Good communication, gave offer & picked up the same day! Would definitely work with again.

Called two days prior to pick up, answered promptly and said they could pick it up at 11. They never showed.
I waited 4 hours trying to text and call the phone number I reached them by. My messages were left on read and most of my phone calls unanswered. After 3 hours I got someone on the phone for 30 seconds who abruptly hung up on me and never called back.
Don’t do business with the these people, they can’t even handle a phone call.

Good service, good treatment, good communication. They pay what they offer, very reliable.

i dealt with them two times in the past month. it was quick and easy. they arrived right at the time they said they would be here. not a minute earlier or later. the tow truck driver was sooooo kind. both of them! and then they gave me cash and took away my junk car! it was super easy. i recommend them 10/10. very very great experience, from the moment i contacted them until they were gone for good! it was awesome.
