Driver (Omar on my caller ID) arrived early but when I arrived he had a bad attitude very argumentative left in his feelings. I don't mind giving good reviews if the service isn't 5 star but I had to be honest on this one. Good luck using them.

A Best Towing completely neglected the towing job they were assigned by my insurance provider. They went to the wrong address, and failed to pickup the car. They did not care to notify my insurance company or I. Additionally, very unprofessional service from the manager as he tried to explain the issue. He kept repeating "this is your car sir, this is not our problem anymore". Disappointing experience.

These guys arrived super fast later in the evening, and they helped me get my car out of a ditch with no damage to my car or tires, and the service was fully covered by my insurance. Once the arrived the whole thing too less than a half hour. 15/10 would recommend them any time!
