Who would want to give a tow 5 stars lol.but anyway I give 2 stars . because the tow company was very unprofessional, laughing and can't give the right phone number.then had to Uber a ride and have to walk to a store because they don't have change . please keep a picture of your car cut on .all kind of lights came on that I never seen after being towed .
The most unprofessional establishment in the business.
They are not open 24/7 as claimed: would recommend calling before you get there.
They also don’t answer their telephone so you’ll have to call till they do.
I wouldn’t recommend picking up your vehicle alone either. Two very verbally aggressive women you’ll deal with.
Like mam, i am not happy either to be here and pay you over $300 to get my car and i KNOWINGLY am aware its “not your fault it’s here,” which she said to me after i asked for a break down of the charges. The least you can do is take my money and be the professional of the establishment you work for.
Do not buy vehicle from here!! Car was very nice apon purchase but a month after I bought the car it started falling apart! PAID 300 for the title transfer AND NEVER RECEIVED THE TITLE!!
I recently had to deal with this towing location, and my experience was really disappointing. In my opinion, the place felt unprofessional from the moment I arrived. The setup is uncomfortable—you have to talk to the staff through a really small window, which makes communication feel awkward and unwelcoming.
The instructions they provide are unclear, and when I asked for help, the staff didn’t make any effort to guide me through the process. The customer service felt unhelpful and dismissive, and compared to other towing companies I’ve dealt with, this place made getting my car back much more difficult than it needed to be. Overall, the attitude of the workers came across as rude, and the whole experience left me extremely frustrated.
I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my visit
Will not let you use triple-a or any other roadside assistance.To jump start your car. Will also not let you use a jumper box on your own. You have to pay them forty five dollars and they literally use a jumper box. Also , will not take prepaid cards unless your name is on it. Biggest scam and rip off tow yard i've ever seen.
Not that they care for low ratings but still putting my experience out here. I was in a car accident I obviously don’t choose what towing company to come clean up and take my car since I’m busy trying to make sure my daughter and I are ok. To release to my car insurance I have to sign a release form in person. They don’t care if I just an accident. Thank God I am mobile but obviously carless. They don’t allow you to pick up personal items on weekends to leverage more days at the towing place and rack up the bill. I was able to go today but because of my car crash I have chest pain so I needed help getting my things. They didn’t even care said only one person can go in. I wonder what happens when people are not mobile or in the hospital. They need to update their policies. They have cameras everywhere so doubt they are worried about people stealing. Just ready for my insurance to pick it up from here.
When they towed my car from the curb, they popped a tire. Called in the morning someone saying their name is Santos had attitude, went to get my car. She was gone to lunch for over an hour, when I called she said she had another 30 minutes. She is very unhelpful. Nobody in the office to assist.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with my car being towed. After my initial phone call asking how much it was going to cost they would not answer the phone again. They literally sent my calls straight to voicemail. I had to have my husband call right after mine got ignored for the 7th time and they answered. When we went to pick up the car the lady was not professional and was rude. Then when I get my car my daughter’s car seat was unbuckled and halfway out the seat and it was not like that when it got towed. The lady didn’t answer my calls intentionally because she wanted to steal my daughter’s brand new car seat. I would give them 0 stars it if I could.
Lot refused to release my work vehicle when provided with a digital insurance card and form stating that I'm the authorized driver. Forced me to go print out a document, and then added additional documents after I returned that weren't mentioned initially. Crooks and they need to be shut down.
Over charge, rude, towing my car when there is no sign no warning even I park on the end way. I saw another car park next to the trash can and another the car park in the wrong spot but they did not tow. So ridiculous
My vehicle was towed here and it was already after hours when I was able to pick it up. They dispatched someone and they met me within 30 minutes to release my vehicle. The lady that helped me was kind and made a stressful situation easier.
Horrible at answering the phone. One time I was on hold for 12 min then they hung out and never once answered the rest of that morning. I had been limping due to a wreck and they would not let my husband help me get the things out of my car
They suck! If you get towed by them and have an EZ Tag watch your balance. Mine was towed and they apparently went through like 5 EZ tag checks just to take it to their crapy storage place.
This was AWFUL, refused to give our car back with all proper documentation provided. Refused online pdf forms and claimed they can only do physical documents. Once we printed everything out for them they claimed it was FAKE! OUTRAGEOUS! HPD was involved and that’s when they started trembling because they know what they did was Wrong. Even said we can email our documents to them AFTER claiming they only want physical copies and making us go out of our way to print. Disrespectful ladies, DeAndra the owner was involved also acting in a rude manner and being racist laughing in our faces. Call the police if you need ur car back because they will LIE to keep it at their property.
I got my car fixed by the body shop attached to this storage, Manuel did an amazing job on my car it looks like a brand new car! Manuel was very nice and genuine and you could tell he takes pride in his work! I would 100% recommend Manuel, thank you again!
