Was easy and quick. They even helped me carry a very heavy old monitor.

I was looking for reliable electronic recycler around my area. I called to see if they would take my electronics . Asian guy, who was very nice and very responsive, helped me unload the truck. He was very helpful and made the process very easy and fast. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get rid of their electronics.

Don’t waste your time trying to recycle electronics here. I tried to do so, but the door was locked and there were no bins for drop off (despite the sign on the door claiming their were bins).

Really glad we found this place - drop off was super easy.

Tried to get some questions asked over the phone was not given any direct answers and was rushed off the phone. Was attempting to buy parts not donate. The guy on the phone wanted me to name my price but hard to do when I'm just trying to get some basic questions about what they currently have. Was cut off the phone before I could even think of a price due to lack of information

I'm an elderly lady , searching for one door in a myriad of warehouses. Did not connect the stylized EE with a recycling company. Drove in and out of the complex a couple of times. Saw the big white truck, so I went down that drive. Saw a lady and man with armloads of flowers , so I asked how to leave some things since all I saw were big garage doors. The man said to go around to their front door. I almost gave up, but did locate a door not facing the entry drive, it was facing side ways to the rest of the building. I'm glad I didn't give up. The person who came to the door was a gentleman. It would have helped to have the word "Electronics " on the sign at their door that says "drop off".

They were responsive, easy, and covenant, but next time, I will pick a place with a visible recycling presence on the website or media. There was not much on the website about the process, which left me wondering what really just happened to all the electronics.

Positive customer service seriously goes a long way. I finally feel appreciated for all the old electronics I’ve been hoarding in hopes of disposing it correctly and when I was referred to this company, I was so surprised this is actually a thing. This is the perfect place to go to for all electronic recycling needs.

We came to drop off some electronics and the guy was so helpful! This is gonna be my new go-to electronic recycling place!

Easy and convenient 24 hour outside drop off. They take everything from dead vaporizer batteries to old tvs and wires. Convenient access to Jester Plaza from TC Jester east and west.

I went to drop off some old computer we have in the garage, it were very easy process , there was no fee like other place , we glad we came here !

So this guys not reliable buyer give price on phone $25 each come inspect says $18 we agree says ok I’ll send truck we split cost trucking say ok now ask for when truck coming he says Good morning , Coty , price have changed over the weekend , now on one is buying laptops in China or Malaysia as the laptop screen become unsolvable, I’m so sorry to let you know that we will not be interested in the agreement price any more . idk how they do business but not how I do business this is joke

I'd been holding on to old electronics in hopes of finding somewhere to recycle them without driving all over town. I sent a message and received a response in a matter of minutes. I was able to drop off same day. No hassle. I unloaded my old electronics in the tubs at the door and I was on my way. Going to tell everyone about this place.

Communication is always a big deal for me they are always updating me they came to my office and got all my old computers out quick and fast thank you guys y’all were great 👍🏼

If you need to look for the company they are located in the back where the big truck is at! Very easy to find and such nice people, I highly recommend them to take your electronics too

if you have problem of finding this place , go look for the big white truck with their logo on !!! took us long time to find where they were , but overall was a easy process to recycle my old laptops !
