Just wow when I say excellent service, they arrived in very quick time and the pricing was very affordable and competitive. My car overheated and I was stuck in car for hours with my dad prior to calling Black star after trying call other tow companies that tried to over price me and was taking forever I decided to call Black star towing and im very pleased and grateful that I did. Their tow truck guy arrived in a timely manner literally less than 20 mins got straight to work hooking up my car and he was very friendly and had excellent customer service. So very thankful fr you’ll I def will spread the word to my friends to use your services & hopefully I won’t need another tow lol but if I do i definitely will be a repeat customer! So glad yal got my car home safely.

I encountered a very horrible experience with this company, they wrongfully towed my car and when I called to let them know that the apartment complex confirmed that the spot WAS available, the guy told me to take it to court! Costed me 300.00 that was for my rent! VERY CARELESS - VERY RUDE - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
This is a horrible towing company! They wrongfully towed my car from my apartment complex and when I told Roberto what happened his only words where take it to court! Very rude! Very unprofessional! Costed me 300 and had no remorse for towing my car for no reason! And his name might not even be Roberto has he wouldn’t give me any answers!
Great experience! Very kind gentleman went above and beyond. He bought me some water and after he took me home, I left my phone in his truck and he returned it to me. Good prices. Will definitely use again if I need a tow truck.

Yazan really came through and helped me out when the city was sleeping. I called many people from facebook marketplace and google. He was the only person to help me. I’m a building engineer and I received an alarm at one of my buildings in the middle of the night. Long story short I ended up in a ditch at 3am. And Yazan was the only person to help me!!! I’m definitely going to use them again and I highly recommend him!!!
After 4 failed attempts from other towing companies Blackstar/Evan Towing and Recovery came in and got the job done. Was in a very tight low clearance garage at the Houston George Bush Intercontinental airport (IAH) and Yazan, the driver, meticulously pulled off probably the greatest and most skilled tow I’ve ever seen. He was able to get the car out without hitting anything in such a tight spot and I was truly impressed by his friendliness and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend this company if all their drivers are like Yazan.

Words can’t explain how long I was trying to get help. My car started to run hot. In I was on the way home from work. I goggle. Towing company near me not for hire. And lest then 20 minutes they was there in ready to go. Heading to my house safe as sound.

This is my go-to towing service. Yazan is quick and knowledgeable and will get you where you need to at a very reasonable price compared to other towing companies. Highly recommend. I’m sure they will be huge in no time!

Best tow in town. Called because my motorcycle needed tow, my guy pulled up with the best attitude hooked it up, strapped it down and took the least bumpiest route he could find, got my bike home safe and sound! Called many places and they all left me hanging didn’t wanna deal with it but not Black Star!!
I can't say enough good things about black star towing The front desk lady was super helpful and made everything clear. Paying the invoice was quick and easy, and dropping off the key was no problem at all. Excellent service overall! And the are open 24/7 and you can just walk in anytime with no issues
