My normal mechanic (now retired) was booked up so in a pinch, I found RMS. They fixed the problem and found a couple more. Took pictures. I felt like something was off and booked a slot with my normal mechanic. Told his front desk lady what happened and she immediately said that she's seen "pictures" from completely different vehicles used as a scam to get you to bring your car back. They checked out the problem, and there was no problem. I think they're rated well because they have good customer service, free uber and whatnot, which feels like a godsend when you're stuck and it's "free" and you're desperate, but nothing in life is free and they'll bump up other prices, of course. Which I didn't think of until I was out of my panic. The price they charge includes the uber and then some- it's cheaper to go somewhere else and call your own back and forth, and cheaper to find someone that doesn't make up problems.

Service advisors, Ashley, Keith, and Azim, provided "outstanding" service from the time I entered the grounds of RMS Auto Care up to when my gaskets were replaced. Notwithstanding, they completed the task within one (1) day! That's a fantastic feat in which I'm most appreciative? -- Dr. Ty. P.S. The upcoming renovations of RMS Auto Care will soon mirror the great service they facilitate. P.P.S. The follow-up call from Brittany to glean my satisfaction was an unexpected and nice touch of professionalism ?

Loved my experience here. Everyone I interacted with was kind and willing to help. RMS went above and beyond to make sure I’d be able to safely do a weekend trip with my car. Plus I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off at any point. Would recommend RMS 100 times over!

RMS Auto is great ! Very responsive, great work at a reasonable price. You will never feel forced to get something done. I get both my cars serviced with them

I am beyond impressed with the level of care I received on Thursday 1/16 /26 after I left my car? they gave me ride to my home. after finishing ther service they brought my car very Timely they did excellent job I couldn't believe they didn't charge me even what I was expecting to pay, unlike many Auto places price was very reasonable, I can say even below what I was expecting to pay. MR, AZIM wonderful professional caring person .also ERICK WHOM the one brought my car back. THANK YOU ? I wanted to give it some time after I received my car back from getting repaired with RMS so I could give an honest review. I haven’t had any issues since the repairs to my car have been done, they did an amazing job! The customer service was also amazing! I’d like to personally thank Whitney she was so supportive & communicative through the whole process. Another thing I loved about getting serviced with RMS was their pricing! My repairs were more than affordable & I got extra work done at a well discounted price! I will definitely be keeping RMS as my regular maintenance auto care shop. Thank you RMS!!!

I’ve had a previous great experience here, but recently took my car in for an A/C and tire monitor issue- they ended up discovering a bigger concern with my engine coolant leaking. I appreciate their online system where they take pictures and describe each issue in detail, but their quote was astronomical. $4000 total. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and got a quote that was 75% less expensive. I have family members in auto repair work who agreed that they really over-quoted on the labor cost… be weary of the pricing and get a 2nd opinion if you can.

RMS was one of the easiest and fastest experiences I have had with a mechanic in a while. Lorenzo was very helpful and walked me through my requested repairs as well as other areas of consideration after I dropped off my car, only took them about the hour do a multipoint inspection and the link the texted me had photos and information in detail on each of the areas of concern. I went with the initial item of getting my CV axles replaced and also added the steering supports that were substantially degraded they found. Their prices were fair and did quality work. I dropped off my car Saturday afternoon, they were closed that Sunday and they had all the repairs done that Monday afternoon as well as the additional service items of new tires and break fluid flush I ordered Monday morning too. They provided a Lyft from their shop after I dropped it off and back to pick it up and offered me the option of a loaner before too. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends in the future and will be coming back for any repairs moving forward.

I have been going to RMS for several years and they have always taken care of me. They always communicate well and send you detailed information on what is going on with your car. As long as I live in Houston they will always be my go to team for any car issue.

I took my MB GLC300 to RMS Auto to diagnose a smell I noticed when using the heater/AC. They were honest about not being able to recreate the issue and clearly explained their findings. They offered helpful feedback and suggested changing the filters based on my priorities, without any sales pressure or pushy recommendations. The complimentary drop-off and pick-up service made the experience extremely convenient. Their honesty, professionalism, and customer-first approach really stood out. I’ll absolutely be returning here for all my future auto service needs and highly recommend them.

This place is fast and efficient AND professional! They are in my neighborhood too so when I dropped off my car I could walk home and walk back the next day to pick it up. Keith was my main guy and despite it being a holiday (New Years eve and day) he was always available and there when I needed him. The office staff was lovely, funny, and responsive. Their system of interfacing with the customer (review of services and repair orders) is seamless and was major for me yet my jobs were completed in a very fast manner. Definitely keeping these guys as my go to place!

I really appreciate Rms Auto care. I felt like they were very honest and gave me detailed information so I will definitely be using their service in the future. They did excellent inspection of my car sent me pictures provided me with information before anything was done and made sure that I wanted it done.

RMS is the best auto repair that I have used. They really stand behind the work they do and give you a warranty on the work. I’ve had a lot of things replaced on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they usually get it back the same day or early the next morning. They even offered to stay late to finish the job if I needed my car back that evening because a part came in late or It would be ready first thing the next day.That’s what I call service.

