Good price and nice service

Yazan towed my car today and he was the most helpful patient driver I spoke to today. 8 wrecker drivers I talked to before him since 9 am this morning all couldn't find my car with the information I gave them. It took Yazan to come and save the day. Most definitely top tier service was quick and professional. I recommend him if you want reliable service he is the best.

As a person of color I absolutely do not recommend this company for any form of service even if covered by insurance. The provider was extremely rude, impatient and if one could be completely honest seemed to have some racial bias in regards to service so much that he literally said, “I’m not going to help you” and drove off after waiting an hour and a half for them to arrive. Terrible experience and even poorer customer service.

Just... a good towing service

Excellent service thanks to Yazan. He came earlier than his estimated arrival time, helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, hitched it to the truck without any issues, and towed it to my mechanic. Very polite and responsive over the phone while I was waiting as well. Hopefully I won't need another tow any time soon but if I do, would gladly work with Yazan again.

I called and he came quickly …he made this an easy process… this was an excellent price and I feel blessed to have found this towing company… I have had horrible experiences in the past with others …. So now this is my tow company for me and all my family when needed!!!!!! Also very polite and understanding !!!!
