This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Junk Car Buyers-R-Us in Houston, TX scores 98/100. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive: professional, friendly staff, responsive texting, fast same-day pickups with cash and free towing, and prices described as fair to top dollar. Customer service and scheduling earn praise with minimal wait times. Weak spots are rare but include a dispatch hiccup and lack of a receipt for one seller, so paperwork consistency could improve. Feedback centers on buying/towing; there's insufficient info on inventory variety, yard organization, or finding parts.
So my car broke down, luckily, I’ve made it to my mechanic. The diagnostic was to replace the motor which was not worth it. Then, I started searching for cash for junk cars near me, and Junk Car Buyers R-Us popped up.
The asked me to send photos and zip code. In less than 5 minutes I got an offer which included free towing. Wow! That was a huge relief!
No hassle, just quick service.
Simple and text friendly. Ive been looking for somewhere to scrap my car this week. This place came to pick it up and l was paid in cash!. Also the person who came to help me was bilingual.
I wrecked my car and I needed to sell it ASAP so I went online and found Junk Car Buyers R Us, to make a long story short, they picked up my car the same day I called, and paid more than other companies.
I just sold my car to junk car buyers. They gave me top dollar and made the process extremely easy. The communication was super professional and they did not lie to me, haggle, or try to switch the terms last minute. If I ever had to get rid of a vehicle I would definitely use them again.

They quickly got back to me for a quote on my wrecked car, which had been sitting in my driveway for over a year. They worked with me to set up a good time for me to have them come get the car showed up exactly when the told me they would. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

Had an old 2008 Sentra with 200k miles and a bad transmission. Decided to get rid of the car after it sat on my driveway for almost a year. I shopped around and these guys offered me the most money and met me within the hour. Super easy process and Wilbur, the tow driver, politely answered all my questions. Highly recommend them!
I got the quote online on a Sunday Evening, and the next morning I received a text from them. I had 2 junk vehicles I needed to remove and they were able to take both of them the same day!!! The driver was very happy and friendly and it was a very very simple process. If you have junk cars, call them, they even tow for free !!!
