Horrible customer service! As if getting into an accident isn’t bad enough, these people add fees on top of fees. They charged us $150 to move our car to the front which took less than two minutes. This place is ridiculous. When we called the price was $300 to get the car out, ended up paying over $500! They cause more damage to the vehicles in the way that they move them around. 0/10 would never recommend. Only gave one star because you can’t give 0 but that’s what it deserves, 0 stars.

My car was stuck in the ditch 4 houses ? from mine , Why did the tow truck take it to the storage lot , ??? Just so he could make more money ? ?. I get there and it’s $398

I had a terrible experience with Collision Zone Auto Storage. They threw my keys away, left my car sitting in the mud, and then had the nerve to charge me a hefty $500 fee. To make matters worse, they actually damaged my car further while it was in their care. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle and peace of mind.

I recently had a smooth and professional experience retrieving my towed vehicle from Collision Zone Auto Storage at 6005 Selinsky Houston. The entire process was efficient and transparent. The staff adhered strictly to Texas towing laws, requiring proper documentation and ensuring clarity throughout. There were no unexpected fees or hidden charges just the standard amount owed. The facility was well maintained, and my truck was returned in excellent condition without any damage. It’s reassuring to encounter a towing and storage service that operates with integrity and professionalism.

This company has taken scamming to a whole new level. On 9-29-2024 my 11 year old daughter and I were in a car accident. In the mist of all the commotion the tow driver had me sign a document stating that he needed it in order to move (take) my vehicle.

But in reality he had me unknowingly sign an document giving the M3 Car Care authorization to do a vehicle tear down on my car for insurance inspection purposes (to get paid by the insurance company (that starting to mess around in insurance fraud territory).

The tow company Collision Zone and Storage facility are all one with the auto repair shop M3 Car Care, resulting in the Triangle Scam!

Please beware of the tow truck driver that ask you to sign documents at the scene of the accident with a personal injury lawyer on speed dial. Also it appears that they have changed names and location so please don’t be fooled.

Truthfully they don’t deserve the 1 star because they deceive innocent people during a vulnerable time to get business and that’s sad.

Had a wreck got quoted 4500 it was changed to 4900 when I picked it up. They used old parts the body work is really bad as they didn’t line up the panels.what a rip off.pay the cost of moving your vehicle to a better shop for repairs.

The worse experience ever! Please be aware when you go to this place, it looks very run down and the lady in the front is very unprofessional and extremely rude. Do NOT ever go this place, it’s terrible service.

Horrible horrible service..! They tried telling me my car was not repairable and wanted me to sign a form for them to inspect my vehicle to see if it was salvageable or not but really they just want to get the money from the insurance and to sell my vehicle for profit. I am so glad I did not sign any form and chose a better auto shop that I can trust. Please if your car gets towed here contact your insurance FIRST before signing any papers with these people. They just wanna profit from your car.

The steal vehicles without permission and lie about time on the yard to get additional fees. Sad case.

These people are very rude. They actually wanted to buy my car telling me it was totaled which it wasn't. They gave my wrecker guy a hard time about getting the car when it wasn't his and we had the paperwork to retrieve the vehicle. I guess they thought they were going to continue making money off me with my car being kept there more days. NEGATIVE!!!

I had to do a little of the waiting game only because we didn't have a key. So they got their locksmith to make us one when he was available. The car wasn't drivable. That wasn't no biggie they offered to tow the car at a fee of course.

Omg!!! I went to get my car, that was , not even 'Drivable', asked for my money back, and was denied.... I had to call the cops, who btw didnt even care to help(civil matter), and the whole time i was freaking out, the youngster who'd taken my money, wouldnt even call his supervisor to try to solve the matter in a peaceful way....
It HONESTY WAS MY WORSE EXPERIENCE AT ANYTHING!!!

My car was damaged while in their storage facility but they refused to fix the damage

Thieves! Battery died and I went to get a new one. Car wasn't even there an hour and these people stole it. Now they want $240 to release my vehicle back to me. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they're ripping people off every day. Shame on them!

Called to ask some questions about a vehicle they towed and the lady on the phone cut me off and hung up. Very rude.

Very unprofessional ! No staff available when needed I’ve had a few run ins with tow companies and had no problem getting my car out. They towed my boyfriends car and have been giving him the run around ! This place should just be shut down !

