One star because I have no other choice, Poor service, should be fluent in English, bought a part, got it home, installed it, didn't work, returned it with a core, wouldn't give my money back, only store credit. It is about 100 miles one way to these guys, and we made two trips. Would not recommend them. Manager was nice.
Asked for availability on parts. Was on hold for 15 mins before i had to call back and the same horrible csr just guessed "like no we dont have it". Thanks for letting me know after being on hold for 15 mins and me having to call back. so many salvage yards in houston. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONE. HORRIBLE
Very good customer service, allowed me to inspect parts I wanted and gave me a great price and were willing to negotiate so I bought more things for my daughter jeep liberty than I intended. Great job guys, not typical salvage lot that I was used to.
0/10 if i could rate 0 stars i would. VERY INCONSIDERATE. Told me at 5:30 i could coume get a part, got there and they told me they didnt have it. After about 5 mins they found it then told me I had to come back to next day to buy it since they were closed it was literally 6pm on the dot. Had they found the part when I called the 3 times prior this wouldnt have happen. DO NOT GO HERE

I have been in communication with AJ Auto Parts for 4 days trying to acquire a part. I found the part online with no picture. I called to verify if the part was available and it’s condition. I provided year/make/model/trim of the vehicle and was told the part was in stock. I was given a call back pertaining the condition, which was an acceptable experience. I continued research. On Tuesday, I confirmed I wanted the part and was told I could pick it up. My mechanic requested a delivery. I relied the message and was told I would get a call back. I did not receive a call. On Wednesday afternoon I called to inform them I never received a call back. They apologized and I provided the address for drop-off. Upon arrival the wrong part was packaged. My mechanic negotiated a cheap part be included for the next delivery, Thursday 9:30a-10:30a. Thursday at 11:30a, my mechanic calls and tells me there have been no delivery. I call AJ Auto Parts to find out they had not even prepared to to deliver the part. My mechanic contact them himself to find out they do not have the part in which I’ve been speaking of for the past four days. AJ Auto Parts informs me they do not have the part used but have it brand new for $50 more than discussed. In claiming he was trying to help me he tells me I can pay the $50 difference and get the brand new hood which I now have to paint. I expressed my frustration with the company that my time was wasted. The response was you should have giving me the Vin number. I urged to get the new hood that I had to paint for the same price as negotiated. I was was told I couldn’t be accommodated and if my time had been wasted to hang up the phone so I don’t waste anymore time. Very rude and inconsiderate.
Y husband was quoted a price for an engine for my mother in law's car. The gentleman told him it would be 750, they dropped it down to 600.00. And my husband asked about install of the motor and he said an additional 300.00. So 900.00 total for everything. So we brought the car here and now the price is 1500.00. Do not go to these people they rip you off and don't back their word!!!!! One star isn't even a good rating for them!!!!!!
Very very good service Brian helped me get the part I needed and even if you go there and they don't have the part you need they do they're bestto help you find it.
