Very unprofessional experience. I drove over 30 minutes to this location for a part they told me they had in stock, only to be told when I arrived that they didn’t have it and that the car in the listing was actually a different vehicle. The car they posted was even a different color, and staff told me it might belong to a neighbor. I wasted my time and gas for nothing because of their inaccurate listing and poor communication. I would not recommend relying on their online inventory or descriptions.
Excellent junk yard customer service is on point considering the type of establishment this is, they treat you way better than any LKQ Joint and will shuttle you around the lot directly to the parts car and even pull the part if you dont have the tools. Truly impressed with this place will be going back here for all my spare parts
Prices are not all that for a yunk yard. Workers in there are big-time rude. Only 1 guy in the front that it was good to talk to the rest was very rude. Ask for Alfredo.
The biggest scam in the history of junkyards or part places or anything. The owner is a thief as well as the employees.
We bought a bad transmission from them and we specified to them the car and they got us the wrong transmission.
Then they blame us saying we burnt the transmission by installing it incorrectly when they got us the wrong transmission and their representative lies saying we burnt it when we never did that. Those transmissions don’t burn like that.
In person before I paid them I told them if it’s bad will you change it they said yes. They also said we know it’s wrong but you can try it if it’s not good we can change it for you.
We drive an hour and they know who we are and we showed them the receipt picture they said they need the paper receipt.
Their mechanic came to us and said he will switch it up then I guess the owner changed his mind about it.
These thieves will do anything or come up with any excuse to keep their stolen money.
If you like being treated like trash, ask to speak Luis. This business is a joke. Seems like I'm not the only one that sees that considering the other reviews are awful. Do the owners know the company is being run like that??

Called up and said I need a part and wanted to check if they had a car on site. Bruh immediately told me they didn't have it before I even told him what car I have. Then he hung up. Crazy stuff
Me and My spouse arrived in 2 different vehicles 5 min apart. I had came because I seen a 2010 Ford Fusion on facebook market. I asked about the headlights and how much they were and he quoted me 300$. I made a weird face and he automatically backed his statement by saying that 2 headlights cost 600$ brand new (not true). I then proceeded to ask to see the vehicle because we were also looking for other parts on it he Pointed me to the direction. My spouse arrived and he joined me to see the vehicle. We viewed the Ford Fusion and saw the grill and took a picture of it to show him the part that we wanted. When we got to the front. I went back into my car and he spoke to the man up front and asked about the pricing on the grill. He told him 600$ for a 2010 ford fusion grill. My spouse then told him thats overpriced for a used damaged part also stated to him that the price was more than if we were to get a new one. The man then pointed at the door. These people are Mean, Rude, delusional and have ridiculous pricing on there used parts that are damaged. The 600$ grill he quoted us had many scratches and dents. He didn't even want to see the picture of the damaged grill he was selling.
i bought 2 doors for $1600 they should clean and the deliver them with damage when i asked why they they said take it or leave it and the delivery should be next day they took 3 days they don’t have nice communication with the customers
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will charge you more for used parts than the parts cost new. They quoted me $400/wheel off a wrecked dodge dually when a set of brand new wheels cost $1,000...
If I could rate a 0 I would. The men had a very nasty demeanor. I tried asking them what parts do I need for my car and he sent me somewhere else and they kept talking over me. Their attitude was giving “sister girl” and I don’t like it
I am highly impressed with the customer service. Louis is the go to person when you get here. They will make sure you get your part even if they don’t have they will reach out to others.
I went and got a radiator and front crossmember for my truck and they said full money back guarantee I went back next day after the radiator leaked and they said no refund. I’ll be back with the police and my paperwork signed by the manager.
Bought 4 rims and tires from a 2020 camry at a really great price. Staff very nice and would recommend it to anyone looking for parts for many different models. Come check it out.
It is a salvage pick apart place, you get what you get from them. Exactly what you expect from a pick apart. Only they do the work for you. Good prices though.
Went to get an air compressor for my truck and they told me that if it didn't work that I could bring him back and I would get my money back. I went back to get my money back and the guy named Julio said that it's a 20% restocking fee and that he couldn't give me my money worst customer service ever they can just keep the 81 dollars. Hopefully that money will last them forever
Went for an oil pan and the one they sold me is worse than the one I have. They told me I could bring it back and get my money back. I come back 2 days later and they say no refunds they'll give me store credit. Like I want store credit when their parts are worse than what I've got already. Crooks and Liars.
They sold me a bad part and when I returned it immediately they said they could not give me my money back. They gave me the runaround every time I went. I made 5 trips to A1 before I ever got my money back then I was shorted $70. The paper you sign when you pick up the part says there is a 20% restocking fee but it also says the part you pick up is in good working condition. The transmission we got did not work.
This IS NOT a Pick-N-Pull. Their sign says it. They told me it was a self service yard over the phone. When you show up, they tell you they are a full service yard. Wish I could cuss them out in spanish :(
