Terrible customer service. I was told they had the car here by an employee over the phone to come by in the morning. Then I drove a hour away to here for them to open 30 minutes late. Proceed to get in they couldn’t find the car. Seems very unorganized then they find out they don’t even have the car. Most ridiculous experience.
Worst customer service I ever had , called for a part and got there and this guy name Willie he said they can’t take it out and I offered that I can take it out to help but he refused and wasted my time and lost my customer, Willie said I can’t help you even though he had the part . Worst experience so far .
Great experience overall. Very helpful on the phone and gave me a great price on the Infiniti parts I needed. The guy that pulled my parts even helped me load them. I recommend calling them first. I'll be a repeat customer.
Said they would have the order ready in 30 minutes, came 30 minutes later and they said it’ll be another 30 minutes because their on their lunch break.
Very organized and more than likely they will probably have what you came for. I went to 6 salvage yards today Ranch being the 7th and they definitely had the part I was looking for!
Bought an engine for Scion, was not pleased with condition. Owner went out of his way to make it right and find a better one to swap for. Will do future business here.