They will cause additional damage to your vehicle and claimed they know nothing. If you hit a parked car going about 30mphs, it doesn't make any sense to have both wheel alignment to be damaged. In addition, only the left side got hit not the right side.
Please be aware! They get these cars fix them up and sell them to an individual saying that it's a blue title when it should been of a salvage title! They never put the title into their name which causes you to have to get a bonded title which makes it more expensive to title the vehicle end of your name. Just cuz it says blue title does not mean it's a blue title BE AWARE!!!
Rude, not helpful at all. I understand it's a business, but when greed is so obvious, it overruns courteous, understanding help in any way, shape or form. Especially on Christmas. Thanks for ruining my holiday AND not even letting me get anything out of my car to even go to do a job the day after. This place will literally ruin your life and not care, as long as they get their money.
Overpriced and I was told I couldn’t put gas into my own car had to drive outside the gate to do so. I also was told I couldn’t use my mom card to pay for the overpriced charges. Overall rude don’t waste your time with this towing company cause it is definitely money hungry and will try to do anything to extend your days to add charges. They also charge for jumpstarts and you can’t push or pull your car out the gate if so will charge. I’m sure they tampered with my car to cause my battery to die so I would pay for towing thankfully I searched for my car whereabouts. If it sat there any longer I would have to pay for towing or a jumpstart.
BEWARE yall, I just got my car out and they purposely left my blinker lights on all night, told me I couldn’t have someone help jump start it because I needed to pay them the $45 for the jump fee. Which did not make sense obviously because they were the reason my car was dead in the first place. I told them I had my own powered jump start machine and when I went back to start my car, they decided to say that I couldn’t use it. The girl tried to threaten to call the cops on me when I already paid to get my car out. Also when I got there, someone’s vehicle right next to mines, blinker lights was on. I feel bad for those whose car is there. This is just some scandalous mess. If there was a negative star review, best believe they deserve it. I’ve never had this much trouble getting my vehicle out.
This agency was unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Something very shady going on with this agency. The car was registered to the apartment complex for eight months and mysteriously the car was dropped from their registration and towed to this outfit. After haggling with them to find out what paperwork they would accept, the "manager" De'Andra shut the window in my son's face and told him he would have to wait 20 minutes as they were busy. They would not answer the window so I called several times before reaching them to be told they were busy and he would have to wait although there were no other customers waiting to be helped. Kindness goes a long way....but this agency lacks in that department.
Broken windshield when addressed they didn't care to resolve the issue. Customer service is absolutely NOT one of their strengths. My advice to anyone having to deal with these special kind of people is DON'T!!! Take your unfortunate losses and walk away. They care as much as... oh wait! They don't. Btw. Can I give them no stars!? They don't deserve NOT ONE!
Under the circumstances I was already in a bad mood, but Santos was very friendly and took good care of us. We got our towed car back with no issues. Have your ducks in a row, and you might have a better experience.
The "manager" April, was one of the rudest, least helpful, people I've ever worked with. Gave me and my family the run around for hours simply to charge us for an extra day of parking fee. She was being very difficult even though we had all of the documents to prove that the car belonged to us. The only reason I received my car back was because cops had to get involved, and legally the storage company had to give it back. She was unprofessional and laughed through a window in which she stuffed her face with food rather than suggesting a solution or helping the situation out.
These guys are snatch and grab artists. Took my car from my apartments in early morning. Had to be late for work after talking to dispatcher, said they were sorry and told to come and get car. Guy at gate said i had to pay 240 to get car. I asked why when i was told to just come and get car. He gave some bull excuse so i just paid, got my car and left. Bank disputing charges.
The girl that worked there today on 11/7/2020 was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. When we called to ask the daily pricing she would not give us any information and then hung up on us. When I called back and asked she said she didn’t know and I asked her to call a manager and she hung up on me again. I called back once again because they clearly have my car and said we would have to wait for tomorrow which they would clearly charge us more because she didn’t have any pricing to tell us then proceeded to hang up on me once again. When I called back and asked for the managers information she hung up again. So not only are they refraining from giving out pricing so you know what you’re dealing with. They make it to where they keep it an extra day to charge you more before you can talk to anyone with any knowledge of what’s going on. You also can’t complain because they will not give any manager information for you to contact. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First they towed my car after a long day at my firm I work all the way in downtown just for them to tow my car in the 10 mins my car was parked. Second you have to wait at least an hour before towing someone’s vehicle, if a property manager calls the wrecker they as well have to wait an hour before calling them. 3rd they were so easy to take my car but couldn’t answer my phone call to get it out? Then call my direct phone 2 hours later I understand we’re in a pandemic but at least follow protocol. Now I have to cancel my morning meetings just to deal with this BS?
