They "fixed" the issues with my rear doors and sent me to the dealership to get my keys reprogrammed just for the dealership to inform me the actuators were installed incorrectly and I shouldn't have needed to take the vehicle to the dealership in the first place. Ended up having to pay the dealership for the hour they worked on the car to fix one of them and send me back to Firestone so I wouldn't get charged even more. Firestone then refused to reimburse me the $100 I paid them even though my warranty paid $800 for a job that wasn't done correctly. So instead of just my $100 deductible I ended up paying $280 between the two because to pay the dealership for the time they worked on it since the warranty won't cover a repair they already paid Firestone to fix in the first place.

Great experience at this Firestone location. Ray took great care of me, explained everything in a way I could understand, and got me in without an appointment. The price for my tire replacement was good and the service was super quick. Highly recommend!

I needed a tire patched because of a nail in the tread. This was about 10 minutes to closing. Isaiah made it happen. It may seem like a small thing but it really made my evening. Great way to start 2026 with some gratitude for the techs and Isaiah.

Ray set me for an appointment right away. Isaiah was checking back with me regularly. They were fast and did exactly what I asked them to do even though it was right before Thanksgiving and they were slammed. I don't know how they do it!! They did great.?Big thanks to Isaiah who held onto my drinking bottle when I forgot about it.

Isiah and Dustin helped me out greatly with my two flat tires. Was able to get an appointment quickly and the service was timely and efficient. Will come back.

Ivan is phenomenal (and I don’t hold anyone’s customer service that high, ever!) I called Sunday clueless about what I needed and he was able to find exactly what I needed for my Monday morning appointment. Monday we ordered my tires and the delivery company confirmed one time but didn’t arrive for almost 4 hours after that. Ivan kept me updated since I opted to wait at the store, he expressed his apologies (which wasn’t his fault) and as soon as the tires arrived he quickly worked on my vehicle to get me out as quick as possible. Thank you again Ivan for being so professional and for your great customer service.

Needed a car battery replaced. Was a bit of a “close to downtown” markup, but wasn’t crazy. Customer service was good and would use them again.

I came in right before closing with my tire quickly losing air from a nail and they helped me out super quick by plugging it. They didn't have to accommodate me right as they were closing up, but they were nice enough to help me out. Shoutout to Ash for his wonderful customer service and communication. Thanks Guys!!

1) THEY WRECKED MY CAR!!!!! 2) Ivan the manager fought with me denying it even though I watched it happen. 3) They were supposed to transport my car via flatbed to a body shop. Nope. They DROVE my car an hour north of Houston for one of their buddies to work on in a storage unit. I called thinking my car was being stolen and Ivan had the audacity to yell and call me names when I merely called him out on his BS. He also had the nerve to lie and say I gave him and Miguel (area manager) permission for the driving. Um no. 4) While it was being “worked on” someone drove it for PERSONAL USE multiple times including bringing it to someone’s house. 5) After I finally got my car back from these clowns, the paint job is horrible. It is NOT a color match, it’s running, textured, and already peeling after a week. Oh and one of my lights was damaged with this “repair.” Firestone Corporate has yet to respond to my complaints on this issue, but I guess that’s what I should expect from a company that considers Ivan and Miguel management material. I went in for a simple flat tire replacement and walked out with 2 months of headache and a junk front end. No one from Firestone will ever come anywhere near a vehicle of mine ever again.

