. My bedroom is upstairs with a bathroom and stackable washer/dryer. The bathroom is fantastic! Beautiful laminate wood flooring. Large walk-in, all glass shower. LED vanity with plenty of storage. Management is courteous and attentive. Work is about to begin on a state of the art fitness center. Conveniently located near HEB, Kroger, dining to satisfy any taste, Memorial City Mall, Memorial Hermann MC Hospital, Energy Corridor, and Sam Houston Tollway. Thanks Excellent schools. Major Metro bus routes run through the area full time. Great location for anyone wanting to be 20+/- minutes from anywhere in Houston!
