Horrible service! Was supposed to be here in the morning, and call before he came and kept sending delay updates for almost 4 hours, we used them through USAA and they called at 4:45, mind you was reported at 10am. We missed call and as they were leaving a message called back and this rude guy says he is rescheduling it for tomorrow since we missed his call, I sure hope yall read this review and beware this customer service is horrible….imagine what they do with your vehicle if they act this way on the phone.

Incredibly bad customer service. Didn’t show up for roadside assistance job after I communicated on two occasions with the driver, who said were on their way and it would be 45 minutes each time. All in all I waited almost 2 hours only for them to cancel my roadside assistance order.

Through my Texas Farm insurance policy I submitted request for battery issue july 11th. I was in League city, waited 3 hrs before canceling service call and paid cash for Carter Family Tow to help. Several times when it looked like they were so close, arrival times were 0 or 3 minutes away, it would change to 45-60 minutes. This happened over and over again. I pay extra for roadside assistance but I'll cancel that soon if this company is their only go-to.

When my car battery died unexpectedly in Houston, I called this firm for roadside assistance right away. Their competent team responded swiftly and easily jump-started my vehicle.

In the centre of the blocked road, I was involved in a serious car accident. I'm glad I came across this company. They immediately towed my damaged car, delivered first-rate roadside assistance, and made sure we were secure. The driver was quite polite!

Rude technician could not even unlock the door and literally charged the me money. Will not suggest to anyone not because of a fee but because of unprofessional behavior. Giving it two stars as he kept on crying(as he had to work in rain) due to rain and he could not open the door lol

Was told around $65, but actually charged $120, feel uncomfortable, since I told which year & make & model the car is, I should be told a close enough quote before ordering the service

Technician is great but the owner of this company is horrible. He quote you one things on the phone then technician charge you something else. Be careful when you call this company and make sure you get e everything in details.

I was locked out for over 2 hours. Dr Lock came assessed the situation and in no time I was in my house. I can not thank them enough. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

That was not unacceptable that much cost . I realized called that service they told me that 45 dolloar or something but there some guy show up in 10 min at gas station to unlock and my car key in my car and then so guy put that much cost 29.00 plus 125.00 something that charged me 154.00 so i told him I could paid you on Saturday they said no need to find atm to cash out and now he lock me up my car when i was outside of cold weather and they ask for someone paid for it but I told him I don't need them from stranger person to ask some money and so that one not respecting for deaf at all.

Pointless. Called and asked for a car program they told me a technician will be calling me. No one called, I called back and they told me someone will call. Someone finally called told me he’d be here in 20/30 minutes. An hour and a half passed and he finally called told me he didn’t have the key and said he’d call for one. Never got that call back until three hours later! Then told me a price twice as higher than others. $600.00 FOR A 2015 CHRYSLER ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!??

Need to break a padlock was quoted 19.95 plus 25.00 labor so more or less $55 to $60. They got their fast but didnt bring the correct tools( saw) instead he drillled the lock and ruined the lock completely. He tried for an hour to get it open but couldnt and we had to leave due to closing. They wanted to charge me $55 for coming to my location. I spoke to someone else who was very rude claiming to be a supervisor. They didnt want to help me at all. I ended up paying $29 for messing up my lock and not even opening it. The tech was unprepared and his supervisor was rude. I have to call another locksmith to come saw the lock. Smh

Amazing service by Dr Lock, less than 60 seconds to open my car! Very fast response time. Would recommend all day long!

I can only speak about my experience. The technician arrived an hour late and quoted us a price of $1650, to "re-key" 6 locks. She then said she would do the job for $900, them $600. We happily paid her the $20 to leave. Went to reputable company and got the job done for $300 with honesty and no drama. To be fair she did call and say she's going to be a little late.

They told me 51 dollars minimum plus depending on the difficulty of the vehicle to be unlocked 5 minutes to unlock the car total 155 . The guy was fast but but I was quoted alot better from other places and only used them because they said 51 plus

Driver showed up in 30 minutes or less!! GREAT TOWING COMPANY, great customer service, patient, hard working, & understanding. Called others & No one was willing to help with our difficult sitiation. Definitely A MUST CALL when you're stuck in a rut. God bless you all.

