My 2007 Honda Accord had a steering fluid leak. I was unable to make a single circle with my steering wheel. Luckily the mechanics here replaced a cracked metal pipe which was rubbing against the AC compressor. I am grateful to God they saved me because I was in a desperate situation. They fixed my car within an hour & my baby has been running smooth since.
Beware of these crooks!! I paid $704 for a new oil pan that they recommended and an hour after leaving I have a driveway full of oil dripping from the brand new oil pan. The manager Raul is a wolf in sheep's clothing- don't believe these losers.
Auto World’s customer service is unparalleled in terms of workmanship, communication, cost, and a general welcoming environment whenever one enters the office which is decorated with nostalgic auto paraphernalia. I looked for an auto shop like this, my entire driving career and now my entire family uses auto world.
I use this shop on all my vehicles that are out of warranty. They work on my 77 Bronco, my ford diesel truck and even our Range Rover. They do great work at a really fair price.
Raul and team are efficient, professional, and explain things in such a way that you can understand what's wrong with your vehicle. Their pricing is competitive and they have coupons. The #1 reason why I go to them for repairs on my vehicle? I trust them 120% to do the job right. I'm so glad I found these guys.
Great, courteous and apparently competent staff. Always try to work around my need for access to my car. I have never felt taken advantage of in service or cost. I'd recommend them for anyone.
A highly-rated auto repair facility in Houston in the Galleria area. They have excellent customer reviews and are known for quality service and honest work. They have been servicing my vehicles for over 15 years and I’ve never been disappointed once. I give Raul and Gerry 10 stars for excellent customer service.
Customer friendly. Staff very professional and respectful. Even though I am on a budget. They found a way to work with me. Which that is so awesome. Given the situation I’m in. Or I Was. Ha. Also, they give rides. That’s a plus when you don’t wanna spend money on Uber. Or call one of your relatives. And bother them.
I had a great experience Auto world West Loop this past week when I really needed some work done on my car! I’m getting rid of my current car in less than a month and didn’t want to put so much money into it knowing that I wouldn’t have it much longer. I let my SA know this and after running through what my options were to at least diagnose the car, I listened to his recommendations and I’m so glad that I did! Not only did my car get fixed, but I really felt taken care of and heard! I asked for nothing more than what was absolutely necessary to get me by and they did just that! Super helpful, friendly, and transparent! I’ll definitely be returning in the future!
After having found Auto World based on Google reviews, I’m happy to add to the great feedback! I first went to have my brakes done after I got a quote from the dealer that seemed high. Happy to report I got great service at a great price from Auto World, and have since made them my regular spot for oil changes and other maintenance.
Gerry, Raul, and the whole team are extremely friendly, communicative, and accommodating - even arranging a ride to work for me after I dropped off!
As a happy repeat customer, I would definitely recommend stopping by next time you need something!
The whole experience was great, fast friendly and I trusted the suggestions, the work and felt comfortable as a woman that I wasn’t being taken advantage of and that they were honest. They even gave me a ride home and even returned when I forgot my keys to get in my apartment(oops!) I appreciated the experience because it was pain free.
Best warranty I have ever heard of: they will not charge for labor or the part if the part goes bad and they have to replace it.
That's worth the price of repair right there.
Also, they're not far from a few car rental spots.

We took my 2018 car to AutoWorld West Loop in Houston for some scheduled maintenance. They completed my maintenance and also did an overall inspection since my car has gotten up in the mileage. Recommended some needed repairs on a couple of issues that could lead to bigger repairs. They understood my hesitation and mistrust because in my previous auto service experiences, (at other auto service shops) I had been a victim to service scams. Jerry and Raul were honest and straightforward explaining and demonstrating the detailed work order and my part of the payment. Was recently traveling through Houston and ended up in need of some urgent assistance with my car. I chose Auto World West Loop as they had the highest rating and best reviews. Raul was absolutely amazing. He took my car in asap and quickly assessed the issue and corrected it so that I could confidently get on the road for a long drive the next day. Raul is a good communicator, their prices were fair and the work was of high quality. If I lived in Houston I would trust Raul and team and use them all the time.
Raul and his team got me on their schedule quick when I had some sudden and unexpected issues. They diagnosed my Jeeps issues in less than a day, and tackled them very quickly and at a fair price. They updated me regularly and were easy to work with. Jeep is back to running normal and seems the issues were addressed well. Thanks Auto World!
Over the years Raul has assisted me multiple times with sincerity, speed, honesty, and kindness. Most recently, he helped me replace my brake light so that my car could pass an inspection. I did not have an appointment, but he made me a priority anyway. My repair was done in minutes. I have nothing but good interactions and experiences when I bring my car to Auto World West Loop. As a woman who also possesses very little knowledge about the inner workings of cars, I, unfortunately, have been taken advantage of countless times at other shops. Conversely, Raul and his team are trustworthy, compassionate, and do great work that stands the test of time. Recently, my air conditioner stopped working. Another shop quoted me a price of $1500, yet Auto World West Loop found the actual problem was related to freon, an easy fix that was solved in a few hours for less than $200. After getting my air conditioning fixed, I unfortunately severely damaged the front bumper of my car. What would have cost thousands to fix at a collision center was fixed by Auto World West for approximately $200. Raul has also helped me in the past with check engine light issues. Raul (from the beginning) thoroughly explained the process..the price of what the diagnostic test would cost if it’s certain issues..he told us he would let us know the next day what the issue was , but contacted us the same day. We received our car the next day!

I was referred to Auto World by a friend, needed front end work on my 14 year old van. Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job communicating and fixing the problem, checked out the entire van, had it completed in a day, kept it overnight until I could pick it up...they also knocked out a dent in my front bumper AND polished my headlight covers which were extremely cloudy! I was honestly shocked to receive such fabulous service in this day and age. Raul (a prince of a guy) explained what I needed and kept me in the loop until the job was complete.
