Brought in my X3M for a finicky rear carbon fiber diffuser that kept popping out and Rich took great care of me. Not only did he have the car fixed and ready before the estimated time but they did an excellent job of securing it down. Cannot reccomend enough. Another shop was estimating double. They did it for half.

JJ Auto a body is the best shop in town hands down.

- The staff is great, the shop advisor that assisted me was great and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Especially when working with the insurance adjuster.

- the body work is great quality, they pay close attention to detail to make sure everything matches up.

-the paint work is really great can’t tell it was even painted. Smooth, shinny finish. No debris or drips.

- The vehicle pick up process was smooth and quick. They have everything ready for you when you show up. Everything is presented and explained. They get you out the door quick to not inconvenience your time/day.

Will definitely recommend JJ Auto Body to anyone needing work on their car.

I researched several shops before choosing JJ Autobody. After picking up my vehicle I happy to say it was an A+ from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them, and would use them again, without doubt.

Decided to deal with these guys because they were on the insurance list of shops, I probably should have chose my own shop. They trumped up a bunch of unnecessary charges and found the highest priced parts, wound up deeming my car a total loss. On top of that went to gather my things and a few items were stolen including my favorite cologne that I just brought. Even after they claimed it total loss, they stripped my car of its parts, hood, finder, and bumpers, had parts all in my back seat and trunk, even parts from the engine. Overall Im content with the outcome however I really wanted to keep my car. So if you’ve been hit in an accident and want to keep your car, choose your own shop.

Fantastic experience with JJ Auto Body. They identified the issue and provided an economical solution. They also waited beyond 5 pm for me to pick up my car.

Rich was very communicative and knowledgeable while dealing with my insurance and the repairs needed for my wrecked vehicle. JJ Auto Shop has worked on 2 of my cars and did an amazing job making it safe and looking good again.

JJ repaired my car following an accident. Replaced the front bumper, fender and other repairs related to the accident. They were professional and honest. Work was well done and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Yes I said accidents happen but that was me being sensible. Of course I’m upset my car is damaged and I have a platform to discuss this. I’m also on clublexus, YouTube, Tripadvisor,and IG to talk about my experience instead of explaining my frustrations to the two women who were there who did not have any interaction with me during this transaction. I dealt with the gentleman who sits in the middle. He was not there when I found these things otherwise I would have had this conversation with him. I was frustrated to pay for a job, find damage, the job not complete upon arrival due to part not installed. I give thanks to the woman who said go check out the car. Otherwise I wouldn’t have found this til I got home and it would’ve been too late. I was so excited I was taking photos of the work. Scary thought to know I would’ve had to pay for wheel repair had she not said check out the car. How would I look acting on my frustration in a unsensible manner? It’s much wiser to stay calm see how it plays out and write the review. Yes, the agreement was to fix the wheel however to know the car was washed and no one said notify me it was curbed was very disappointing. Everyone has reservations about leaving their car in someone’s care so when damage occurs it breaks the trust but on my end to continue to find things of this nature is concerning. I had high expectations about your business as the reference has a solid reputation for knowing quality work around Houston. This is the second body shop to damage my car but your shop had the decency to pay for the repair. I also wasn’t charged the extra 45 bucks for fasteners from your shop after finding my rim curbed. I’m appreciative of that. The first shop damaged my car but did not own up to it. I take good care of my vehicle so it’s offense when people don’t do the same.

* Who ever wrote this… You were not there when I picked up my vehicle. My badge was not in the bag otherwise why did I have to ask them where was it and why wasn’t it installed. When I was handed the bag which did not contain my TRD badge. It’s really upsetting me that you are saying my badge was in the bag when you were not there and I was taking pictures of my car while they searched for the badge. The other emblems “L” and “460” were in the bag, that is the truth but my TRD badge was missing. When it was found they said they will put the sticky stuff on and put it on the car. Furthermore someone would have to explain why the badge wasn’t installed when I picked my vehicle up. Why it is suspicious is for all badges to be in the bag and my TRD badge isn’t installed…I get handed a bag of where is my TRD badge… I have a screenshot of the message where I specified the badge to be installed. It took almost six months to make this badge and get it delivered to me. This is why I have such a reaction when you say it was in the bag when I was bewildered that it wasn’t installed when I picked the car up. I had a conversation in person about my request. Someone called to verify I wanted the badge even after our IG conversation (screenshot) invoice, and conversation in person for payment, conversation when I dropped the car off. That’s a lot of attention to that one item. I show up after being told my car was ready and it’s not installed…then you come on here and say it was in the bag is disheartening.

* I did not say this was a known security feature I said the button in the glove compartment could’ve been pressed causing this. To blame this on a parts failure I can’t argue because anything can fail.

* As for the joy riding the settings in that car are physical buttons. This isn’t the first time this has been suspected when I’ve dropped my car off somewhere. My car has a V8 so I understand but I’m so cool I’d rather whoever has my car just ask to take it for a run, I wouldn’t refuse. So when I dropped the car off everything was turned off, when I show up I found it on.

