Fred customer service was horrible would not give me any information whatsoever. i didn’t tow it enroute towed it ,it’s just stored here talk to the state . No one is available for me at this time for questions . For Whatever I was trying to do . He’s tired of talking to me pay up or get out . I wasn’t normal he stated . Very disrespectful.

Absolutely awful people best of luck to anyone who needs to get there car.

I called to ask abt my car, and first thing I said was “good morning” in Spanish and the women started yelling “NO SPANISH NO SPANISH, ENGLISH ENGLISH” and before I could even say anything in English she hung up on me. I think it is very incorrect and unprofessional for people like her and racist to be working there.

!!! THE PLACE IS 24 HOURS!!! This place is absolutely awful!!!! They will price gouge you and disrespect you to your face. Have fun with your money, looks like yall need it.

Price gouged, employee pushed me and called me a racial slur. Human decency at an all time low.

While at CVS, this company towed our vehicle, unfortunately pushing my friend in the process. We were compelled to contact law enforcement due to the highly inappropriate and unprofessional conduct of this business.

If I could put zero I would. The absolute WORST customer service, with disrespectful staff and management. Specifically, Casey, a rude and arrogant manager who laughs at customers who are deeply upset by the fact they lost their keys. My car was towed after a car accident and when transported this tow yard lost my keys. Then when they found them they refused to take responsibility and liability for the fact they indeed misplaced the keys. I did not have a way to the yard (since my car was totaled) and the car shop wasn’t liable to go pick them up. Then she stated “we have footage showing we gave them” as she is laughing. The disrespect and utter disgust I felt from what was to be a joke of a manager. The keys indeed were not handed over and when I asked to see the footage they said I could subpoena for it, since I work in law (I mentioned I work in law when they attempted to debate liability and tried to tell me they weren’t liable for anything like misplacing keys). She should be fired. Awful service, disorganized and entirely unprofessional. Best of luck to anyone that gets their cars towed here.

Our vehicle was brought to this lot after an accident. We picked it up within 4 hours and our vehicle was ransacked. All the contents of our glove compartment and the pockets behind our seats were on the floor of our vehicle. In addition, the woman who answered the phone when I called to get information was so incredibly il mannered. She seemed overwhelmed with my questions and the very few answers I got were given with an attitude. If there's a place to report tow yards for unethical behavior such as going through the contents in vehicles, you better believe I'm going to find it and submit a complaint. Front desk woman was very rude upon introduction; attitude from the jump and threw insults at me for being on the phone with my mom about getting my car out. Just a heads up to anyone who has to deal with them, will abuse position of power if you match energy.

Had my car towed today, I forgot to register it as a visitor (my fault). I called for info and pricing and was greeted with the worst customer experience mid call I hanged up because I didn't want to act hostile as she was towards me. Finally, get their pay to get my vehicle out, and she doesn't open the gate. So I go back to the window so she can open the gate and she says you went back in the car and started cursing I sent my brother to get the car someone was standing infront of the gate and still took her sweet time to open it too. Ruined my whole day yes I was in fault but if you hate your job just quit you old bat. Ohh I almost forgot some people were also trying to get their stuff out there car and this lady was not letting them speak kept interrupting them and pointing on a paper on the door I felt so bad.

I don’t know why the reviews are so low. I had a good experience here and the lady was very helpful and patient my car was broken into and they taped the window when I arrived. It was already done, which was very nice. It was very quick and easy I was able to go back and look at my vehicle and started it up, she also didn’t mind that I had to wait. Almost 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck to drive overall not the best circumstances obviously, but the service was it bad And was very pleasant.

Scum of the Earth. My car got towed, they charged me a storage fee even though my car was there for around 30 minutes. When I told the guy that it says “Storage fee for more than 24hours” he said “Doesn’t matter.” When I gave him my phone to check my insurance, he started typing on my phone (I had AirPods on.) When I gave him cash, I said “I know you don’t have change.” I knew they would claim to not have change, even though they’re gouging people day by day. Just want to vent.

My vehicle was towed yesterday. I called last night to ask what would be the charge to get it out. I was told $275 . The guy I believe his name was Jay, stated to come and get it in the morning because the fee would go up in the afternoon. I aske at what time did they open, and he said 8am I went this morning and the girl at he front told me it was $300. I asked why the price difference , when the "manager" Kacie jump from her chair and stared arguing with me , wouldn't let speak and she started racing her voice at me and being completely rude and unprofessional. I only ask one fair question. Whay did the guy tell me they open at 8am when they are 24 hrs? They new they could charge more if I came in the morning. This is a TOTAL scam. They need to replace most of their workers. One lies to charge more and the other one is un able to answer any questions without being rude. Wht kind of people do y'all employ? Clearly un educated un refined , without any kind of training othey are the lowest of the low. People do what needs to be done to get their property back. understand that people will pay tthere is no need for this nasty behavior.I will be placing a complaint with the BBB and TDLR Shame on you people. The have 2.4 stars because all the tow truck drives give the 5 stast ? ridiculous

Besides the fact that my car was parked unattended for 3 minutes, literally 3, before we intended to go into the CVS off of Washington Ave.. the older man I spoke to over the phone asked me if “I thought I was Elon Musk” when I questioned him about the towing. He was extremely rude, also not speaking clear during checkout and had extremely unclean hands. The bumper of my car was scratched, so check your cars. Also will be calling animal control, as the lot has an atrocious amount of cats. Which did not (by my eye) have clipped ears.

