Friendly Team . Had my vehicle picked up in a timely manner. After a driver took off with it to Houston instead of returning it to us. Even stored it at their facility until we could retrieve the vehicle. Thank you all so much .

I was in Houston for a doctors appt. My Yukon wouldn't start after appt. Being from out of town I had to call someone local for help. 10-4 Towing answered and was very courtesy. I received a quote instantly and they dispatched help. I received a call with in minutes from the driver with an ETA. He arrived when he said he would. Very courtesy.
He had me on my way home quickly.
If I need help again when in Houston I will definitely be calling 10-4 Towing.

I’ve used Mega Towing a few times now to have both my 1965 Ford Mustang and Jeep Grand Cherokee towed. And each time I have had great customer service with everyone that I have spoken with to set up the tows over the phone. And each tow truck driver that I’ve dealt with has been very professional and very careful with the handling of our cars as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow.

100% recommended they worked with me on the price because i couldnt afford to pay too much and was stranded in the heat and the driver was great he was funny and great at keeping a conversation and making sure its not a quiet or boring ride and delivered my vehicle in perfect condition:D

These people are just a hub that outsource their towing to other companies, I made an appointment for 10 am to come pick up my car and specifically requested a flatbed, then a regular tow truck shows up and wants to argue with me that he picks up all types of cars and this shouldn't but a problem but I didn't care because I requested a flatbed for a reason. So now an hour late for my appointment I am sitting waiting for another tow company. Will never use again

Darcy is one of the most remarkable professionals with tow jam!!! Outstanding in making sure customers are satisfied with the service of someone who cares about cars!!! 5mins before pick-up Darcy called just to inform me that he was minutes away!!! The accuracy was splendid! Thank you Darcy!! If I ever need a tow again I’m calling tow jam asking for DARCY!!!!

I called a couple of other places and they told me they couldn't help me for hours. I called 10-4 and they were there in 10 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and affordable.
