Broke down in the middle of 610 going towards 290 during rush hour. While I was getting quotes from many other companies of 225 or higher. They said 150 flat and they stayed true to that. Took them about half and hour to get to me which is amazing due to how bad traffic is during that time and got me home back to my kids safe with my vehicle.
Mr. Mike was very understanding and very patient when my car broke down at a gas station. I wasn't there and he still accommodated me. His prices are very reasonable and I will definitely use him again in the future. A++++ service
One of your drivers was seen following and harassing two women who were minding their own riding their motorcycles. You have creepy staff who shouldn’t be trusted!
Your employees are very unprofessional and creeps. The fact that your employees are willing to go as far as harassing those women and following them like that….I wouldn’t surprised if you’re willing to also escalate it into an even worse crime. Would not recommend this company especially if you are a woman.
Came here to look at the reviews after seeing the video of the nasty tow truck worker, who works for this company stalking two younger female bikers for several miles, and into a gated community. The girl was so scared she dropped her motorcycle on the ground. This company doesn't want to do anything, or admit that the P.O.S is still with them. They won't answer questions if you call and ask. They should be put put out of business for not having respect or morals. This business is disgusting and deserves 0 stars.
Complete unprofessional to follow 2 women on there motorcycles. Don’t hire this company if you’re stranded in the middle of nowhere. might get this creep.
They hired a man who harassed 2 women on their motorcycles and quite literally stalked them in their towing car for ages. When another person tried report on this horrible man, this company has done nothing in retaliation. Basically telling us they don't care and that they side with this man's actions. Do not associate with these kinds of people.

This company is very rude, and wouldn't give them my business if they was the last tow company on earth. I called to speak to a manager about the driver harassing 2 women on their motor cycles. He was following them for miles and even went into a gated community following them. When the girl said something about his actions he got mad and said he said hi to both ladies awhile back like it justified him following them. He is a creep and the company doesn't want to do anything about it to correct the issue. Instead when I asked for the manager, I was told he wasn't there and wouldn't be in, that followed up with being hung up on immediately after. They don't care about their workers being on the street riding in their company vehicles doing weird activities. Seems like they support the worker actions. Smh.
Just saw the video of the female biker getting g harassed. Absolutely deplorable behaviour. Driver has hopefully had employment terminated and license suspended for that action.
For all the idiots giving this business a bad review. Just do a little research, and you would find out that, this is not the same company,from the YouTube video. People these days are so quick to jump into conclusions, and risking damaging other people’s business. Shame on you!
You guys need to hire better people, saw a video of one your drivers following a lady on a motorcycle, THEN followed her into the apartment complex. You guys NEED to do better and hire people who aren’t going to harass people. This is unacceptable behavior I hope your business fails.
Viral video here of the driver of this tow truck following and stalking this female motorcycle rider for miles through Houston. Not coincidental at all as he follows them thru various parking lots. Then, when she's forced to confront the driver, the driver tries to turn the tables and put the blame on her and her riding partner. This type of behavior is fully unacceptable by anyone, especially when they are driving a vehicle representing a business.

I called a lot of services & they were ALL extremely OverPriced for a jumpstart!! Didn't use any of them!! Should have been a NEGATIVE 200*. Towing industry is way too entitled.

I was in an accident an I was told my car would be taken off to the side (I have a tow I use) after getting into the ambulance the driver left with the car(can a person be checked by medics before asking about Very important information anyways?) . I then tried getting the car first getting my stuff obviously there was a communication barrier between me an whoever was handling the papers because he just didn’t understand anything I was trying to ask or confirm just telling me sign papers. I had someone set up to come that day an pick up the vehicle called an received no word then or the next day I called a day later an a woman told me a manger would talk to me but was on the floor at the moment, a day an Fourth of July went by with no word I called today questioning the communication delay in which then the SAME guy that handled the papers denied everything then explained that I had to pay for every day they didn’t contact me when I had it set up 4days ago to be picked up (any of those days) I then was put on hold for 11 mins hung up called again immediately back to hold which seems alright but I then called with another phone an they answered right away once realizing it was me again they got quiet an then put me on hold for a few seconds THEN coming back with a whole different attitude like ha we got you. They are unbelievable unprofessional an it seems like they just want to claim the vehicle
Mike took care of our car very well. Very fast, courteous and kind in our time of need. He took our car to the salvage yard and made us smile with his awesome sense of humor. Thanks Mike and Car Zone Towing for a job well done. We will use only your service in the future.
Very great experience. I had my vehicle towed with ease, fast response and great price. The driver was very friendly. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them
