This place is a scam. Please call elsewhere try and reach a real tow truck driver. I was waiting almost 2 hours when the dispatcher already received payment to send tow truck driver. Then told me to pay an estimated total and their policy is to refund any unused balanced. Then the tow company arrived and the price was completely different. The dispatcher thought I d ok don’t understand Spanish and instructed the tow truck driver not to tell me anything! Then after I had questions on the refund policy. The dispatcher called me a liar. I have text confirming everything told to me. I will recommend a ship that professional and reasonable. Please avoid unless you enjoy being hustled.
