TRUST AUTO PARTS A great place to shop for all your vehicle parts

I really enjoy visiting this "TRUST AUTO PARTS". Everyone is very nice, the people there don't hassle you and everyone minds their business. On the flip side If you need help I've had multiple people stop what they're doing and offer me a hand (other customers & staff). The vibe is great, I've saved alot of money buying used parts from this location.

Purchased a motor/trans swap years ago everything worked amazing I messed up the first transmission on accident and purchased a rebuilt one which had issues when it arrived and was installed so then they sent a used replacement one for that one which isn’t working to good eatiher shifts very hard this was my go to parts place even though I’m out of state but maybe not anymore

They sold me a 2wd frame claiming it was 4x4 and won't make it right terrible service

First of all I want to say that these guys have been great to deal with. I just purchased a complete 6.0/4l80e combo from them and I presented them with a whole list of questions. They answered every single one of them and even gave me the opportunity to test drive the vehicle that my engine combo was coming out of! I was able to verify mileage, hear it run, test the transmission and much more. There’s plenty of salvage yards in Houston but very few of them are as transparent and honest as these guys! I highly recommend them and would do business again with them any day!

Recently had a 6.0 installed into my v6 single cab by them, and honestly they went above and beyond for me! They had my truck for about two weeks, which was in the time frame that they gave me. They installed the engine, did a full reseal, installed a set of longtube headers along with a bolt on y-pipe. They ran fuel lines, installed a new fuel pump for me and took the vehicle to get tuned for me as well. I’ve had the vehicles 2 months now and she’s running great! Recently spoke to them about installing a cam and torque converter combo into it and they have me set up for late December.Would gladly do business with these guys again!

Good place to get parts, I brought my truck to get a swap done, they had my truck for about a month which I wasn’t upset about because when I got it back it ran great. After about a month in half and about 1.5k miles it started having a really bad ticking/knocking noise and inconsistent oil pressure I drain the oil and it was full of metal shavings. I call and try to see what we could do to get it fix and was told I was on my own seeing as performance work had been done to the motor. I understand these things happen but I brought it to them thinking that it would be done correctly and if anything happened they’d at least try and take care of me. I understand these are junk yard motors but if you get performance work done they are going through these block to make sure nothing needs to be replace. If it would’ve been 6 month or a year after I had the swap done I wouldn’t have be as upset but I didn’t even get to the first oil change before having issues. I ended up having the motor pulled, tore down and rebuilt. I’m just posting to warn others and let them know you will be on your own if you have your swap done here. Still a good place to get parts tho.

They lie about the prices when u get there they will tell you anything they think people are ignorance they said 1200 for the doors and when I get there they jump to 2k

You can trust these guys, bought several trans, a few rear diffs, some oddities etc and all been pretty good. Recently bought a trans with clean fluid that ended up bad but they swapped it for another with no questions. Thanks Aiden for the continued service!

I ripped my front passenger door panel off because it kept getting stuck on the weather strip. I tried a junk yard on Little York & 59, they did not have the color I needed so they recommended Trust Auto Parts. I called ahead, they checked and had my door panel ready for my 2011 Tahoe. It was in pristine condition and for a great price. They were quick, helpful, reasonable, and organized! Will def come back for my bezel and door handle!

They have now completed the swap and I am beyond happy with the work that was performed. Truck runs and drives perfectly and they went above and beyond with the install. Took my 04 gmc sierra to get a motor swap. When I get there to pick up, the bed had a dent, I tried talking to the people in the office they denied everything even said they were not liable that it was the same as me getting in to a wreck at the walmart parking lot, that should tell you how ignorant they are. good thing i had picture of the day I dropped it off, then they were supposed to look for new bed and still wanted me to pay them. After 3 weeks of back and forth we came to an agreement. I get the truck to my house I check transmission oil and it's milky, I pull off radiator and the radiator had a big hole right on the center, if it was done on purpose or not still it should have not happend.also im assuming they had to drop transmission to put inn new motor well idk who there mechanic is but he is bad at his job, he forgot to push in the trasmission dipstick back in the pan, so all my transmission oil leaked out, iWill not be doing business with them again. And who ever does you guys better take lots of picture for proof. THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR NAME CAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY.

In my opinion, it's a great place. They staff are well manner and helpful. I bought a complete swap, and i had no issues at all.

This place was great with installing my 6.0 L- very professional work. Came back for a new transmission also and mane the whole team was top notch . Oscar for sure helped walk me through the whole process. I recommend this business to anyone who needs good install or quality parts for ur money .

Great hub for most domestic vehicles that need parts. Great team based environment that jose at trust auto parts has established with his team to bring was most excellent service and competitive prices. As you walk into the front door, there is a big desk with all the parts counter guys full of experience and knowledge in their craft they can help you with your part needs. The business does have the restroom and which most junkyards do not have public restrooms. The yard is nice clean and organized in comparison to any other junkyards seen in Houston today. If you need a LS swap or a 5.0 coyote swap they will be able to handle that project, with a strong network of parts and a strong network of a sense of community. This business is here to stay. Keep doing a great job. They will be able to help you out with engines, transmissions, wiper blades, headlights, seats, differentials, body parts, and anything you can think of on your vehicle. Make sure to give them a call before heading out make sure that they have a part and they will be able to put it aside for you.

Gave them a call to see if they had some parts available and asked for prices. Person who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. Sounded like he didn’t like his job. I’ve purchased parts from here and Jose has great customer service. Employee did not give me price on parts and said he was going to give me a call in a couple minutes. I’ve been waiting for three days now.

Extremely amazing service fast shipping get up Carlos he is Extremely knowledgeable and gets your parts fast and they ship as well they have a massive inventory for your late model trucks got my 2000 silverado power windows and locks and it's all original now and works great
