My car was broken down. I requested a flatbed truck to tow my SUV to the garage. Just 10 minutes waiting, Ismail Omar came and carefully pulled my SUV to the flatbed. He let me sat next to him going to the Honda garage. Omar is very friendly and professional. He took care from A to Z perfectly. I am pleased for his service. I am strongly recommend the Prime auto service.

Ismail is amazing and honest. I had a last minute tow emergency for my late mother’s vehicle and he worked his tight schedule around my needs. He was great at communicating and ensuring the safe towing of my vehicle. His prices are reasonable & affordable and he’s not money hungry. He’s focused on helping and completing his trusted tasks. I’ll forever book him for towing.

This was a absolutely horrible experience I called to just see if they have my car and he answers the phone and when I asked if they have brought any cars in he hangs the phone up immediately I call back again multiple times he forward my calls and I call back one more time he give me attitude when I asked him the question again and he tells me they don't have a license for towing cars when this is a towing company and he hangs up the phone in my face once again

I called this towing service, the guy hung up on me. So I called back and asked if they provide towing services in my area he said “I don’t speak English and don’t call this phone anymore. If it is a business it was very very unprofessional. The guy was really rude.

Mr. Ismail has the most reasonable prices in the area. He was very professional, and very kind to my baby which left me stranded in the middle of the road.
