Very rude and unprofessional.
I paid for them to tow my vehicle to my house!
They said they would drop it off this morning and they haven’t showed up and they close in 20 minutes.
I called to let them know if my car was in route and they hung up on my face.
Now, they stopped answering my calls.

Avoid this place at all cost!!!
Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!

⚠️WARNING WARNING.⚠️ AVOID THIS PLACE. Even one star is too much... This place is the most %100 dishonest and fraudulent business you think of. I don't understand how they are allowed to continue to do business with as many complaints as they have had about this issue. He kept my car more than 3 months for light damage, and when I picked up the car, that wasn't repaired properly, and they had insain excuses, even though they charged the insurance company a lot. He refuses to pick up the phone calls... Shame on him and his low level of business and service. BE CAREFUL AND DON'T TRUST THEM.

The people that work have now knowledge of running a business or have any knowledge of what is going on at their location. The have extremely poor customer service. AllState uses them, so please at all costs, please avoid having your vehicle towed to this location. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

I paid 1081 cash for Yousef to “store” my car but no repairs because he got angry that I showed up in person to ask for an update regarding my vehicle that was towed there by a “helpful” tow truck. He refused to repair my car just because I called him out on ignoring my calls and the insurance adjuster. Then proceeded to say he would not work with people like me. So I had no choice but to pay him to release my car. He was degrading and disrespectful. Not until I brought a Man in to pay him and help me with the transaction did he actually speak to me like a human being.

This place is the most 100 percent dishonest and fraudulent business you think of. I had my vehicle towed there after a collision in August. The tow truck company and this business are tied together when doing business, look at all the other reviews I didn't even tell them to tow my car there they did it anyway. I have numerous texts and calls maybe 50 or so just to check the status of my vehicle and maybe 7 were responded back and forget about calling never picks his phone up hardly says he's to busy working which is a lie. I have pictures and videos of my car collecting dust in the same condition two or three weeks before because, there was always something new that needed to be replaced they scammed the insurance company well over what the insurance company allowed for the repairs. He promises your car would be ready at a certain time forget it there was something always pushing back when it would be done. My car was in his possession close to 7 months because, he didn't know what the heck he was doing. He would take it next door to a mechanic shop 2 to 3 different times because of electrical issues and code issues that pop up on the dash board. This was a back and forth issue because i s lack of auto body repair knowledge and repair. Then after he couldn't figure it out he drove it to John Eagle Dealership missing front end and bumper clips. The Dealership said they got numerous vehicles from this auto body and mechanic shop because, he didn't know what he was doing. Just let you know he promises your vechicl will be ready or close to being ready are all lies. Keep your vechicle far away from this place all them bad reviews are true my car was there close to 7 months and the car still has issues front end rattles and the paint not matched correctly lighter and hood and the hood doesn't stay up hydraulics on each side not working properly. BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY IT GETS TOWED THERE TAKE IT TO A HONEST AND REPLICABLE AUTO BODY SHOP.

Terrible service, cash only. "Not my problem." Answer to questions. Do not recommend. Would not ever do business again. Waited almost 3 hours just to pick up my car.

People work in office there are not professionals.on last Monday when my car was towed to this place after accident . I was told by my insurance to get my stuff out of vehicle so I went this place I got my stuff out and I asked my key so I can get my home key out of it. He told me to look in to my car and made me search inside of my car for my car key instead of telling me truth. And when I paid cash Thursday for towing and other charges after that same people gave me my key back. I was shocked.So they are not honest people and not professionals who is running this business. I was wondering why our professionals of safety and protection are working with this unprofessional.

These bums towed my car after some geriatric lady nailed me in this trash town. Now they won’t answer the phone for days. How is this a business? Why did they take my car here? Why won’t they answer the phone?

I was skeptical bc the not so good reviews But I gotta say, they are alright in my book. We were in a snow storm in tx, and my car was there for 3 days but only got charged the initial tow charge & not for the 3 days. Then they put my tire on for me and after I paid, I couldn't get in my car and he let me leave car in the tow yard 2 xtra days charging me NOTHING! And did it with NO HESITATION...THANK BUNCHES ...YALL GOOD WITH ME!

