The whole team here is wonderful! They were professional, friendly, and go out of their way to help you. They helped me find great prices on the parts I needed. Their prices are fair, and they were able to give me a ride to and from my home when my vehicle was ready. I can't emphasize enough how great the staff here is! They have a customer for life!

One of the best experiences I’ve had when working with a repair shop. Top tier professionalism and care. Caught a flat tire and I had to catch a flight for work. They assisted with picking up my truck, getting my tire fixed and assisting me with all other concerns and real time communication. I highly recommend Advance Automotive.

Had a hard time with my headlights being replaced elsewhere. They were pointing down and had no adjustments to raise them up. Took it to 2 other places and they couldn’t fix them. Brought it to Advanced Automotive and had them replaced correctly with LEDs and they are perfect. Also had several censors that were out so I had them replaced at the same time. They took good care of my truck which is why I will be going back for general maintenance.

I have been getting my vehicle oil changes and vehicle inspections done here for a few years now. Frank and staff are also great helping with repairs as needed along the way. I even had them pick up my wife’s vehicle with their towing service after she hit something on the road. They made it very easy for us and convenient for us. My go to place for sure!!! I recently had a fantastic experience with this automotive body shop and tow truck service. The staff was incredibly professional, providing prompt and efficient assistance. The tow truck service was quick to respond and handled my car with care. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for their excellent customer service and top-notch automotive services.

I came just after hours because my ford was showing a “stop safely” red alert, and I’ve been so busy and couldn’t get an oil change. They took the time to look at and service my car when they didn’t have to.

Had a blow out in the middle of the toll road. I called my car insurance to send a tow truck and they never came; eta was over an hour. These guys came up and were legitimately concerned for my safety. They charged us one third of what the insurance company was going to charge me. They were very friendly and professional. You guys restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Frank is awesome at communicating the issues going on with my car and his mechanics did a great job fixing the wheel bearing and any other problems they found. Frank let me know what was going on every step of the way (*with Pictures!) and was reasonable with all the pricing. Advance Automotive will be my new go to mechanic for all of my car needs going forward.

This place is just amazing. Tow, body and cosmetics shop all-in-one. AND they are affordable. I’m from Tennessee so we were taught to always go to the dealership because shops like these charge you full price and do half the work. Two days later something else goes wrong with your car. However, I can say with FULL CONFIDENCE that Advance Auto is the next best thing!

I do not recommend this place at all, zero professional and completely irresponsible. If you want to go through an awkward moment and be disrespected, this is the right place. I came to this place looking for an inspection which I had to wait for 1 hour because since I arrived alone you would see the inspector arrive the next day I had to go again and they summoned me 2 times and the owner was never there I was calling him many times until he told me I answer I don't speak English so my wife spoke and they only answered insults and they never resolved us be careful

I had a great experience, the owner always takes his time explaining what service my vehicle needs. This place has great customer service, prices, and they are quick to provide you with updates on your vehicle status. I always recommend my friends and family to take their vehicles to Advance Automotive, I have been taking my cars to this place for years and I never have any problems. Very happy!!!!!!!

Hands down best auto repair shop around. They specialize in a wide range of cars from Mercedes-benz to Honda. I was far beyond impressed by the sheer knowledge of mechanics they have here. Very trustworthy and helpful. Thanks for helping me keep my CLS500 running like a champ!

These guys are really top notch when it comes to getting your car fixed at a good rate. They seem to have lots of knowledge on foreign cars which I liked. The guy that helped me with the tattoos was real cool too and got me in and out quickly
