I just recently had my 2015 Nissan Murano at this shop to have a new transmission to be installed, and without fail, several other issues showed up due to the age of my vehicle. The turnaround from start to finish was amazing, the speed of the work done was awesome, and level of customer service proved is absolutely stunning!! I will from now on bring any of my vehicles to E and E, teuly a customer for life!!!

It is hard to find a good, HONEST, mechanic. E&E Auto Services offers exactly that. They will get all of my auto repair business.

I went to this shop an hour before closing. They were like my third or fourth shop. Everybody else turned me down and wanted to charge me dbl just to check my ac. As hot as houston is....they worked me in. They called me back with cost when they said they were going to and even shopped around on parts for me. They went beyond the minimum. I ended up not doing the work bc well, I just decided to get another car. But I will definitely recommend them and be back for any car issues. These guys have plenty of staff to work on multiple cars simultaneously. The front desk guy and other folks there are very kind nice attentive and honest about what's going on with your car and the break down of cost. They are solid people. Yes they are closed on Saturday but can you blame em? We all need a break from wk to keep our sanity. If I could give mote than five stars I would A+

Great Service! I recently had my BMW serviced at E&E and was very pleased with the outcome. Everyone was very friendly, Aldo was amazing, very professional, and transparent about the costs and repairs. Most of all, he took his time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and guided me towards a decision. The car was ready on time and is running better than ever!

Very knowledgeable and honest mechanics. I have an old Jeep Wrangler that periodically needs work. These guys can quickly diagnose and fix the problem, for a fraction of what it would cost at a dealer.

I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could. Not only did they fix my transmission, they went out of their way to try and lower my costs as much as possible, even fabricated their own parts when none were available at no additional cost and checked out every issue my car had. They really went above and beyond, and cleaned up my whole car inside and out, shined up the lights, I've never even seen my seats that clean, rugs all vacuumed, everything shined up. Then they give a 2 year warranty instead of just a 1 year warranty ontop of it all. If you're looking for someone who will not rip you off, communicates well, and gets the job done right and more, please come to E and E, I know I will for anything else I need done. Thanks again guys, I mean it.

E&E Automotive really goes above and beyond. If you're looking for a mechanic who looks out for you and your car, this is your place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and great at keeping you informed. The work they do is excellent and affordable. My car flooded in hurricane Beryl and they gave me peace of mind and a vehicle that worked better than before. I will be going to them, and referring them, for the rest of my life! Thank you, E&E!

I got some quotes for $1200 to replace my Catalytic converter, then I went to see Aldo at the E&E front desk and he quoted me $300 labor and I could either bring in my own Cat, or let him buy one and warranty it for $300. That's what I did and now my Balzer has all its power back and is running great. I like Aldo, he is a straight shooter and easy to work with.

E & E did a great job on body work repairing the dent in my front bumper, and at a reasonable price. I brought it in Wednesday at 2pm and it was done by Friday afternoon, good as new. A few weeks back, I got my Hyundai Accent’s EVAP system fixed. I thought it might be a tough fix, so I wasn’t surprised when the engine light came back on. But the repair shop was great about it. They fixed it again without charging me more, and the staff were really nice. I found out that they really deserve the high rating they already have on Google.

Team is always professional and helpful. Edgar is great and is always reliable and super fair on pricing. Would highly recommend these folks! Not taking my vehicles anywhere but here.

E&E Auto has been in my neighborhood for as long as I can remember. I feel confident using them knowing they are family owned and operated with a long-standing reputation. They discover my issues quickly, research the best price for parts for me (I have an older Toyota) and always fix it right the first time. Edgar and his team are so kind, communicative! I recently got a used car and needed a state inspection as well as an oil change. They let me know that there was a hole that was causing oil to leak which explained why the oil levels were so low when I checked myself at home. So glad that they caught that and were able to fix it in a timely manner. I was worried and they reassured me they will fix it. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! Now I have a healthy car on the road!

Wow where do I begin? Edgar and his team are simply amazing! He/They kept me updated on EVERYTHING with my car and got it fixed in a very timely manner. Fast turn around, reasonable prices, really fix things correctly! I had on going problems that no one seemed to be able to fix...they did. They warranty their work and stand behind anything they do! E and E always worth the visit to get things fixed. They pointed me in right direction to get a really expensive fix under warranty (dealership honored warranty even though past time. I had so few miles on, car dealership couldn't understand why I had the problem). They have been taking car of both cars for years now and fixed a myriad of problems.

July 2023 needed AC repaired and was done quickly. Also, Josh and Edgar are great to deal with. Much appreciated this little shop! This place is great. Have been going to them for at least 20 years or more. Always done only what was necessary, prices much more reasonable than dealership or other shops as I live part time in another city and shop there is more expensive in a much lower cost neighborhood. Aldo & his crew do a good job & get you in and out quickly.

The team at E and E Automotive Services are beyond stellar. Andres and team had my car done with in 3 hours with out paint of course but the job was superb and they even helped out and did a check a strange sounds I was hearing. They informed my mounts needed repair and gave me an estimate within minutes. I’ve gone there a few times, and I’ve always felt like I was treated fairly and I was more than satisfied with the work. Edgar and the crew are true to their word on timing and costs, which is appreciated. I had some front end work, oil changes, and investigation of weird sounds. Nice to have them in the neighborhood.

These guys are very fast, friendly and fair, qualities hard to find in a mechanic shop. I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Josh and he did great work! I would recommend E&E to anyone.

These guys seemed busy when I had my vehicle towed there. Thought it would be there a couple days at least. It was ready the next day before noon. Very nice and professional. They did the work fast too so I didn’t pay an arm and a leg for labor. I will take my vehicle there from now on.

Based on the age of my RAV4 I believe the mechanic knew the problem before he even looked at it. He described my issue perfectly. Fast, reliable, explained the charges which were fair and I had my vehicle back within 24 hours.

Edgar Loredo is a very kind man and a good business man. His shop did excellent work in repairing my car when it was hit nearby and he communicated very well with me and the insurance company about the repairs. His assistant Josh was also very helpful.

Edgar and Aldo are the second generation to own this shop. Their service shows the many years of experience have taught them much about mechanics, community and respect for the everyman issue of car repair. Everyone should feel safe behind the wheel. This is the way I have always left an experience at E&E. I always know I have done the best I could for my car and I am safe. My coworker introduced me to the shop. She was a loyal customer many years before I started going there four years ago. The staff is consistently the same respectful crew.

This was my first time using E and E, based on recommendations from my two roommates. If you bring your car here, it will surely be in good hands. Their prices are great and the people are very kind. Aldo offered to take a scratch off my car (that was already there) free of charge! This will definitely be my go to mechanic in Houston.