The absolute, most unprofessional shop you can think of. I had a vehicle towed there due to a collision. It took me 3 days just to get in contact with somebody there, and another 5 days to receive any pictures of the vehicle (and that's because I kept calling everyday). The vehicle stayed a total of 25 days Mind you, all those days I was being CHARGED A DAILY STORAGE FEE of $40.00, which I was NEVER informed of, until I asked. When I asked the guy (Frank) about storage fees, he said it was not his job to let me know about them, and hung up on me. I'm all the way in California, so I'm not too sure how the shop is regulated there, however the amount that was paid was ridiculous! The shop "negotiated" the price, and charged $2k, even though NOT A THING was done to the vehicle. And the best part was when he asked to be paid in CASH, when I'm from CALIFORNIA. He was very persistent, and did not release the vehicle until he was paid in cash. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to anybody. They are unprofessional, rude, and stubborn.

The most dishonest and fraudulent business in Houston. Do not give them any business and if your car is towed there good luck getting it back within a reasonable time. The owner is not trustworthy and rude to all customers.
Had a horrible experience with them and I wish I would never see them again in my lifetime.

This place 100% dishonest and tells you lies about when you car will be done for repair. I mean exactly when I say the “5 star ratings” are fake. One star is even too much to give this place, they literally have no integrity and honor with their word. No, this isn’t a troll review. This is real current as of September 2020. We were originally told our vehicle will be done in 10 days. This sorry excuse for business took literally a month and a half 40 days to return our car to us. And when our car was returned it, was left with a battery that kept dying due from the repairmen leaving the car lights for days and also the right door did not work when returned to us. As a customer I am completely not satisfied, and I advise any person who is looking to do business with this place to please go somewhere else. Frank is also a liar and a fast talker and makes up any excuse to buy himself more time.

Worse tow company in Houston !
Had them tow my car from where it was broken down at and to my house. Once’s I came home my car was damaged from the from bumper! Called them and talked to the manager and was told they weren’t responsible! These people are irresponsible and will not take care of your car!
I can’t imagine what they would do to other people’s cars!
I was also missing items in my vehicle!

I see the horrible reviews, but I had a pleasant experience here. Only complaint is NO UPDATE or status on work. You pretty much have to go up there for a answer. Other then that, insurance process was easy, repairs done and I am happy with it. They even wash it before returning to you so it was all clean.

TL;DR These people will not care for your property.
My husband's vehicle was towed here early AM on a Saturday. I was unable to get the vehicle until Monday because they were closed. The cost to get the car back was standard for any tow lot.
Once we got to our car, we there was noticeable new damage on the hood (yes there was already some damage). It was completely dead because they had left the headlights on the entire weekend. The man that opened the gate for us immediately walked away and would not speak to us. I tried to ask him if he had a jumper box and he would not even look at me and just pointed to the office. I go to the office and they tell me to have my friend that brought us there jump the car. That was the end of any interaction with any employees here.
We finally get the car running and leave. The mechanics inside the door for the passenger window no longer work. The alignment is off.
I do not recommend. Go Elsewhere

Owner can be kinda all over the place at times, will probably forget to return your call, but the repairs done here is worth the wait, as long as you can wait. I find it better to talk to them in person rather then on the phone, always willing to answer questions and give a understanding of insurance processes and time frames. If need will ALWAYS be a returning customer.

Customer service is very poor. Payments are in cash and they don’t give you change back. They would tell you to be the owner of the car but if you tell them you have the money . They will let you right away pay . telling you to wait 30 mins for no reason until you go back ask again and they will listen to you

PLEASE ignore all 5 star ratings here, they are FAKE and from the owner.
The fat and short guy who runs this place is extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST.
1. They don't pick calls.
2. And when they pick, they talk to you in a condescending manner.
3. They charge exorbitant fees to get your car out the lot with no receipt of transaction. Mind you, they insist on cash payments.
4. They drive wrecked cars in the lot slamming them at each other to create space. They got my car totally wrecked in the lot doing this. My suspension wrecked.

A word is enough for the wise. You'll find out the hard way if after reading my reviews you patronize them.

Some of the best service I’ve received anywhere. Very helpful staff, great pricing, and quality work. Youssef was amazing and did his best to make things as easy as possible for me. I highly recommend going here for your car needs!

No issues here. Work was performed as promised. Car came out better than it was before the wreck. There was a slight delay like others said but was because of my insurance company not the shops fault. If you don't understand the insurance process I can see how the other reviewers might be mad at the shop.

