The location in houston off millport was easy,safe & fast processing. The manager peru i believe was her name was beyond nice & friendly. She gave me the breakdown on the paper work i had to sign & her other co worker who brought out my car was nice & friendly as well! 1st time going through this process an it was a peace of cake! I hope that anyone who sees this messege in order for it to go smooth like mines please read an follow directions carefully. YOU MUST SET AN APPT FIRST AN THEN GO UP THERE AFTER YOU GET THAT TEST FROM THEM THAT SAYS APPT CONFIRMED. Dont just go up there. But once again THANK YOU TO THE STAFF OFF MILLPORT ST✊???

My vehicle was at the Austin location. The staff seemed very nice however a package that I had in the vehicle was missing. 2 Coach clutches that had just been ordered and were still in the vehicle. I called there office they informed me that I was wrong and no package was in the vehicle. I asked them if they could double check or if I could. They refused. Again they seemed nice until then but that package was in the vehicle and I never found it. It was around Christmas so I guess they saw their opportunity and took it.

They don’t even answer the phone it goes straight to voicemail and if you leave a thousand voicemails they still gong call back. I see why it only has 2 stars. Unprofessional!

Called and left messages before I reviewed but still no response. This company tried to steal my vehicle that I own outright and rather than apologize, their driver just doubled down and tried to give me an explanation about his mistake rather than just apologize and release my vehicle. Just admit it was a mistake, apologize, move on. These people should not serve the public and should have their license revoked.

I can only speak from my experience. The entire process of getting my vehicle was smooth. Everyone was polite and professional, and the entire process to retrieve the vehicle took about an hour.

This company dragged my vehicle on the pavement out of parking spot leaving deep scratches. I can see my vehicle’s status through the app. They’ve moved my vehicle around multiple times resulting in tire wear notification. I’ve made the payment for the release of my car and they won’t let me come get it. Not scheduling an appointment to get my stuff back lol. Owner and Managers don’t care. Business is terrible.

Worst experience ever ! They refused to provide copies of the signed paperwork stating the release of my truck that has images of them towing and said to contact my lein and vendor and they said they dont even have that documentation and only the tow yard can provide that. They damaged my stearing wheel and seatbealt which is saftey hazard along with the parking break. Needless to say if paperwork can't be provided from any party then my lawyer will do it and im sure this business thats shady from the start will have to endure the outcome of a civil lawsuit for damaging of my truck and pay up.

I can't give 0/5 stars, but if I could, this place would win that award. I'm usually a forgiving person, but this entire operation seems like a cash grab and has absolutely NO concern for ethics. The owner is unprofessional, using foul language and insults in an email to me. AVOID THIS PLACE, if you can!!

The have no respect for no one they do not answer their phone and we had to make 3 trips to finally get our vehicle they ask for an id and don’t let you get it out of the vehicle even if it’s your own id they make you Wait and even under the rain and they don’t care about anything do not communicate

I was worried due to tons of negative comments, but honestly the process was simple. 1. Pay your bank to get the release sent 2. Request your appointment online and wait for confirmation. If your request is cancelled that means your bank hasn’t sent the release yet. 3. Show up on time for your appointment with your ID 4. Sign papers to release vehicle. You can view the vehicle before you sign the damage waiver. If you need to talk to someone then call, select the option for operator, and ask to be transferred to whichever location you need to talk to. Shouldn’t have to be said but be polite if you expect to be helped.

Truck was towed. Firearm was inside. Instead of calling police and handing to them the only answer I got from them was it was disposed of due to being over the allot time for property to be with them. You disposed of a firearm instead of calling police. Give me a break. Worst place ever. Hope they get shut down. And I hope the employee that stole my gun gets arrested and thrown under the prison. Each time I asked about the gun they put me on hold for 10 minutes and gave me different answer the 2 times I asked. Very shady place.

Where do I even start I’ve been calling since noon on Sunday trying to retrieve my car no answer then I finally get a confirmation for my appointment just for me to go back to my car unlocked ? Which was locked when it got towed which proves they were in my car. They stole almost all my clothes and shoes in my car along with my MacBook and 5 thousand dollars cash that was in my glove compartment and now they’re telling me all I can do is file a complaint. How is this company still in business when every review is the same about them stealing customer’s belongings I will be getting the BBB involved along with the Grand Prairie police department

They towed my husband car and messed up his guard underneath and stole his birth certificate out of his car smh. You can not get in touch with anyone to fix the damages they caused.

Needed a tow. This guy took forever and then took very little precautions when towing my car. I will be assessing for damages and pursing legal action for any damage to my car. This is a low quality person with no work or quality ethics. Call any other scumbag to tow your car

What a joke... Two Star rating!!!! This company should be below a one star. In a 35mph zone and drove at LEAST 70+!!! Ran away after towing a truck like a frightened baby!!!! I'm sure the banks and Genetec would love to see your reviews on each platform you clown!!!! I'll make sure to pass on the videos when you drove by like a maniac passing the residential area.

The people behind the Bullet proof glass already stressed out and I’m already stressed as well tryna get my car the chemistry doesn’t match to well. There straight forward they have no resources to offer. No ATM, No Fax Machines, No Bank Contacts, everything is based on you and you only you have to have all your Cards inline in order to proceed to get your car and it’s literally appointment time only don’t show up a day urly like I did these people don’t budge to release the car that easy. I recommend owner to pick up the tow I witnessed someone picking up for a family and it didn’t work out for them. This place charging 150$ a night they are not playing here no leanesty and after 2 weeks after tow they are very quick to auction the car I’m just tryna help the next person, just play your cards right and get ahead of them as soon as possible I was able to get my car back so that a Dove for me but still took an L due to pricing and Slowness of the company.

