There was some misunderstanding in to payment and delivery date; however, I recieved the transfer case and it's still working. No complaints about the purchased item.

Complaint Summary:
I purchased a donor engine from Yards And Parts, Inc. Back on January 30, 2026, for $2,450. The engine was intended for a 2015 Nissan 370Z.
The company delayed shipment for approximately one month. Upon delivery to Orange Coast Infiniti, Westminster, CA my dealership, the engine was inspected and determined to be defective and not installable.
The dealership documented:
- Cylinder #5 spark plug is stripped and cannot be removed
- Compression test could not be performed
- Excessive carbon buildup inside cylinders
- Technician advised the engine should NOT be installed
The engine was returned to the vendor immediately.and I requested a full refund.
As of today, May 2, 2026 approximately 4 months after they have took my money, the company has failed to provide either a replacement or a refund. Communication has been minimal and unproductive, and the company appears to be delaying resolution.
This situation has caused hardship for my customer , as my dealership Orange Coast Infiniti,Westminster, CA has extended a loaner vehicle beyond their normal courtesy period due to this delay.
Desired Resolution:
1. Full refund of $2,450.00 immediately, credited back to my Bank America account

The product delivered was not as described and was not fit for its intended purpose. I have acted in good faith and allowed reasonable time for resolution.

Horrible experience!! I gave them $4399 for 2 engines, I never received the engines. I called and emailed over 50 times and no one ever responded!!

i ordered a motor Jan of 2026. the first motor, my tech didn't want to install. so we returned it. it's been over a month and still no motor. can't get anyone to reply. email or phone calls do not work.....live and learn i guess
My company and I paid $10,000. back in January for a engine for our work truck. After months of them promising to send us the engine we purchased we still have no engine. We are being forced to filecharges for theft. You can not take a persons money and not send them whst they purchased from your company. Good luck contacting them once thet have your money.

One thing is for sure I am coming back to them if I ever need help with my vehicle again cuz the service was nothing less than phenomenal and at the price offered it was amazing. If I was you and I need something for my car, without a doubt in my mind, they will be my first choice.
We bought an engine that was supposed to have 48k miles. Got an engine that had 1 head done, had jumped time, had 4 bent valves, had to get the engine rebuilt and heads done, and obviously more miles on it. Engine was supposed to have a 3 or warranty. They would not do anything about this. Our mechanic even sent them videos of the problems. This place is a scam. Do not buy from them! They never tell the truth.
They offer their products and services in a professional and timely manner. Customer service is absolutely top notch. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!
