I'm the proud owner of a vintage Mercedes and I can confidently say that Lonestar Imports has helped me to find the part I needed when I need it in a pinch! Jay, the employee who helped me today, was so helpful to me in being patient with my inquiries for parts on my Mercedes. As well, the staff here who pull the parts from the lot are quick and knowledgable of the specific parts that I needed. After sometime searching for parts through other online sellers and not getting the parts I needed, I am happy to know that Lonestar Imports offers better customer service AND quality parts! They beat out eBay! I want to recognize that Ray has just about the kindest team backing his business. Please recognize Jay, Jose, and Kevin for their time in assisting me with my car related needs! And shop locally at Lonestar Imports!
I appreciate them having the part I needed for my Range Rover but everyone I encountered that worked there were 100% disrespectful and arrogant. First, they lied about how they would cut the part I needed. Secondly when I drove around the back of the salvage yard for them to load the part on my truck, I ended up with 3 bolts in two of my tires because of how trashy the salvage yard was cleaned. When I went up front to let them know the part was not cut the way the worker said it would be cut, every guy that works up front were 100% disrespectful and basically acted like they didn't care at all about cutting the part properly. I would not recommend going here unless you absolutely cannot find the part elsewhere. These people think they are above people that come to buy parts from them and shows no respect to their clients. They don't deserve your money, spend it where you are respected.
I call them asking for front struts boths side on 2011 bmw 740li and they coute me 250 I offer 200 they said yes I drive 40 minutes when I got there they want to charge me $400 for boths I said I just call and spoke to you and he was like maybe I dint heard you or dint understand you but is 200 each scamer trying to upcharge you when you there they give you 1 price over the phone when you get there is different price stay away front lone star imports

Looking for parts for my 328 I I call Lonestar in Port right away. They have the parts went there picked the part up put it on the car no problem overall I’ll give them a 10 if you need any parts call Lonestar import.
Incredible!! I couldn't find a better place than this "Lonestar" store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm delighted with their help, especially with Jose. He was very kind. He explained everything I needed with my Toyota. I'm very happy. They include delivery. They also have excellent prices. I highly recommend them.

I just got off the phone with Kevin from Lonestar Imports, and the experience was terrible. He was extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers. Their communication is awful — rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. If this is how they handle people over the phone, I can only imagine how bad the rest of their business practices are. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Lonestar Imports.
Cant brag enough about these guys, first class al the way. They had my parts in stock, installed everything perfectly. I have had zero issues with my car since then. They are extremely knowledgeable and affordable!! Ask for Ray!
Kevin & the other girl who works there are terrible if you want to call don’t even try they will keep putting you on hold until the call ends over and over. Very Rude and Disrespectful!
I want to call out a person by ..Roxx Gibson...I called and needed a part..she was extremely Professional with her service and making sure I got the correct part for my truck .I had the pleasure to come in person Friday morning to Houston from Galveston and meet with her ..I actually was taken back by how organized and clean this place was, like nothing I've ever seen.Everyone was super cool and friendly..they definitely have a customer for life and I will for sure tell everyone about Lonestar Imports.
My go-to for headlight restoration. Especially the lights equipped with AFS. Before you spend THOUSANDS, call Kevin, he'll work with you and try to find your part. You can find pretty good engines for euros here.
Was looking to find a discontinued gle63s wheel that was hard to find. I found identical wheel i was looking for and Kevin was able to refurbish and was honest and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Thank you so much Kevin for all your help. Fast shipping as well.
Kevin is a big liar. Makes you pay over the phone and when you get your parts it's not what you ordered. He listens to you till he gets his money. After that he never answer his phone. Don't pay over the phone. Go there choose what you need. Then pay if you like it.
Wont let me leave less than one star.... Sent me a wrong part. Was not even the same software version, not even the same item model number that was pictured in their ad. I even called to confirm before buying, and they assured me it was the part. Get it in, completely wrong. Come to find out, they sold the original item, and just placed another item with different part and software numbers in its place. They then want to give the run around on a refund when the item was received two weeks ago by Jose at the front desk via their own UPS return label. So far from reading through reviews, I see I'm not the only one this has happened to. I see why they have a 3 star rating now.
I've had a lot of difficulty finding quarter glass for my vehicle. Roxx didn't have it in stock, but she went out of her way to find another shop that had it in stock for me. Excellent service. Thank you Roxx!
Upon contacting the owner, Ramin or Ray, I initially found him to be amiable. However, upon visiting the shop, he provided me with a non-functional part. Subsequently, he asserted that the part required coding to my vehicle. Notably, while I had purchased the same part online and it was functioning correctly, he offered me the contact information of another individual name Rode.
Furthermore, The guy Rode informed me that he had charged $300 for the coding service, even if the part was not functioning properly. Additionally, he charged $150 regardless of the outcome. Upon informing Ray about this matter, he abruptly ceased responding to my calls. And said he is nit working on Saturdays…This inconsistency raises concerns about his professionalism and reliability.
We ordered a fuel tank from Lonestar for our Toyota Landcruiser. These guys texted me several times including several photos of the target part. They offered me a very fair price that included freight shipping to a nearby pickup point (cost effective option). The part was exactly as pictured and was meticulously packaged to prevent damage to the part. Shipping occurred on the day the order was placed and they were still responsive after the sale. These guys rock and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Try them, you will not be disappointed!
Wow.. so I just called to ask if they have a part .. been trying to get my car to start for a good minute and have been trouble shooting outside in the cold so I’m a bit frozen at the moment if the call…. I asked if he had the part and instead of looking it up on his computer .. he tells me that I NEED TO GIVE HIM A PART NUMBER!!!
I’ve bought parts here for years and I’ve taken and introduced this business to at least 6 or 7 people in the last 2 yrs .. and they have NEVER asked me to call them back with a part number !! So.. I’m calling the next place in Google search results …
Will be looking to sue them in small claims court for recourse. Kevin and Hector both engaged in fraud. Paid for a part and they shipped a completely different part. They also charged me for a part they never shipped.