The WORSE...company ever they rob me and broke my car please YOU ALL BECAREFULL WITH THIS COMPANY....I already had my own Keys and they resold me a keys and it wasent even working. None of the 2 keys work, My car does not even turn on...I called her and made a complain the manager say I've left with the car and keys she can't do anything about just to put a complain in.... like really my car was at your garage for 15 days before it went to you it's was in a EXCELLENT CONDITION now

Bunch of thieves...all my highly value items along with money, not a single penny was returned, all my coins were gone too! Even pennies!! were stolen from my vehicle and, of course, never will get them back because no one knows anything, and you can't prove them otherwise, unbelievable and so unprofessional. Your stuff is thrown in a trash bag.. after going through it, of course. Tire caps, cup holders, mats...a whole BATTERY was stolen from my car.

This is the worst place and worst service ever. I had an appointment to pick up my car, I arrived 15 minutes early, I had to stand outside in the heat, for over 25 minutes in the extreme heat. There is not an inside building for you to go inside. The lady at the front was rude, she got tired of answering my questions and just stop talking completely. Even with an appointment, u still have to wait an excessive amount of time.

Although I did not have an issue with the office staff (the lady was actually quite pleasant), the procedures are horrible. First off, my son’s wallet was stolen which was really one of the only things we needed out the car. So I’m now having him put a freeze on his credit, just in case. Also, we had to wait over a week to get an appointment. I arrived at 10am for a 10:30am appointment to gather my son’s things (because the reviews state if you’re late they will make you reschedule) only to be told I couldn’t get his things until right at 10:30. So I waited. At 10:30, the paperwork was still not ready (for context purposes… it’s 10:30 in July in Texas and I was waiting outside). A gentleman who had an appointment at 11 came up after me (around 10:40) and was serviced right away, making me have to wait until they were done with him… standing in the heat. What is the point of having an appointment if the paperwork is not going to be ready or you’re going to service people out of order? Also, there’s no office. Be prepared to stand outside in the rain, heat, cold or whatever the weather decides to be in Texas for the day.

It's by appointment only please be aware of these people. They will not release you items and try to keep them . They will cancel your appointment if they don't not receive release from the financial companies they will deny that they have received the release from financial companies and appointments are limited and further out in the to make it difficult to get the vehicle back and also there is a charge per day. They will make you sign a document stating that your vehicle is not damaged without seeing your vehicle. If you question them they will be rude and also threat to keep your vehicle and auction it off . They will take there time to give you the vehicle back until there are ready .

Very professional staff, understanding, and quick to schedule appointments. As long as you are respectful to them, they are extremely helpful. Having a car picked up and stored is never fun, but at least it is in a secure facility. Website is easy to use, and although it can be several days until an available appointment, the process is simple.

Worst people I’ve ever met, workers on the field were nice but lady in the office very rude and unprofessional. She gave me attitude for asking a couple questions, still blaming the “pandemic” for the delay and the reason they do appointments only. I don’t understand why companies go with this third party, I am going to take this to court and have lawyers involved. No reason why I should have my car kept from me after they already received a release form. Also don’t understand why this address takes you to target. Thief’s!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My car was towed and I kept calling the number they provide trying to book an appointment. Because you apparently need an appointment to pick up your own car. When you call, the machine tells you in order to book an appointment you have to go online, which we did but their website kept glitching, I called over 50 times and no answer. Decided to drive up myself and the lady was quick to say that the website had no glitch and we were not calling the right department, which we were. She then booked an appointment and told us the next one available would be A WEEK FROM NOW. How is that even possible??? The customer behind me told me that her car as well was held for a whole week. Ripping people off. We then asked if it would be possible to get my cell phone from the truck at least and was quick to say no. Therefore I am with no car and no phone for a whole week. They do not even bother to work with you. All they care about is money. One more thing, make sure you go to the right address (14125 Reeveston RD. Houston, Texas 77039) because the address they provide you online is a Target in humble.

One of the worst companies I have ever encountered. They have my car and I have paid everything that I need to pay to recover my car. However you have to schedule an appointment online. There are no appointments available for at least 10 days, which is of course unexceptable. You cannot speak with anyone and are in an endless loop of emails, website, and voice messages. They really deserve zero stars.

The customer service is horrible and very dismissive. They stole my engine and replaced it with a old engine, stole the tires and replaced them with older tires , stole my battery and replaced it with an older battery. When I got my car back the check engine light, warning light, and tread lights were on as urgent messages. The moment I stopped the car would not start and I was stranded. The car did not go over 60 miles per hour. I’m utterly disgusted with this company, I have contacted my attorney and will handle ASSET RESOLUTIONS “ by suing the hell out of them. Do not use them and thoroughly check your vehicle if they ever have possession of it.

This company picked our car up in the middle of the night. We called our lien holder who passed this companies information to us to contact about retrieving our belongings. We called and were instructed on there post recovery process. We followed there instructions and made a appointment went to get our belongings and were given an inventory list of the items that were removed from our vehicle everything was listed including the cash that was in the glove box. Very honest a pleasurable experience.