Very easy to schedule. Came on time and as expected. Hit the estimate perfect. Dr Lock was great and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Dr Lock to anyone in Houston TX and will use again when I need. Thanks!

Locksmith was not honest before doing the job. I asked the LS about the price for services before hand he replied I will give you a good price. $175 to stick a pump they the door for 2 seconds.... No deadbolt no extra locks used and a bill of $175 . I think not .... A honest LS would have let the customer know before hand prices ie and would have given the customer the chance to accept services or not ...... Your company forcing customers to pay a outrageous price is not good for business. I will also leave a review on Yelp and Ypages. Ppl must know a head of calling them.

The address on Google maps isn't where they're located, but they got me in and out with two new keys for cheap. Can't complain.

Operator will tell you its 19$ for the ride out and 29$+ for the actual unlocking depending on how complicated the lock is. I know for a fact mine is not complicated but they tried to force me to pay $19 + $139, which is just highway robbery. Do not use this service, they will try to trick you into paying waaaaay more than it is worth.

This company provides deceitful pricing, so beware when using this service - I would recommend using a company that gives you a flat rate. They quoted $19.99 for driving out to your location then to unlock the car a starting price of $29. The total bill ended up being $165 - so somehow the unlocking of the car went up from the base of $29 to $145. They refused to provide a breakdown of why the cost was so significantly above. The service person used a wire in the window to flip the lock, which was done less than a minute after he arrived. No cuff was needed, no special door expanders, just a wire. They are preying on people in desperate situations and know they can get away with charging inappropriate prices. Also FYI - they charge the $20 drive fee and $30 fee if you decline their services when they're there and tell you the ripoff costs. I will be contacting their manager and BBB to file this complaint officially. I have no hope that anything will come of it, but just a warning to anyone considering this service - use a flat rate locksmith!

Prompt courteous service but deceitful on pricing. I had locked my keys in the car and they were the closest location I could find so I called and when I first spoke to them they informed me it would be a $25 call out fee and the depending on the vehicle locks the service would start at $29 for a base of $54. Which I thought is a good price I’ve only ever had to use a locksmith service once before and they told me a flat rate but different city different rates. Once the technician arrived onsite we were hit with a price a lot higher than we were expecting. Now all of a sudden there was a $30 labor fee and a $100 lockout fee none of which were mentioned over the phone. Then I was told if this was our first time we’d get a discount which helped a little but we were still a little perturbed by the fact that if we didn’t use thier service we’d have to pay the call out fee of $25 and then call out another locksmith and have to wait even longer to get on the road again. So reluctantly we gave the go ahead and after all was said and done realized that now the door wasn’t sealing properly and looks somewhat bent so now we have to repair the door as well. Maybe shop around if you’re in need of a locksmith.

I called in, freaking out and the kind young lady didn't give me attitude back as I wasn't trying to be that way but couldn't get to work, raining and been a bad week. When I spoke with Jeff he offered several potential fixes besides the key. Ultimately to rule out and ignition issue, he told me I could save money by coming by and getting a non chipped key cut and go from there. I did and will tell everyone about Jeff jurews! This man tried so hard to get me taken care of without paying him a cent, although I opted to go this route and still didn't cost near as much as the dealer or someone who is just there to make a buck in your time of dispair. Very professional and helpful. Can't say enough nice things about Dr Lock! Make them your first and only call when you need a locksmith.

I really needed quick service I was desperate and the eta the office gave was pretty Damn accurate and the technician that came out was able to take care of some unforseen issues and save me time. Honest service all around.

So much for trying to support small local businesses. Told Locksmith to change entire mechanism on my commercial door, total came out to $265, which was high, but what the hell, its good Friday and I'm happy to support local businesses. After he has collected and is leaving, come to find out, he only changed out the cylinder (not the entire mechanism), which is a $25 part. I got burned on this one, but hopefully this review will help keep someone else from getting burned too. Happy Easter!

Got locked out of my car on my way to work and I called these guys, they were very quick ! Best of all it was much less than I expected to pay and the operator was very nice to me too