I had wrecked my car and did not know how or where to start the whole thing. Michelle helped me set up a rent car and they got to work on my car. A week later my car looked brand new. Mrs Pam made sure that the insurance company used factory parts and not some cheap parts. When I picked up my car the guys had my whole car cleaned and washed.i was shocked at the service this place had put out for me and my insurance company. Thanks abc autostorage.

The lady Michelle is a crooked. Please never make the same mistake and take your car here. Always the the tow truck to tow your car to your house.

Towed a car out of its spot ILLEGALLY and then reported that the car had scratches and dents on it that weren't there before it had been towed

My husband's car was towed bc he had a suspended license, the next day I came to pick up the car and they were extremely friendly, helpful, and even had a notary on hand. They even warned me about the rain storm, and Michelle is very good and kind.

The drivers lie about the conditions under which they take people's cars.

I am a car dealer and, unfortunately, have to remove vehicles from VSF's on a regular basis. I have not ever had what I would call a "pleasant" transaction at a VSF - at best I would describe the least awful of them as "tolerable".

But ABC Auto Storage is totally different. All of the employees were personable and helpful, they were honest and didn't try any "funny business" when I arrived. The entire process was quick, painless, professional and courteous. I was floored! They even let me wait in an air conditioned office.

ABC Auto Storage is a beacon for VSF's everywhere - all storage lot owners should strive to be like them. I can only hope that IF I ever need a non-consent tow that it would end up with ABC.

They don't even deserve the one star. They have one phone line which is always busy. What year are they running a business on 1970? When they finally answer after been on hold for 15 -20min they answer and say....oh I forgot I put you on hold! Really!!!! They are ridiculous!!!

They towed my daughters vehicle while she was getting help to fix it,charged 243 dollars and tells her she will need cash because they don't except credit card even though the TRLC say you must for their License

I had the most unpleasant experience on the phone with a company I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED- ABC Auto Storage. I am completely amazed at how incredibly rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, impolite, uncivil, boorish, insulting, and flat out abusive the woman on the phone was. I work in health care and know customer service, I do it every day and would think that everyone would have at least a minimal standard of professionalism and courtesy to LISTEN to a customer. I assume in this situation that since the Storage Lot has your car and essentially has charged you $230, you are at a disadvantage, they know that, and frankly could care less. They aren't concerned or held accountable to have ANY people skills at all by it's management. If I were to act this way at my professional job, I would be terminated, end of story. The lady I spoke with verified my VIN and name registered with the car(my maiden name). I explained to the lady on the phone that my married name was different as reflected on my insurance card. She responded as if this might be a problem. I then explained that I had to work the following day from 7am-430pm and could my husband with my last name pick up the vehicle? I wanted to be sure he wouldn't waste his time if he were to take off of work to come and pick it up, only for them not to release it to him. Instead of listening to my question, and answering my question, the lady spoke over me several times, belligerently sighing, moaning, and interrupting me stating I needed to call my insurance company. Her poor attitude reflected as if she were taking this personal and was too insecure and immature to just listen to the customer. I remained polite, courteous, calm and never raised my voice unlike her. I asked her several times to 'please just listen.' I attempted several times to clarify that the problem would not be with the insurance company, as our names are the same, it is the REGISTERED name that would be different. But I did not have one opportunity to express this, as I was continually interrupted and even hung up on. I called back to get the name of her manager, and to my surprise, it was her. I am amazed that this person is the highest caliber of person this company has available to represent the company, set an example, and direct employees. She never gave me her name. I then asked for her supervisor's name and she said, 'April', 'and you don't need to know her last name.' She then hung up on me a second time. I understand that she may deal with rude, angry people everyday due to the nature of her job, however, at no point was I inconsiderate to her or raise my voice. This woman was just ready for battle. Her actions however had no grounds. Unfortunate for me, I suppose that I had my car towed at the end of her work day. This company would do well to get an in-service on Customer Service 101, Professionalism, and Communication Skills. First, Listen and hear out the patron(be quiet and listen), next, Empathize with them(understand where they may be coming from/why they are frustrated), next, Apologize(it doesn't matter if it's your fault or not, don't take it personal), Respond and ask how you can help and take action towards that, then Thank that person for bringing something to their attention. If I could rate this 0/5 stars, I would.
