bought a car a little less than a month ago from here customer service was great when i got there. when i test drove the car everything seemed fine except the air wasn’t blowing cold. his mechanic fixed that while i was there and gave me a warranty on the A/C only. car has been giving me issues since i drove it off the lot i have spent 1200 on repairs for the control arm, brakes, and alignment. so i called the owner to ask about the work done on the car (at the dealership he told me it had been serviced already) and the first thing he asked was there something wrong with the suspension. so he sold me a car knowing something was wrong with it and won’t take the car back because i didn’t pay full price. the car was 4995 i paid 4500 instead plus taxes and title. but told me if i came to get it serviced by his mechanic he would give me 50% off of the repairs because he knows he sold me a faulty car. spend your money somewhere else i am all about good business being a business owner myself would not recommend.

My experience at direct one auto was wonderful. This man and his wife is the truth when it comes to buying cars. They was nice and very helpful they explained everything about the car and the finances. There was no hinting cost like most car lots have. There is even a mechanic on site to fix any problem you have with the car. It was fast service and there customer service was excellent they attended to the customer need as quick as possible. I will tell people about there car lots.