Earlier this year, Jose was very helpful, and the guy who went with me to search the cars was polite and professional as well.
Today (10-12-23), Kevin was the guy to find the exact part needed to fix what was done to my Bimmer.
Found 2 different colors, then Jose mentioned there should be a white one (color of my car), and BOOM! It was found and soon after, is mine!
Actually found a possible donor car for same color interior refresh. Excellent! Lonestar Imports seems to have everything I need to get my car fixed up .
First time customer and I came in from out of state. Kevin was excellent to work with! Very detailed and excellent communication with a BMW door and quarter panel I needed. They run a large operation and looked to be very well organized.
I cannot say enough good things about the guys here at Lone Star Imports. Kevin, Jose, and Ray have always provided our shop with excellent service, fair prices, and a willingness to go the extra step to make sure we receive the right part. What's amazing is that even though they are ridiculously busy there, they'll even put in the time and effort to get us the little, cheap stuff that sometimes is the missing piece in getting a big job shipped. There have been multiple times that I've called mid-morning asking Kevin for some piddly little clip or bolt or something, and even though I think it's gonna get put on the backburner, that afternoon it'll show up at our door, whether I've ordered something expensive with it or not. These guys actually do care about our ability to finish cars on schedule and keep our customers happy. That's rare in the used parts business, and that's why we order from Lone Star almost exclusively. Special props to Victor as well. He's our delivery guy, and when we're trying to find an obscure part, he'll take it back to the warehouse with him and track it down, sometimes even coming back same day with the right part. I have been buying auto parts at this junkyard for several years, but I don’t understand what has happened recently, why such an attitude towards customers? First, where did you get these prices from? Do you have panda skin parts? secondly, why has it become such a poor customer focus? Previously, they tried to help, find the right spare part ... .. ok, a lot of words, over the years it only gets worse.
Professional, courteous., Friendly and above all, always, always available parts at reasonable pricing. they take their time and help me with parts and advise to restore my SL500 back to a beautiful ride AGAIN.
Terrible customer service & higher prices than all competitors. I identified myself and my company when I called but I was told "we don't have time for that" when I asked them to verify the part number printed on the part they're selling before purchase. If they treat commercial customers this way I can't imagine how badly they treat the public when they ask normal questions. Plus their quoted price was nearly 50% higher than all of their competitors. Don't bother with this place, apparently they're "too busy" to actually sell any parts.
By far one of the most organized junkyards I have been to. I called for a door to an E350 and upon arrival they honored the price given to me by another agent. I was taken to the back and allowed to choose the door to my liking. A good first experience and will be back for future parts as well.
All I wanted was to know if I had purchased a warranty or if they offered it because the part I purchased from them failed just short two months of buying , they were so rude over the phone treating me like I am supposed to know everything as if I work there, the last comment I got from them was “Well there you go then” and this was my first time buying from them now I know after getting this part replaced to never shop with them again. Customer Service and Customer Retention is everything, They do not value that or treat their customers with any respect .
I have been recommending this place for years to my customers and friends. This was my go-to place for years to get bmw parts but after the experience I had recently, I will not recommended anyone to this place. I drove 1 hour to get parts from this place and because i didn't want a fog light that they pulled which look to be from the dumpster. Instead of pulling a good decent looking fog light I was told by Ray he didn't want to business with me. Its okay buddy. All those people i sent your way to buy parts and this is how you treat me. No problem.