Keith is the best and so kind! I have always taken my car to the Ford dealership when it comes to oil changes. I recently moved and discovered the Ford dealerships in Houston charge a significant amount more than what I was used to. I gave RMS a try and was very satisfied. Yesterday, I heard a rumble when I turned my car on and saw a check engine light. Very unusual for my car, but without thinking twice I knew I needed to take it to RMS. I checked in at 7 am, and they had diagnosed it was the spark plugs by 10/11 am. Before I knew it, around 2 pm, Keith let me know it was ready for pick up. I know it’s hard to trust auto repair shops, but you can definitely trust RMS Auto Care’s work and service advisors!

I highly recommend this shop. From the very first interaction, it’s clear how honest and trustworthy their service advisors are. You can hear it in their tone and in the way they explain what actually needs to be done—no pressure, no upselling, and no unnecessary repairs. I have a decent working knowledge of vehicle mechanics, and after reviewing their recommendations, pricing, and the quality of the work performed, it’s obvious they do things the right way. Their pricing is fair and transparent, especially compared to many other shops in the area that charge inflated rates and then deliver subpar work. On top of that, everyone there is extremely friendly and professional. Because of the trust they’ve earned, I’ll be taking my vehicle exclusively to RMS Auto Care moving forward. I can’t recommend them enough.

Truly grateful for the customer service, honesty, and kindness about Keith and the team at RMS Auto Care. The afternoon before Thanksgiving, right before I was supposed to drive 4 hours out of town, my brakes started making an awful noise. I called around everywhere, and RMS was the only shop that could take a look right away AND had the parts in stock. Keith squeezed me in last-minute so I wouldn’t miss the holiday, got everything taken care of quickly, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the rush. The price was more than fair, especially considering the timing and how fast they turned everything around. Bonus points: their lobby is dog-friendly, so I was able to keep my pups with me while they worked on my car. RMS has definitely earned a loyal customer!

The digital report they sent included photos of everything, plus clear explanations of each part, why it mattered, and how urgent the repairs were. It made me feel informed and confident about the work my car needed. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and honest.

The advisors are great, Azun, Pete, and Ashley know vehicles, the maintenance of them and what's required to professionally service them. They are easy to communicate, explain the process, follow up with recommendations and the estimated cost and schedule. Prices are competitive, scheduling is easy. The mechanics seem top notch. Experience Levels and mentorships ensure the job is done right. Even received a follow up call after the job to see how it's going. They've been in business a long time, like a root of the community, and they've figured out auto maintenance! I trust my Chevy and GMC trucks to them.

Amazing service! Keith is now my go to mechanic. My truck was towed in because it hadn’t run in close to two years. The team at RMS were able to get back up and running. I asked them to get where I could travel to the woodlands and back with no problems . Fair to say they did that while also giving me specific details throughout the process. They fixed problems I didn’t think they would find they are that good. They even had my truck clean and detailed free of cost. I would highly recommend this shop. Every one is nice and trustworthy. Best auto shop in Houston. Keith is an amazing mechanic.

Always a pleasure to walk in a perfectly professional environment like this auto-machine shop, RMS Auto Care. My favorite person is the short-haired blonde machine. She’s the best. Shout out to her for being very professional and knowledgeable. All the machines definitely know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them to the whole world come down to Houston and check my guys out. If you live in Houston even better.

Literally the best auto shop ever! Whitney was also super super helpful from start to finish. My whole experience was all about helping me and ensuring I was not being taking advantage (earlier that day I had some overly priced quotes from other places) — and all they wanted to do was ensure my car and I were taken care of, which was refreshing! They even offered me a complimentary Lyft ride while they took a look at my car. Will absolutely be my go-to place!

Working with RMS Auto Care has been one of the best car mechanic experiences I’ve had in a long time, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable and honest mechanics. I brought my car in for an oil change, oil pressure light, and standard 100k mile maintenance. They addressed the oil change and light first, calling me with an update once they’d found the issue, and explaining the recommendation in full detail. I worked with Azim, and he was so kind and patient making sure I understood what we were talking about before I agreed to the service. After they completed the remainder of the inspection, I received a full report with photos of the different parts of my vehicle, including the suspension, belts, and some parts of the engine. With each photo, there was a condition status, recommendation on repair (if needed), and explanation for why. Azim called me to walk through the report, and again, was so patient as we discussed each repair. When I decided what I wanted to move forward on, he didn’t push me when I told him there were a couple things I felt comfortable handling myself. Once we agreed, he gave me a timeline for pickup, and that was that. It was reasonably priced, and I felt really well taken care of. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I brought my Jeep in after another shop back home fixed a rear seal leak but failed to address the noise coming from my front passenger-side wheel. Once I got back to Houston, I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. From start to finish, Whitney took great care of me—she was upfront, honest about which repairs were a priority, and made the whole process easy. She and the technician even went on a test drive with me to confirm the noise, which helped them quickly pinpoint the exact issue. Excellent shop and outstanding service!