For an inspection it took over an hour for two people to get done matter a fact i couldn’t even get mine done due to other obligations. You’re better off going to the hood they care more about your time and they just get the job done. I was predicted to wait 25 min they turned into 1hr and 15min and the worse part the person I was waiting to inspect my car was at the front desk. Granite it’s hot in Houston but sir your pretty boy beyonce fan should have been set up before you started your shift. I’m very disappointed in my experience being that I left work to come here for this. Like I don’t recommend this location from the looks of it all they want is to bring your car in and tell 10 other things about the car that’s wrong which you probably won’t bat about. It’s a must that these types of things are quick and efficient especially and INSPECTION LIKE WHAT THE HEC. Any for all tire work I recommend Discount tire if it’s an inspection just go to the Hood I’m over it

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They claimed my tire was under warranty when I dropped it off and then charged me $180 when I went to pick my car up. They also said my tire was fixed, for me to pull out of the parking lot and realize it was completely deflated. This is a huge safety hazard. The manager was extremely rude and patronizing. Then they over filled the tire by 10 PSI. I have purchased 6 tires from them in the past year and will never go back. NEVER GO HERE.

Awful - do not go here. Bring car in with nail in the tire and associate says they will try to patch the tire and if can’t patch, they will replace under warranty. Have purchased 6 tires here in the last 2 years. Have to repeatedly call store to get update. They say it has been patched. Within 100 yards of leaving the store, flat tire. Frankly it’s dangerous to do such a shoddy patch job. Then they won’t replace the tire under warranty and the manager rips my wife off another 200 bucks. You have been warned, they will not honor what they tell you when you drop your car.

I have been coming to this location for the last few years. Always able to schedule quickly. Some of the work was quoted at a significantly better price than the place where I did my vehicle registration inspection (made me feel like the mechanic at the vehicle inspection place that quoted the work was trying to take advantage of me). Ray was really great - he kept me posted and gave me advice when I asked on additional things I could check for the mileage of my vehicle. Very nice to work with.

Listen to the reviews and avoid this place at all costs. The team is extremely unknowledgeable, sloppy, and unprofessional. It was my first time coming to Firestone, I came in for a Tesla alignment which they assured me they knew how to do. I left with the car in worse condition than it was when I brought it in. The steering wheel was tilted to the right and the car was pulling super hard to the right. Not to mention the almost 3 hours I spent waiting for my car to be ready. They also told me they couldn't fix the camber and that I'd need to replace suspension components to fix it. I got to another Firestone location and lo and behold they have people who actually know what they're doing and are able to fix all the issues created by this location including correcting the camber. While I was waiting at this location I heard another 3 customers having terrible experiences in all different manners. This is not a one off experience, it is a pattern of negligence. I can't believe they let me take the car home in the condition it was. This location makes Firestone look bad but I'm glad I gave the company another chance and went to a different location. In summary, avoid this place if you care about your vehicle's performance and safety.

I had an appointment Sunday to check and replace my brake pads. After 4 hours with no feedback, I was called last minute to pick up my car because the shop was closing and they didn't have the parts that day. I wasted time and money on Uber. The estimate came the next day, recommending full replacement of front/rear pads, rotors, and discs for. I went to the official BMW service center instead, they showed me in person and via video that my rotors and discs were in great condition and only the pads needed replacement. Their service was excellent and the price much better. I used to trust Firestone. Recommending a full replacement of parts without justification or clear communication gives the impression that your mechanics are not well-trained or are simply trying to upsell. Very disappointing.

I come here for everything and have always had so much help beyond what I’ve needed. I don’t know much about cars but they are always sure to explain everything to me in a way I can understand. They’re always very timely and honest. 10/10 recommend! Side note getting a Firestone card and opening an account with them is SO HELPFUL!

THEFT AND FRAUD. This team negligently took the brand new tires from the front of my car and replaced them with Bridgstone tires. I came in to replace two back tires one of which had a nail. The team lied and said the tires were balanced and rotated and I drove away unsafely with my car in the same condition. The team attempted to buy my tires under the table so I wouldn’t report the incident. When I addressed this with the area manager Miguel Salimoron, he tried to intimidate me into not getting reimbursed he and yelled at me in front of a store full of staff and customers. He then refused to help me because I said the incident amounts to theft. He proved my point, they are crooks. If you value your money, safety, and well being do not step foot into this place.

