They gave incorrect price at least 40-50 shy. Doesn’t matter to me but these people are definitely out to screw the public be aware.

They work with you with your recycling items and the guy that was pulling them off the truck was very friendly and helpful so it was okay first time trying them.

I have visited this business several times and they have always been great. The crew are fast and sensible when unloading your vehicle.

Rip off ! I work in fire protection and work with brass sprinklers , I know for a fact their made out of brass and a guy there said they were metal and refused to use a magnet to test .

Owner was yelling at his employees, they were not seperating the different metals, really bad environment, owner was critical of what I brought in, very sad, not going back

I am a small metal smither for jewelry. Went to find copper. Could not have been nicer, dug around to find me (I am on scooter) a good piece about 2x3. And when I asked how much I owed gave it to me. I was so grateful. Nice people. I do not know what the matter with the complainsts were. If you are unpleasant to people sometimes you get it returned. The opposite also works. Nice people.

They will rip you off. Rude manager. I don't recommend them .

This place is great if you love getting screwed. We brought 200 lbs of copper and 150 lbs of batteries here. I weighed it before my guy took it up there. They paid us for 146 lbs of copper and 132 lbs of batteries. They dont have anywhere that the customer can actually see what the scale says and they weigh it in a container that has an unknown weight(even to them). You just have to take their word for it.

So, I called them and they said they re-weighed the wire and it came out 12 pounds heavier than the first time they weighed it because they weighed it without the container that they knew weighed 76 pounds, but didn’t really weigh 76 pounds. It makes me wonder how much extra money they make for screwing everybody all day long .

I’m thinking of putting together a class action lawsuit for anyone who wants to join it. I will keep you posted on a website or email address to send your weights and pictures to of the materials you take to this place. The $50-60 they screwed me out of doesn’t matter that much to me. But I’m sure it matters a lot more to somebody who may not be as well of as myself.

Fast, fair and convenient. I bring my cans here all the time! I never have to unload anything from my vehicle. It's clean for a scrap warehouse and the woman at the window is very friendly. I'm not familiar with all of the scrap yard ways, but I do believe it is a chain of command, so it's ridiculous to expect the prices you find on the internet. You aren't selling it to China after all!

I'm taken care of everytime I've been here... no complaints. The lady behind the tinted glass always cool. We good!

I have been doing business with them since 2012, never once did I feel taken advantage of. In most cases they gave me a better deal then anywhere else.

We don't let HPD sit in front of our property. We do not own that property on the street in front of our property. Don't run the stop sign, then you won't get pulled over. The owner of this company was pulled over for running the stop sign too. :)

ALLOWS COPS TO HIDE IN THE PARKING LOT IN ORDER TO TICKET NOT MAKING A COMPLETE STOP AT A HEAR BY STOP SIGN AT TIDWELL AND HEMPSTEAD, COPS HIDE BEHIND A LARGE CONTAINER ON THEIR PROPERTY AND HAND OUT TICKETS ALL DAY, BESIDES THEY OFFER BETTER PRICES AT THE RECYCLING PLANT ON 529 AND 290

we went in there, they didn't give me the proper price on my number two wire one dollar a lb on it should have been 3. and like when I have my number 1 they gave me a number 2 price on it. they are slick with their scales so be careful. Fabio works there, somehow I think he's behind all of this and I think it's a rip off.
