My car broke down so I called Certified and Tom/Thanh had dispatched one of their drivers, Sergio, to my location. Sergio was nice, professional, and knew what he was doing.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with Certified! I’ve never gotten a tow before and this company made things go as smoothly as possible. I got a quick response from one of the coordinators after I requested an appointment on the website. I was also given confirmations from the coordinator and driver, Sergio, the day before my appointment. My car is lower to the ground so they assured me that they would tow it on one of their flatbed tow trucks to make sure my vehicle wouldn’t get scraped up. Hopefully I won’t be in a situation where I need another tow again, but if I am I would definitely recommend this company!

My sister's car broke down in a turn lane onto a major highway and we called every tow company around who all had 90min+ wait times. Certified Towing were the only ones with a truck near by and were very friendly and knowledgeable at a great rate. It was easy and quick, and they even came back the next day to tow her car to the dealership to be fixed. Would recommend if you ever need a tow.

Tom did a great job connecting with my son to find him In Houston. I sent him a text with my son's name and number, he called him right away and my son's truck was taken to a 24hr tire center within the hour. He even messaged me letting me know my son was safe and sound. Great service!!!

We had a breakdown on the road this morning, and it was too early to get my local shop to dispatch a tow truck. My old driver is no longer in the area either.

I called Certified Towing since they had 5stars on Yelp, and Tom took care of us. He was able to quickly dispatch a truck, and allowed us to just send a pin of our location. It was rush hour, so from call to hookup, it took right at an hour to pick up the car, which is quite reasonable based on the breakdown location. It took me 15 minutes just to get there from down the street.

David was our driver and he had a nice personality. Very friendly, professional and social. He also took care when hooking up the car, while I was busy blabbering. We didn’t need a ride, but he double checked to make sure. If my wife had been alone, I’m sure she would have felt safe.

After David left to take the car to our local shop, Tom conveniently took care of payment over text/digital services, and offered several payment methods.

Looks like I have a service on speed dial again!

Husband left keys inside our truck, called around the area and Tom was the ONLY professional/friendly/reasonable person I spoke to. He informed me how far the driver was away and kept in touch when he was 5mins away. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Tom and have saved his info in my contacts for future incidents. (Hopefully not, but you never know (: ).

Needing your car towed is never fun, but the professionalism and the great attitude I got from Thanh and Certified Towing made the experience surprisingly pleasant. Thanh arrived quickly, and was cheerful and kind. I will be recommending Certified Towing to others, and using them for all my future towing needs.

I called Certified after my FJ Cruiser was adding funny aftera day of being stuck in the mud. Amazing, prompt service! Thanh who took my call and Naaman the driver kept me updated throughout the process. Very cool people to deal with. Definitely keep these guys number on your phone!

Highly recommend these guys! I got a flat tire and didn’t have a spare in the middle of the night and was scrambling to find a towing company to tow my car. Tom was sooo helpful and was able to locate a tow truck that was 10 minutes away. The guy who then towed my car was super friendly and was careful to not damage my rim. They definitely turned my stressful night around and I will be using them in the future.

I blew out 2 tires on 99 while heading to Austin. I called certified towing to assist me. I had to continue to Austin with my brother who was behind me. The drive assured me he would pic up my car and tow it all the back to my house in Humble. As soon as he picked it up he let me know and shared his location all the way to my house! Once he got there and dropped it off he and sent me pictures! They have great service! Highly recommend