Had an appointment at 1:30 p.m for just a simple oil change and then when i arrived they asked me if i was just dropping the car off because it was going to be a 2 HOUR wait. Even though i had an appointment setup and if there is a wait still wouldn’t you call and let the customer know to make arrangements to work around that. I had other errands to do that consisted a car to get to the next location. It was a waste of gas and time.

Took my car for a last minute appointment on a busy Sunday due to a screw in my tire. Ray helped me get it repaired from start to finish. He is a great assistant manager and will hopefully be running a location one day. He answered all of my questions and supervised the tech that was working on my vehicle. The tire was patched and good to go. Thanks again!

DO NOT TRUST FIRESTONE ON WASHINGTON My experience with this Firestone location has been unacceptable and deserves to be shared. On May 11, I hit a curb downtown and got a flat on my front passenger tire. My car sat at Buffalo Bayou for 4 days because the tow company scammed me out of the $145 they pre-charged. On May 16, I had my car towed to Firestone on Washington. I made the decision to replace all four tires to avoid future issues. After the replacement, I noticed strange noises coming from the car, as if it had not been test-driven or inspected properly before being returned to me. Then, on May 31, my rear passenger tire went flat, despite all four tires being brand new. The car had to be towed to a storage lot and sat there until July 1, when I brought it back to the same Firestone location. I spoke with someone named Gio, who initially claimed to be the manager. After explaining the full situation, he later backtracked and told us he was just the “middle man” and that we had to wait for the actual manager, who will take 30–45 minutes to arrive. Throughout the conversation, Gio repeatedly said, “It’s been two weeks,” as if that somehow voided any responsibility. When I asked him to show me the actual policy he was referring to, he was unable to provide one. The lack of transparency and professionalism was frustrating and quite frankly unacceptable. Instead of taking ownership or offering any kind of goodwill after replacing all four tires less than six weeks ago, Firestone essentially blamed me for the damage and now wants me to pay again for new tires. If a brand-new tire fails in under two months, that should be a red flag, not an upsell opportunity. This is not just poor customer service; it is a complete lack of accountability. I expected better from Firestone and am now reconsidering whether I will ever return to any of their locations. P.S a quick search online and you can find their “90 day exchange/refund policy”, after reviewing the policy I am eligible which is most likely why Gio avoided my question.

Grateful that the team was able to assist me with plugging a tire. Isiah had wonderful customer service that is worth mentioning. I am mainly disgruntled at the time it took for them to get me on my way. What I thought would be a quick repair ended up being over an hour. I guess they were busy but estimated wait time should be somewhat ballpark estimate. 30 dollars for the service after waiting 80 minutes was the cherry on top.

I has a appointment at 12p. It took then 30.mins to get to it. Than 1.5 hrs to tell me what's wrong. Finally @ 2p. But didn't actually get to my vehicle to fix it at 4:17p. They said 1.5 hours. The time management for this place is definitely 2 stars for service. But the manager is awesome. Go figure that out??? So if you come here. Probably best to drop it off then sitting around. Waiting for it. Multiple times Ive seen techs on their phones and not working.

Had flat driving on the freeway, Firestone was the closest tire shop. Unfortunately bad weather caused the electrical power to go out in the area. Jonathan volunteered to replace my tire with my spare. He used he’s own power tools and got me back on the road. Really recommend everyone to go to Firestone on Washington Ave. Thanks man you got me back on the road

Took them an hour to claim the nail in my tire couldn’t be repaired when it’s dead in the middle so they can upsell me a tire.. asked them where my truck was they said “back parking lot” ends up being parked in a tow zone on the street, get in my truck and the tire that needs a patch is at 53 psi when it needs to be at 35… I don’t usually leave bad reviews but Jesus Christ that’s absolutely wild for a business to make this many mistakes..

Technician crashed my vehicle into the side of the shop trying to back it out of the stall. Didn’t even get my flat fixed. I had to drive home with the spare tire and a busted truck. Hopefully they can resolve this unfortunate incident and make things right.
