The worst service ever it’s scam
I order part for my car and pay for delivery and they bring the wrong part I told them it’s wrong they charge me for shipping and cut from the money and they say we don’t have the part that’s I need

Guys be careful and they are not safe and very hard to deal with and very rude

Super mal servicio el hombre llamado Martin no nos quiso devolver mi dinero en una parte q la q envió no es la que acordamos y el dijo q si era esa y no nos dio el dinero solo dijo q no y no y ni los dio ni factura pésimo lugar

Worst customer service I ever had , called for a part and got there and this guy name Willie he said they can’t take it out and I offered that I can take it out to help but he refused and wasted my time and lost my customer, Willie said I can’t help you even though he had the part . Worst experience so far .

Compré una transmicion de un Nissan centra por el precio de 1,650 cuando fuimos a ver la transmicion todavía estaba en el carro , resulta que la transmicion estaba un poco golpeada de la esquina nose veía mucho el golpe el dueño dijo que eso no era nada que la podía mandar asoldar la esquina y quedaba bien y si no servía los daba otra o el dinero decidí agarrala .Puesta la transmicion me di cuenta que tiraba haceite no servía estaba reventada por dentro .Tire mi dinero ala basura pague al mecánico para que me pusiera algo que no servía compré el aceite de la transmisión solo para tirarlo .Hable con el dueño pedí mi dinero para atrás y Resulta que no me lo quería dar llame ala policía para que me alludara pero nunca yego me Quito un 20% de mi Dinero me robó $ 320 no es Justo yo solo regresé algo que no servía

Terrible customer service. I was told they had the car here by an employee over the phone to come by in the morning. Then I drove a hour away to here for them to open 30 minutes late. Proceed to get in they couldn’t find the car. Seems very unorganized then they find out they don’t even have the car. Most ridiculous experience.

Great place for parts! Very quick and very respectful. Definitely come back for more!

Said they would have the order ready in 30 minutes, came 30 minutes later and they said it’ll be another 30 minutes because their on their lunch break.

Fast and friendly service. Found exactly what I was looking for and tested it in front of me.

They do not cooperate with customers and extremely rude to customer. They don't pick up their engine after wrong delivery. They are not professional.

Great experience overall. Very helpful on the phone and gave me a great price on the Infiniti parts I needed. The guy that pulled my parts even helped me load them. I recommend calling them first. I'll be a repeat customer.