My car was towed after I left it unsupervised for maybe 10 minutes. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and raised her voice for no reason. To keep my composure I had to hang up while she was mid sentence. $275 to get my own car back is ridiculous. It hasn't even been there a whole hour

Car got into an accident on the highway and was police authorized towed. Front desk lady was rude. Interrupted me in the middle of all my sentences, said I couldn’t get things from my car because I wasn’t on the insurance even though I am the registered owner of the vehicle, and refused to explain the fees I was forced to pay.

They are a storage lot typical they're going to charge an arm and a leg but you can't get mad at them for that they all do it. Other than that everybody was super friendly easy to talk to and made it pretty simple to get my vehicle back out the same day after the accident. I guess if I had to have my car towed anywhere this will be with the lights to take it to their relatively friendly they are willing to work with you until midnight at the same business day and they're close to home

Lady in the front desk is HORRIBLE, she must hate her life. Rude on the phone, and yells and cusses people out. Wish she'd step outside that bullet proof glass and run her mouth then. But she won't, because she's a coward who likes to bully people over the phone lol. They say they don't have your car. Drive by there, and you'll see it! They hold it off as long as possible just to pocket more money from you. God bless you if they ever get ahold of your vehicle, and good luck getting it out.

This business is a sham and is likely up to illegal business. Whoever the lady is at the desk wants nothing more than to be rude to everyone who comes anywhere near them, she has no interest in helping you or even being a good person. They are towing vehicles as a means of stealing your money. If you ever have to deal with this facility, then good luck. Pray to God they never get a hold of anything you own. If there is anything right in this city they will be shut down soon. Also, the lady at the desk threatened my fiance. She felt held there against her will while paying and she felt she had to pay (a rate which they bumped up after she got there so they could just keep increasing it or not give her car back) or she wouldn't get out of that facility safely. She wouldn't let me in to keep my fiance safe, so she had to go in alone and that lady took advantage of her. She should be ashamed of herself doing that to another innocent woman.

The main storage I have ever had to go to. For one day storage and tow we paid $240.17 a city tow home from the facility was cash of $150.00. It was convenient. Affidavit needs to be signed and notorized if u r not the person on the title but u r spouse, parent or child(close relative). And marriage license needed to prove u r spouse. Insurance needed. U can inspect vehicle to see if drivable before getting a tow truck. U have 1 hour to get a tow truck with the quoted price u r given. One gentleman was very very helpful and knowledgeable. One woman did not want to help. So we r glad he came along.

Extremely rude, Discourteous,, unprofessional, loose tempered misbehavior. inconsiderate d you will find in this storage.very unclean, broken parking lot. if i give them below 0 for their services. all we had to pick up the car. had to wait good 20. to 25 minutes before anyone showed up with in their regular business hours.,,,,, woman was extremely rude and above all. it was just regular pick up.. I don't recommend this to anyone at all. but unfortunately if you ever have to go there May GOD help you and save you from these DEVIL'S

They made it seem as though my car was not even towed to their location. They had us on the phone with 3 different towing companies when our truck was there all along. They then didn't accept our card payment and demanded cash. Prolly gonna sell my 2019 truck for parts. Sad just sad.

Lady is incredibly sarcastic and rude. Couldn’t figure out how to properly print my insurance confirmation email I sent her and told me that I had to give her something else because “it won’t let me print it”. I had to CONVINCE her to let me walk her through how to print the email properly. Don’t tell me it’s my fault that you don’t know how to use a computer.

I was hit by a semi and the police had my car towed here. I was too shaken and shocked to think about it so I just agreed. Big mistake. When I got home that day, I called the office and was told I owed 230. My car had been there for less than 12 hours. I then spent the next week trying to figure out where to take it. I ended up paying 530 for my totaled car and found it in a far worse condition than when I had originally left it. The actual storage lot is quite literally a slanted gravel square with pot holes and cars strewn about it in no order or structure. They are also open 24 hrs a day but only had someone inform me of this the third time I called. They have an after hour number that you only discover if you go to the actual place. 0/10 stars. Get your car out ASAP if it ends up here.

SCAMMERS!! They pulled my car for being parked in the garage and will shove you between the towing company which they are very much affiliated with. Their customer service is beyond worse. I was talking to a lady to get my car and she fell asleep and started snoring on the phone (recorded) for 11 minutes. Then she started raising her vpice saying i needed to feel good about myself. It is UNACCEPTABLE!! No hard working citizen should give these SCAMMERS ant business whatsoever. They reap where theh don't sow and i reccomend you stay away. The place is awful and most often your car will be damaged by these inexperienced low lifes. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Called the number on their sign 5 times before someone answered the phone. She said she would be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, shes still not there so i call her again and she said shes on the way (more lies). When she finally gets there an hour after she said she would be there, she takes an additional 15 minutes before she opened the door. Waited on her for over 1.5 hours when their sign says they will release cars with a 1 hour notice. Call them at least 2 hours in advance or maybe even 3 hours so that you can go at your own leisure and not waste your time.

Called them, lady claimed they did not have the car but we drove to their completely open lot where the car was out in the open unsecured by a gate or boot. Waited for over 1 hour for the lady to arrive. When she did, she slammed on her car horn while bluffing like she was going to hit someone in our group. She left us standing out in the rain for another 30 minutes before getting us the paperwork to get our car back. Overall we waited an hour and a half to get our car after contacting her for the car that they "didnt have". Despicable.
