Excellent customer service from the first call to follow up and repair of my vehicle. Fredrick was great and the entire team made all repairs and on time as promised.

My BMW had an electrical issue that another shop was unable to resolve. Before I drove off, these guys made sure everything was tested, replaced the defective part, and correctly diagnosed the problem. Extremely happy with the sincere approach.

I brought my BMW in for a normal servicing and was impressed by how thorough and honest the staff were. They carefully explained everything and even demonstrated what needed to be done without rushing me. It felt comforting to know my vehicle was in capable care.

So I previously had a less than positive experience at this location, despite having always had excellent service in previous years. After leaving a negative review, their main location in Dallas contacted me to discuss what happened and how to make it right. I have to say I was very impressed with how they handled the situation and their dedication to customer service. It's easy to leave a good review for a company when things go right, but when things go wrong and the company goes out of their way to make it right that really shows another level of service that is hard to match. With the recent changes they've made I am more than happy to keep taking my cars to them for service.

My Porsche's brakes had a minor problem, which they resolved quickly. They took their time, went over the repair procedure with me, and even checked in the following day to make sure everything was in order. The service was extremely practical and thorough. I am glad I chose to trust this business.

I was anxious about the expense because my Mercedes was experiencing engine problems. The personnel efficiently finished the engine repair and conducted a comprehensive diagnostic inspection. Their skill and honesty were greatly appreciated.

The A/C wasn't cooling my BMW effectively, so I brought it inside during the Houston heat. The team swiftly identified the problem and resolved it that same day. I was quite impressed with their professionalism and speed.

The boy with the glasses and the slicked back hair and the beard was very pretty and nice,he gave me a 80% discount as long as I played along?he also complemented my poopy ( my chiwawa) ???

My daughter’s car broke down literally in the parking lot. Dustin was able to repair it and her transmission went out the following week! Again , these guys came through and performed very well. I would recommend this shop highly- very competent and honest

I found this business on a whim because Mercedes Benz was charging me $575 for service A appointment. This place was affordable and I didn’t wait long to have the service completed. Will come here for other car needs on my European vehicle and also my husbands vehicle.

I've been taking my vehicle to European Service Center for a few years now. I always come back because no matter the staff, they have always provided quality work and knowledgeable advice. Currently the person I speak with is Dustin. I like Dustin a lot. He always makes me feel like I can trust his advice about the repairs I need to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I appreciate him and his willingness to advise me. As a woman you can feel like some auto shops take advantage of you because you're a woman and they think you lack knowledge but I don't get that from Dustin. I don't always appreciate the high cost of the repairs I need but he works with me to help ease that burden. I didn't rate 5 stars because there have been a few occasions when I've had to bring my vehicle back a second time because the repair work didn't rectify the issue. It's time consuming and should not happen. Overall I would recommend this shop and I will continue bringing my vehicle here when I need of service. I do hope they bring back the military discount because it helps!

I was only able to get a diagnostic but Matt was very good communicating with me about what I needed done to get my 2017 Audi Q5 back in tip top shape. I was not in a financial position to get the work done, but Matt advise me of options I could take for my best outcome. Overall, I had a good experience and would not hesitate to bring my car back to have repairs done. Thank you.

Today I decided I’m done with European Service Center. After 8 years of trusting them with my Range Rover Sport 2014, Range Rover 2018, and Audi A6 2016, I can no longer continue with their service. The reason is my experience today with Leo, one of the service attendants. When I brought in my car and showed the codes from my OBD system, instead of confirming and rechecking the work (which should mean connecting their diagnostic system and identifying the necessary repairs), he insisted that I tell him exactly which sensor I wanted replaced. His response was that if I specified the part myself, he would waive the $200 diagnostic fee—a service AutoZone, by the way, provides for free. I left the car there after a tense exchange, but two hours later I decided it wasn’t worth the risk. I had little confidence in how the situation would play out and suspected I’d be billed $200 for diagnostics and potentially charged thousands more for a repair that should be straightforward. It’s a shame, because in the past they had excellent service staff. Unfortunately, in recent years, the quality has declined. Leo, who has been there less than a year, is certainly not one of their best—and today, he lost them a long-time client

European services gets straight to the Point. Had The Run arounds with my 2007 BMW for a full year. I stumbled across them. Quick Communication. Told me exactly what was wrong. Great customer service. Shout out to Dustin & Leo for taking the time to reach out after i got my car back to make sure everything was running how it should. Very reliable, My new go to.

Exceeded my expectations. Car needed a repair, they gave a rough quote over the phone. Once I decided to bring it somewhere I landed on this place. They stuck true to their numbers. Had me done the next day. As long as I own my Jag and or any other European brand vehicle I will use this shop. Fair pricing and quick service.

We had our Range Rover Sport scheduled for a timing belt replacement. Val, our service advisor was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the work repair. Although it took a few days longer than we anticipated, we are very happy with the results. Why pay the big bucks at the dealerships when you can get high quality care for your vehicle at European Auto Center. I highly recommend this shop. Ask for Val.

Updated 11.19.23 New management is awful. Major communication issues. They didn't listen to my concerns or even write them down in their notes, apparently. Charged me for a brand new $4,000 part that didn't cause, nor fix the initial issue. Then, continued to quote me prices for things that it could be. I picked my car up and returned it a total of 6 times because every time I picked it up, the issue remained, or something else was broken. It seems as though if the computer doesn't tell them what's wrong, they don't know what to do to fix it. The last part they installed, they had to get it used because I told them I wasn't able to pay anything else after dropping 6k and the initial issue continued. When I got my car returned the final time after 2 months, I was still having issues so I checked a part I personally replaced before bringing it into the shop in the first place and they broke it while they had it at the shop, dented the metal around it, and broke a mechanism on my fuel pump so my gas guage no longer works. I will not be returning here anymore. Went in for preventative maintenance for my 2015 VW GTI with 97,000 mi., water pump and timing belt. The tech recommended I get an additional service of intake and exhaust cleaning after looking at the mileage. I okayed it. They found an issue I was unaware of and called me in to the shop to explain it and literally show me what was going on with my vehicle. They did not try to force me to have them change it in house right then, they were just making sure i knew about the non major issue. Now my car runs so much smoother and I feel confident in my vehicle for my next 100,000 miles. Shops often try to take advantage of me since i am a woman, too bad I'm a car enthusiast that can smell b.s. from a mile away. This shop is VERY professional, keeps you up to date on the progress on your vehicle, and fairly priced. I will definitely be sending business their way in the future and will stay a patron myself. I would highly recommend this shop. ?

Nightmare of a shop!!!!!!! This is your sign not to come here. I paid 3k for them to fix my car and it broke down when I picked it up and drove it a few miles. They didn't want to take responsibility of the damage. I had fight for 2 days straight until they ran a diagnosis and found the issue.They changed my transmission fluids and and the car broke down because of the transmission. They tried blaming Mercedes for a malfunction however my car has never broken down or had transmission issues only when they put their hands on my car. They don't know what they are doing bad business practices and liars. I wish I never came across this shop it's ran by people who don't know what they are doing or saying. I paid a lot of money just for them to damage my car. I worked with Tia she's is unprofessional. My car is in worse conditions than what I brought in before. Highly don't recommend!!!

Excellent customer service. I dropped my vehicle off and had it back same day. My spare vehicle is a 1997 Range Rover and these guys knocked it out of the park with fixing a few issues. Pricing wasn't as bad as I had expected either considering its essentially a specialty shop. I no longer have to search for a good shop as I have found the best.