Brought my car here after someone hit it while parked, they were recommended by the other parties insurance along w other auto shops. Read their reviews before deciding to bring my car here since they had the best reviews. As someone who works in customer service on the phones all day how people talk to me on the phone is how I decide if I’m going to continue to work w them or not & their front desk had a very nice & positive attitude and an answered all my questions. The main guy who took my car in also had a positive helpful attitude and assured me I would be getting status updates as they worked on it, which I did and loved! The main office smelled amazing, parking is pretty tight but overall the work on my car was great, looks like nothing happened and also completed everything before the date they gave me. 10/10 would recommend!

Did a great job. Worked hard to fix things. Even when an issue later arose they honored their warranty and promptly fixed it. Have and will continue to recommend them.

I’ve been coming to this auto body shop for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. What keeps me coming back is the trust I have in them. They’ve never tried to overcharge me or sell me on something my car didn’t need. Their honesty and transparency are rare to find in this industry. The prices are always fair, the service is consistently great, and they take the time to explain things without pressure or confusion. Even as the years have gone by, their quality and integrity haven’t changed. I’ll continue bringing my car here for as long as they’re around.

Had a fender bender and decided to take my car to JJ Auto Body. Jimmy and Staff were super friendly and took excellent care of my car. Great text responses and updates. I am a perfectionist and could not find a single flaw. Took about two weeks to fix which was a little longer than I thought it would take but honestly for how good of a job and how busy they are I have no complaints. Would definitely use again and A+++++ service. Thank you again so much and if they are busy my advice is just to be patient and trust that your car will come out perfect at the end!

Jimmy and the team at JJs auto body has been my go to paint & body shop over the years. Their attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed and their paint team does a great job at color matching using their latest PPG paint technology.

I’ve even dropped off a few car panels for them to paint without needing the car physically there and the paint match has been spot on every time. They take the time to spray a few variations of color splotches to ensure a correct match as well. Prices are quite reasonable as well given the quality of work being done.

Here’s my car that they did front end work on, smoothing out defects in my hood and fenders and respray on the bumper/blend of the hood and fenders.

Great job by this shop in fixing my bumper. They offered a great price with excellent service. Car was like new and clean when ready. The communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend!

JJ Autobody is a place you can depend on for 5-star incredible bodywork on your vehicle. They can do any repairs on paint and body in a timely manner and have your car back spotless. They repaired a few dents and scratches and matched the paint color perfectly on my CH-R, leaving it topped off with a ceramic coating. Got into a little fender bender the other day. Reached out to JJ from a connection at my gym. He and his team did an amazing job restoring the car back to its glory. They even matched the color to the T! Impressive service, great response time both in fixing the car and in-general with letting me know when the car was ready. From this experience, I can tell they put 110% effort into every car that comes through their doors. 20/10 would recommended to ANYONE & EVERYONE!!

Went to multiple body shops to get quotes. JJ Auto Body hands down had the best price, Mayra and Jimmy were very friendly and respectful. They answered any questions I had regarding the timing and repair and was able to complete everything within a week. I highly recommend checking out this body shop and will be coming here for any future vehicle repairs.

Working with JJ Autobody has been by far the best experience yet. Jimmy and Mayra make a great team and do their best to stay on top of their work. Took home second at this years concourse but only because of the rain. Looking forward to working with these guys again for next years first place trophy!

Brought it in for a scratch / dent on the door and quarter panel.
Quoted $2000 including items that were not in accident, including “roof, etc”
Took 2x promised time
Did not communicate
Lied multiple times that they did not start yet because they “couldn’t hear back from insurance” when in fact, they had already been issued payment in FULL
Lied about leaving voicemails, waiting to hear callback from a 24/7 line, etc
Did no consultations or walk throughs
Left paint splatter all around my car 360 degrees, covering every surface
Trim is broken and missing
Repairs are shotty and misaligned
Got paint on all my black trim
Removed everything from my trunk organizers and threw it back in a big heap.

I am disgusted and left with a ruined car. This car is a 2015 with original retail value of $47000. NOT a cheap car. I have filed a complaint with my insurance and will be following up. This shop is either fraudulent or they just do NOT CARE.

We were actually going to bring my boyfriends car here too and thank God we waited. Ended up taking it to another shop where it is getting 5 star service.

Updating the earlier review, JJ finished a complete repaint of my 38-year old vintage Triumph TR7. The results are simply spectacular and won a second place at Houston Autorama this past weekend. Great job all!!! Great to see this growing family business doing so well. Expertise, excellence, energy.

These 5 star reviews are here for a reason. I bought a 20 year old Tacoma that after a few months started showing its age very quickly. Shopped around and was promised a "like new" paint job for a couple grand. Shopped around a little more and found out if you're going to paint the vehicle right, that is bring it back to its showroom finish, it would cost around 4k! Then I stopped by The JJ Auto Body establishment. The Boss took the time to personally inspect my truck and gave me several options. This was over 3 months ago and everytime now I wash the truck I am so pleased with the results! This real, person to person customer relationship is what makes this place a diamond and saved me thousands. The entire staff is gracious and knowledgeable. Thank you JJ Auto Body!