Fantastic place with 5-star customer service. You absolutely cannot go wrong bringing you vehicle here. A fair, honest and reliable business. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle.

i took my car 3 month ago and they were very professional , they gave me a rental and it took them 2 weeks to fix it , that was very reasonable time, the car was perfect, i would recommend this shop.

0 STARS Worst place on earth!! Please SAVE yourself and get yourself out of this place !!! Everything here are lies and frauds. I had to call the cops because a big chubby man ( I’m guessing the owner) didn’t want to give me back my car. When I told him that I was going to pay him for the rental car that I never used. Keep in mind that all of this happened in one day. He said that if I wanted my car back then I will have to pay everything in cash and that he wouldn’t be giving me a receipt of what I paid in cash. So, since he didn’t to give me a receipt I started recording how much my mom was going to give him in cash. But, when he saw that I was recording he got extremely mad and told us to get out of his office. I was very amazed by the tone of voice and rudeness that he was treating us. The reason why my car ACCIDENTALLY got towed her was because on the same day I got in a car accident. Long story short I was able to get my car back and paid him cash in front of a police officer. He also printed out a receipt for us and left with my car.

Side note: Something that surprised me was that when I was asking for my car he gave a man my car keys and hid it in a small piece of property he has in front of the office. The small property was secured with bar wires and sheet metal around it. I thought it was very suspicious and sketchy. So, my mom demande to look at our car since when we arrived she parked her car behind my car that was in a car accident.

Wish I can give this place 0 stars. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. WOULD RECOMMEND THE AUTO SHOP NEXT DOOR, ALEX @ HAPPY H KARZ!! My vehicle was at this shop for about 2 months and the owner kept lying about when the vehicle was going to be ready and when I would go check on my car it was not even touched. I started showing up often and I had to constantly be on them. When I was fed up and requested my vehicle to just be given to me as is and stated I was going to take it somewhere else to be worked on and I would rather pay out of pocket for it (due to my Insurance paying the auto shop already) The OWNER did not want to release my vehicle to me and I had to call the cops which while waiting for the cops they had 3 workers working on my vehicle so then I had to wait for them to finish even though I told them to stop working on my car. I had to then call the COPS again due to the owner starting an altercation with my uncle and basically trying to physically hurt him. I finally got my car out of there and everything on my vehicle was done poorly and incomplete for the 2 MONTHS it had been there. MY wheel is the wrong color, there are still dents on my vehicle, and other stuff was not done correctly. The owner is really rude and did not want to give me any paper work on my car even though I paid him my deductible AND he was paid in FULL from my insurance company. HORRIBLE PLACE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

please everyone read reviews i did and ignored them this is NOT a good shop they took forever to fix the suspension 8 months! on my car never offer you a rental i didnt want this shop but the tow man towed it here and when they "fixed" it my bumper was off and they stole it when i asked for it back they say i have to pay all these fees and they took more parts DONT EVER GO HERE i wish i can rate no star

Do yourself a favor don't bring your car here. So here's the situation. My grandparents car get wrecked and they took it to this shop to fix it. He owner said "yeah I can totally fix it for a great price of $10,000" my grandparents paid him $5000 first so that he can fix our car. A month later we call and ask him "how's the car going?" He says he needs another $1000 to continue the fix... so we paid him. Alright great. He successfully wiped down the car with a microfiber towel. Yeah that's worth $1000 right there... which means BARLEY anything got done.This is making me doubt his ability as a mechanic, can he even fix this car? Now get this... almost 4 months has passed and still.and he's given the car has received barley any treatment.. Now he's asking $2500 more to fix the airbags WHEN CLEARLY THERE WERE OTHER PROBLEMS THAT HE COULD HAVE ATTENDED TO, such as, headlights, engine work, body panels body paint etc. I so happened to quickly source the part for my car for only $200. Seriously this guy is a scam. At this point is $13500 worth it to fix the car? I could very well get a new one. If you don't know how to fix it, then don't even try. How dare you take my money not fix a single dent scratch, or anything on my family's car and ask for more money?. Do yourself a favor stay away from this shop, and shut it down.

This place has a phone number listed on the Internet that does not work.
There are no hours posted for the days and hours open.
So they can add more to your bill for towing due to lack of communication.
They have a connection and friendship with officers so that they can have your vehicle towed there. AND only show up sometimes for you to get your car.
There is a different phone number and it is not answered 75% of the time.
Beware of this unprofessional mess.
