Great service for my first time highly recommend

Fast and great service. Very friendly personnel. I knew about this place being here but never thought I would need to purchase something. Excellent prices, definitely beats anything I saw online. Shout out to the crew that dispatches parts and thanks for their professionalism and kindness. If I ever need anything else I know exactly where to come.

Josh, Carlos, and everyone at Auto Fit provide excellent, fast service. I appreciated the positive energy in the shop, especially how casually they communicated when someone was grabbing a part. You can tell the employees work in a great environment, and that really stands out.

The facility was very clean. I didn’t know what to do when I got there and the ladies at the desk were very helpful in getting me through the process. Can I also say the process is best than most. It’s kinda like the DMV but a fast moving one. Seemed super fancy for a mere taillight but I will take it!! Jose or Josue was so nice and was able to speak to me in English and Spanish. All around a great experience. Thank yall for making it easy

Excellent experience - knowledgeable and friendly. Spoke to them on the phone and they had the parts in stock. When I got there the parts were brought out in 5 minutes.

Went to go pick up a driver side mirror. Spoke to Jose on the phone, he was very friendly and helped out with the part. Took 10 minutes to receive my part from Joshua who was very efficient. Part was brand new for a great price! Would definitely recommend!

I don’t own a shop or fix cars. I’ve gone to Auto Fit a few times for my personal vehicles. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, & professional. Each visit has been relatively quick and very easy. The staff is honest and will do everything they can to confirm they get you the correct part. The pick up process is organized. I will definitely be back if necessary.

FAST & COURTEOUS SERVICE. staff is helpful and pick up is pretty straight forward just order the part then to cashier (pay invoice) wait for parts to be called and shown on screen get your part review it, if it not to your satisfaction returning item on the spot is easy too

Been using this company for approximately 10 to 15 years. They become much more organized. The sales associates are knowledgeable and verify what part you're looking for and are able to post an image on a large screen for you to know exactly what item it is you're looking for.

Every experience I have had here has been amazing! Even when I needed to exchange an item. All staff I interacted with have been professional and inviting! The process is simple, great quality parts, priced right! 10/10 recommend! I added a photo of last items I bought from here, tail lights and a top bumper cover as shown in photo!

They have any parts for your vehicle and affordable yes indeed!! All the receptionists needs to be more friendly. Greet the customer. Some of them had an attitudes other just quiet and no good morning or anything to the affect of. The gentleman from Los Angeles JOSHUA who is giving out the parts, he was very friendly and helpful but other than that everything is good and I do recommend it. Thank you!

Great service as soon as you walk in the door. It was my first time here and Angle. B was so helpful, came to my car to help make sure I was purchasing the correct parts and Joshua was as helpful as well. He brought the parts to my car and put them in for me to make sure no damage was done. Thank you all will definitely be back if I need any car parts.
