The process was straight forward and pretty simple. I had a little bit difficult time with communication, different phone numbers and calls being disconnected when being transferred between people, but they always called back. We chose to drop off and that process was simple and easy.
The process was very straight forward and professional. Everything went exactly as they said it would. The only delay was the truck driver being delayed by a tornado, but I’m hardly going to hold that against them.
Did not get the correct amount that was agreed upon, also pretty sure was already lowballed to begin with and was given fake money. managed to get the real cash but to even start off trying to give fake money then give less than what was already agreed on is wild. i wasn't the one to receive the money seeing that i work from home and got stuck on a call but i messaged the man after being told what happened and he hearted the message.
The offer on my car was a smooth process. The representatives that helped me were very patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Truck was picked up on Monday by Copart. He gave me the truck # to be sure I wasn't getting scammed. A check was issued on pick up , and deposited. Money was Available next day in my account. Smooth. I am grateful for the Trouble-free experience with Copart ( Cash For Cars). The staff was so polite and friendly. They were knowledgeable of the process and assured me that the process would be effortless on my part. I was leery at first about giving my title over to someone and getting a check in return, but I had no problems. Depositing the check into my account was Hassle-free and some of the funds were available the same day. (IT IS NOT A SCAM!) Brian, the tow truck driver was so patient and accommodating with everything I had going on...He made the process even more effortless. No haggle pricing. No gimmicks about trying to sell that they are saving you dmv fees/towing like other companies. Just reasonable price from the start. Fast and efficient.

By and large, this was a positive experience. Communication with me was timely and mostly without confusion. Cash offer was fair. The employees that I interacted with (Praveen, Robin, a few others) were all professional and helpful.
There was only one issue that was not great. The storage location not associated with Cash for Cars or CoPart would not release the vehicle with fees paid unless the owner was present, but Cash for Cars wants to have the fees paid 2 days in advance.
There were some communication issues between Cash for Cars/CoPart and the lot. The actual issue preventing 5 stars is that CoPart seems to have no plan associated with lots that have this kind of policy.
Was looking for an quick and easy way to sell my old vehicle that was no longer running. CASH FOR CARS made it very simple and convenient. I highly recommend these guys. They make the process super easy and they explain everything! Great job!

Vinith…. This is the name of the person that ended up contacting me. I was extremely impressed by how patient he was, how informative and courtesy and considerate of my questioning of him. As we all know, there are a lot of scams out in the world these days and my being new to using the Copart services left me a little skeptical.
However, I I must say that everything he told me turned out to be factual, and he was not pushy at all. I just couldn’t believe it..
As it turned out, I found out that a few of my friends have used your services to buy and sell vehicles And assured me that you guys were for real and legitimate.
The bottom line is, I was very impressed with the service I got, and including the phone calls, the offer, and at the yard when I dropped off the vehicle, everybody was great

Gangadhar was a pleasure to work with. Although I had to let my baby (Camaro) go after totaling it, the process was quick and smooth. Make sure to have your title ready as it will make your life much easier. I was hesitant at first but the check did in fact clear with my bank. This company IS legit and I highly recommend them.
