Had to wait in line for 2 hours. Employees don’t seem to be paid well.

Very bad service they only have one person at the window and the person takes for ever waiting on customer they tow ur car for no reason ??

The younger woman started yelling at me when I started asking questions, then told me she won’t take me as a customer when I reciprocated the tone… I’m not a customer and it’s illegal to withhold my vehicle if I’m paying and have my info. Hope they get shut down.

I don’t mind the rude behavior as it was obvious that neither the people there or I were thrilled to be in that situation. I understand that the workers are under a lot of stress dealing with people yelling at them all day. That being said, this place has very predatory practices. When I asked for an itemized receipt, they refused to give it to me until after I paid. When I saw an erroneous charge on the receipt, I brought it up to the lady charging me, she said I had to file a formal complaint with the government because I already paid. Even when I tried asking for an explanation of the charges, she kept on interrupting me and telling me to file a complaint with the government. This business is very shady and uses very predatory practices when charging you and ensuring you don’t contest the receipt. Before going to pay, please read your rights, be ready to file a complaint, and know how much and what they can legally charge you. The tow company they cartel with also damaged the underside of my car. After you’ve paid the fine, take photos of your car before getting in.

Scam people they charge me 328 they towed my car during driving and stoped me without any explanation they saying city of houston send us and you need to leave your car then they towed and asked me to pay 328 I wish that money burn all of you I am not forgive

Not a place you want to be but if you end up here from a tow this is what to expect.

Predatory pricing. Towed from a publicly funded street in a handicapped spot with handicapped placard on my vehicle.

Took my car from a customers only lot, where I was a customer. $300 for less than an hour.

This isn't the first time zone one kept my vehicle at $300. Zone one is a whole total scam, and I wouldn't recommend nobody to do anything reckless or irresponsible because if zone one keeps your vehicle, you'll be looking at $2000 to get it out.

On June 6th 2025 at about 6: 38 pm. My truck was towed to this facility. Back track. My vehicle had a disabled placard on dashboard and I had my X husband (had a very recent stroke) and my son that had a torn ACL knee injury from the job (my son is an officer) and went to pick up something so he can stay at my house from my son's apts, Vehicle was towed and had to pay $355. I (we) went in and showed all documents of what was going on and the people said PAY!!!!. If I could give a 100 thumbs down to Zone one Storage, I would. Money hungry all the time. I am upset and disgusted by these people's attitudes. Nasty.

Should post less stars for this place everyone was incredibly rude from start to finish. They towed my vehicle wrongly... got my money back but the whole experience was terrible I don't know how you do this day to day being so rude

303 dollars for less than an hr of our car being there, after getting towed at a strip center parking lot we were shopping in..... we were parked for less than 10 minutes

So very very rude. The older lady who works there is very argumentative even though I was just attempting to make conversation. I guess it’s the nature of the business but a little kindness in a already uncomfortable situation goes a long way.

I parked my car for 20 minutes on a spot that said 45 minute free parking, next thing I come back and my car got towed. I had to pay 300$ just to get my car back. This is the worst scam to fall for. Daylight robbery and there is no way this business should be legal. No life delinquents scamming for a living.

$334 for a 2 hour stay of your vehicle ? Wow . I’m glad to not have experienced that , extremely predatory on those who unfortunately have something go wrong with their vehicle . Unamerican , disgusting form of “business” , financially bankrupting the common people of Houston .

Got a flat on the highway and didn't have a jack. 20 min tops I was back and my car was gone. $300 to get it back. Hood HAD to of still been warm. Absolutely predatory. Scum of the earth.

I only left 1 star because 0 was not an option. Very rude and make it difficult to get any information. Their fees are outrageous and charge $50 notification fee when I called them the day it was towed off the freeway. Really, a stamp and envelope is less than $1.00.. What a racket and POS scammers!!!!

