First we got here at 11am they said the computer wasn’t working to come back in a hour they we got here they went to lunch from 12:00 to 1:45 they are just trying to make everything so complicated
I was looking for my trailer since it was ready to be picked up after being inspected by insurance. When calling this place, the front desk had no idea where my trailer was, proceeded to transfer me to someone’s mobile phone who was more concerned about if I’m paying the storage fees than where my trailer is. Then I get transferred to the other side of the business which is their storage lot, they told me I have to call back to the front desk and speak to them about it. I told them I already did and they transferred me here. Soon, they magically were able to find my trailer and tell me I have to pay the fees to retrieve it. Insurance had called them yesterday and finalized the fee payment and told Insurance that it was ready for us to come and pick it up. Mind you, we drove almost 5 hours since we don’t live in the area. When I show up, I get told that I can’t take the trailer because the balance is not paid. Just yesterday, they told Insurance that the balance is settled and ready for us to pick it up but today is a different story. Even when I showed them the payment confirmation from insurance, they did not want to look at my phone at all and rudely told me “rules are rules”. Even on the phone with an insurance agent, confirming that they sent the check for the balance, they told us no.
This is a way for them to have the customer leave without their trailer/car and charge more for storage lot fees ‼️‼️‼️
Also looking at their other reviews, they do terrible repairs and body work, would definitely stay away from these idiots.
TERRIBLE collision center. Refused to give my car to insurance which held up the process. Obviously this place only cares about storage fees and will NOT turn your car over to insurance for as long as possible.
if you’re in an accident; NEVER LET YOUR CAR GET TOWED HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NEVER let you come get your things out your car if it turns out to be totaled. NEVER LET THEM TOW YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!! It’s been 2 weeks of me trying to get my things out my car. Even though they say they’re open 24/7, they never answer the phone and no one is ever at the window when I get there! I wish I could call the police on them. Because at this point they STOLE MY CAR and all my personal items in it.
If your car gets taken here take it out asap. They will scam you and trick you in to paying more. They see how stressed the people are specially women and have you sing thinking your car is being released to the insurance (in case of accidents) but they actually have you sign another form giving them permission to work on your vehicle and make you pay more in order to release it to you. That’s how they make their money, by scamming people.
I give them a 0 star!!!! Went there and had the worst customer service. 1st the lady in the front didn't want to help us as all, then she asked for an ID and said the car is the back. Then she walks to the back and starts yelling," saying, we're trespassing." we were trying to load the car. She said" we have to leave or she'll call the pokice' continues to be rude and say" only 1 person can be back here you 2 and the car needs to leave". So if I stayed and grab all my friends stuff from her car for her, then you'd have a Disabled Veteran carry all the stuff and walk to the front and then load my car. Luckily my friend stayed got all the stuff out of the car and walked to the front. But not before the (so called manager came to my car and was Extremely Rude as well). I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!
Customer service is horrible . Everyone that I’ve talked to has an extremely smart mouth, and just talk to you any type of way . How are they still in business ???
So the customer service is terrible, but what incentive do they really have to offer good customer service? They either get your money or they get to sell your car, lol. We need to fix this crooked system honestly, so that these tow truck companies and storage lots stop robbing us. That day will come.
That Kathy girl they have working up front is super rude, huge attitude from the start and closed the window before i could finish speaking to her, and then when i got to the back there was a vehicle blocking me in so i called upfront so I could have one of the workers move it for me and before I got a word and she goes “he’s on his way back there to move it now” and hangs up on me before I could even get a word in.
All staff is unprofessional, very rude and have horrible attitudes. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP. Managers don't do their job, a bunch of clowns running this place that don't care about clients.
Muy mala experiencia, pésima atención. Mi esposa después del accidente tubo que entrar ella sola hasta el final de la yarda que no podía casi caminar, a ver si el carro arrancaba, luego regresar a la oficina pagar y por último regresar al final de la yarda a sacar el carro. Y en la oficina me trataron de lo peor.
The only good thing was the customer service it was awesome.Cassie is so friendly and with every customer I witnessed go, she goes above and beyond to make sure their happy never stopped moving .I went out of town for a family death and the total went up on my truck.The Company on file lost my keys and the people she called did not care.She helped me pay a majority of my locksmith almost everything because after I paid 1100 $ I didn't have any more money....thank u Cassie for not making me sleep in my truck.Hopefully she and I get reimbursed by the Company because it wasn't our fault. Another great thing was that all my stuff was still in the truck so I'm happy for that.Thank u for the great customer service.The 5 stars is for her great attitude and for helping when she didn't have to.
