Called for towing and they were reasonably priced and no nonsense. Came out fast too especially around rush hour, didn't wait much more than 20 minutes for them to arrive after they sent a driver out. Thanks y'all I appreciate it!

The dispatcher was very helpful. Unfortunately, the contractor they sent out quoted one price over the phone and doubled it when he arrived. I cannot emphasize enough how unprofessional and unethical Quais Quick Pick Towing Service was in attempting to take advantage of a stranded, young, female motorist at Memorial Herman Hospital.

My Road Side Assistance that is included with my son's car insurance was a joke! Three tow trucks were called as we needed a tow, all three tow trucks that they called canceled or denied the job. The first one I waited for three hours!! I had to call them myself as they were to arrive, only to be told, "I'm sorry, we denied that request because our tow truck broke down". I waited 4 hours in a parking lot. I am not even kidding! I got fed up and called my own Service Provider, Star Towing, at 8:40 pm. Rauf was there in a half hour and got the car towed to its destination at a much less price than what my sons Road Side Assistance was charging! I highly recommend Star Towing!!! They also offer other roadside services (flat tires, etc). Rauf was quick, professional, friendly, and very understanding. THANK YOU RAUF!!!