My car was towed over the night 11/18 at 11:18pm. I noticed the car was missing the next day 11/19 10 am. So I called my apartments to see if it got towed and of course it did because I had temporary tags on me car and changed the plates on them and forgot to update the tags. I went to go get my car but first I called to make sure it was there and got the total of how much it cost to get it out. I was informed that it would be 290 at the lot that’s it. I get to the lot at 11:20am 11/19 and because they go off days and not time I got charge 2 full days. Then the white lady who is old as hell was very rude and all in my business because I asked the customer in front of me if I could have 20 dollars in exchange for Zelle or cash app funds. Luckily they guy didn’t trip about giving me 20 bucks because I was stuck with no ride to a bank, no other way of getting the extra money they had added on because I called and got one amount just to be told a different amount once I got there. I got charge for 2 days for my car to been there for 12 hours! The lady was rude as hell asking me where I get the extra money from and if I knew the guy I asked for extra money from because I offer to exchange for digit cash for the cash in hand?!?!? The lady was out of line to assume and misjudged my payment! This place is horrible! No one knew who towed my car who brought it in just all they can say is your car is here….

The old Caucasian lady that works the window is INTENTIONALLY rude and difficult. She is reluctant to help and will give you the run around. I've had my car towed once before to a different lot and it was simple and straight forward. This woman went out of her way to be difficult with us. I'm not sure if she just enjoys being extremely rude to customers or if she was trying to buy time so that we could end up paying more fees— we know how shady these towing companies & lots are. Either way, whatever the reason her behavior was disgusting.

Would rate -5 for this shady business. The lady at the counter was very very rude to talk to and ably supported by the other gentleman who is equally the same. The business is very shady and they just use the law in the wrong way to tow people’s cars from Waterwall and elsewhere Since my cars hazard lights were on, my battery depleted and they even charged 40$ to jumpstart the vehicle. P.S.What goes around comes around.

1 star is to much for this people,Horrible costume service and base of DONNA front desk they don’t have manager she denied to give to the client they right for any question or concern very bad becouse everyone have right to ask and get a answer so where is the administration for this people ? I I hope she can resolved all her live problem and don’t go over other people to release her problems If is somebody responsible under this business take action about this before you are involve under legal issue

Bad costumer service!!! The two women who serve are rude, rude!!!! They treat horrible!!! zero courtesy and education!!!! They treated me very badly when I went to pick up my car!!! zero treatment, and education!!!!!

The woman at the window is more worried about texting than helping you. She didn't want to tell me when the car was picked up, I had to ask twice. 12 hours ago but I'm charged for TWO days, ok y'all are crooks. Then I get ready to pay and she calls me "sir" twice. You have my ID, my CC, and we've been engaging for the last 20 min.. this was intentional and disrespectful. I believe the review that said she made racist comments because when I corrected her, she just shrugged and said "well". They also require that you write your cc number down.. I'm canceling that card later today.

Driver Enrique Luna TDLR#451 towed my car and left a blob of lotion in the passage seat. Why???? There was no need, then I guess he can’t operate his own work vehicle, so he destroyed my bumper, bottom cover and maybe the frame, is it too much to ask that a man do his job CORRECTLY, If you can’t handle a tow truck just try Amazon kid

I watched the guy tow my car, and he watched me run in my heels and flashing my light from my phone at him. Screaming for him to stop.. he kept going. I think it’s real messed up for you guys to be so proud of towing people as they tell you to stop. Had to pay $279 to get my car out. And not only that I got a ticket as well for $70. The city of Houston is robbing citizens. It was less 10 minutes of me getting my car and they got $280 out of me..

My son had a car issue and it was super early in the morning so we had to leave the vehicle. Tow fees are ridiculous! What does a person do if they are struggling. Companies use the city ordinance to price gouge poor communities. Disgusted with society and how it operates against the working person.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First kept lying saying the vehicle was not there. We called police department and they informed us it was and we SEEN the car in the lot. They kept lying saying it wasn't there then Wouldn’t help us out to access documents in our vehicle. They asked for documents that were in the glove department of our car and didnt let us get them.Francisco was SO RUDE. Must seriously hate your life to be so cruel and rude to people for no reason. This place should be shut down. Would give zero stars if that was an option
